Buy local! Huge store with an even bigger section of pet food and goods! Great location, friendly staff, and they have quality food for even the most allergenic pets! Took care of me, asked what I was looking for and took me to the right spot, really felt like a valued customer, even a family to the store!

Please stop selling Betta fish. Not only is it cruel to keep them in a tiny dirty cup 24/7, most of them are floating at the top dead or close to dead. NOT a great look for a pet store…made me so upset to see that. Won’t be back.

It’s absolutely disgusting how they leave their fish in filth. I got 2 fish there a few months ago and the ammonia was 8ppm. This place is the reason I got into rehabbing betta fish. They sold a black orchid as a crown tail.

I went in today and the older lady with short hair was inexplicably unwelcoming when I walked in. Another lady offered to assist me and was nice and very friendly. The older lady was very very rude when asked a question. Extremely condescending and bafflingly rude. Unless it is an absolute emergency, I won’t go there ever again.

This pet store in my educated opinion is the best local business. The staff instantly greets you when you walk in. They go out of their way to ask questions and trouble shoot, and are super happy all the time. The products are all the best that's out there, and excellently priced. I LOVE shopping there because the customer service is so awesome!

Great staff; I'm always treated with respect & courtesy. The employees at every store where I've shopped or called are always helpful. I rely on them for information about everything related to dog care, training and feeding. I have been shopping at Pets Plus for years, I think since the mid 90's. Pets Plus is my favorite pet store business, in Southern California and definitely my "go to" place for help with choosing dog food & for questions & information about dog supplies. I highly recommend Pets Plus to all pet parents.

Always have fun in Pets Plus. I always take my Golden Doodle Riley and we sniff our way through the store. She finally chose a bone and spent the majority of the rest of the day devouring it piece by piece. She also had her teeth cleaned and came out with a glistening smile. I'm always amazed how dogs always wag there tails. Whether they're in trouble or on your honor roll. They always show you the love that they have for you. God had it right when He gave dog tails and not us humans. We probably wag our tails 10% of the time. Dogs love us no matter what. I can't say the same for us. Have a wonderful wagful day..

Competitive pricing is naturally important, however, customer service and a VERY knowledgeable staff is what seals the deal. Pets Plus is all that and more. I walked in while waiting for a dental appointment in the same center and I can say thanks to Pets Plus, I am looking forward to my next dental appointment!

Staff (older lady) was very dry and she made me and my husband feel very uncomfortable by following us around like we were gonna take something. I found her attitude very unacceptable. We will never be back here. I don't shop in places that exhibit this type of behaviour, profiling and such.
