I can’t say enough about the staff here. They took extremely great care of my 4 dogs. They looked re energized after going here for their baths and nail cuts. Even got my huskies nails painted and truly a remarkable job by all the staff here. Special shout out to America* for being gentle and patient with all my dogs. Put my mind at ease, walking me through some of the processes of their services. It was the first time visit for a few of my dogs and the staff here made my dogs feel very welcomed and in turn they didn’t cause any trouble and were very good . The owner should be very proud of the staff here and I will be making this the permanent grooming spot for all of my dogs. Again thank you so much.

The name of the place is called "Who's your Groomer" San Bernardino,I took Triskit for a Shampoo and nails cut, he is only 2 1/2 months old. He is a Jack hair Terrier. I take him with every place I go.I ❤️ him! All in all the end result was okay, but I turn I'm going to do his overall myself!😃❤️☮️‼️

They did amazing job on my Chloe!! Took my breath away the moment I saw her. They know how to take care of my Chloe and gave me an update when I just wanna to see how she was doing. (Yes I'm those mom dog!)I highly recommend this place for your babies cut. 10/10Thank you so much!

She is the absolute best. She always takes care of muffin and made My Baby feel so comfortable and smell, so beautiful and clean the D shedding and the teeth brushing are my absolute favorite and they give us treats every time we visit definitely recommend for your fur babies

I really wanted to give the best review but I couldn’t. Based on the availability I brought my 10 months old miniature poodle for the first grooming after she was rescued. I specifically told the lady that I did not want the hair to be short but when she brought her , it was less than 1cm. Yes, I was informed that by mistake they cut her on the paw but it was minor . Yes, I was informed that the process will last approximately 4h. Shocking, I never thought that for the basic grooming it was going to last that long given the fact that I did not request a fancy hairstyle. The thing that bothers me the most is that after the grooming and bathing my pup is continuously itching on her private parts and after 3 days she developed a rash. I don’t know if that was because they cut her there or the shampoos gave her allergies. So I need to go to the dr. Sorry, I will never go there! It is sad! I don’t know if it is appropriate to show pics of the rash but I will try to show pics before and after grooming.

We used this groomer for the first time a few days ago, and we couldn't be happier! Everyone was so nice, professional, and did excellent work! Our puppy came back clean, nicely trimmed, with perfect nails and the cutest little bandana. I'd definitely recommend Who's Your Groomer for anyone in need of an excellent place to take your fur babies! The owner is also the sweetest person ever, and you can tell by the way she interacts with her staff that she treats her employees with the same respect and kindness she shows customers!

The new owner is so nice! She was a previous employee before owning it now. She is always keeping us updated with Cali appointments and how she does. Also recommendations to help improve her with going to a groomer. And it's seems to be helping. This last time she even got a bandana with a cute bunny on it for Easter! 🐰💜 I'm excited to see how she changes the shop and all she has to offer. Highly recommended 👌🏼

We are new to the area and it has been longer than usual since our boy Prince Charming had been groomed. After a lot of searching I found WYG and I’m soooo thankful because they did an incredible job with him. The staff is very friendly and patient and we were even able to workout a regular grooming schedule for Prince. I highly recommend Who’s Your Groomer you will not be disappointed. Alsooooo they’re prices are hella affordable you’re gona wana tip extra with all the money you save!

Took my dog to whos your groomer due to having availability 7/11/23 at 1:00pm.I dropped him off at 12:30pm.My dog wasn’t ready till 5:30pm and was informed he would be ready by 4:30. I had my husband and son pick up my Maltese at who’s your groomer as he was ready at 5:30pm. The front desk worker failed to tell my husband or call me to tell me they had cut my baby and we weren’t able to see it till later on in the day. The cut is near his neck under his chin and can be hidden by the collar. Now that they have changed owners my dog came back from that place shacking showing signs of being scared. It’s been a couple of days and be is still acting the same. Never taking him again 😔 and place is overpriced for what my dog had to go through. Currently at urgent vet to have him seen.My review is also on Yelp with pictures

Full service for my Gus. They got him in quick and were good at communication up front and after the service. Busy place. Looked to do a lot of medium size dogs from what I saw. They have little treats for the doggy’s. They also have pretty women working there.

Whose Your Groomer is the ONLY groomer I take my shy guy former pound pup, Raymond to. They're considerate of his distrusting overly fearful temperament, and with each visit they give me feedback as to how to make my Ray Ray's visits easier (like just bringing him back for a wash only in a few weeks).Why go to a big corporate store where you never know who is grooming your fur kid when you can know exactly whose care your baby is left in...and support a local small business?

Verna is amazing! She is truly an animal lover and it shows in her work, I would not trust our babies to anyone else. We have a yorkie that is a handful and she takes amazing care of her as well as our other babies. If you are looking for someone that you can trust, look no further. Before Verna, grooming day was very stressful for me but when our babies are with her, I know they are in the best hands.

So glad I found this place! I used to take my huskies to Petco and PetSmart, but after each time their service got worse and worse and my dogs would not come out clean. But verna and her team work wonders and take their time to ensure your dogs come out looking like show dogs! Take a chance on this place!

My Raider and Roxy have been going to Verna since we moved to San Bernardino 3 years ago. We moved out of town and still make the 45 minute trip to take them for their appointments. Verna is wonderful and take great care of my fur babies, and when they come home smells good for almost 2 weeks. Roxy can be fussy at times when she gets a haircut but Verna is compassionate and will calm her down. Dont look any further, this small family oriented salon is where you need to take your fur babies.And Raider and Roxy love the little bag of treats to take home.
