I'm truly surprised by the negative reviews of this spot - I've found it to be nothing but convenient, clean, organized and having a tremendously friendly staff.Having a major competitor around the corner my contribute to the fact that this store is less than frustratingly overwhelming, but still - the crew that manages and works at this spot have done an excellent job of creating a wonderful shopping environment.Compared to their competitor, which has a parking lot impossible to navigate, and lines that seem to never end - this place is a joy and I'm grateful to live nearby!I will say, the lines for the cafe and the customer service desk can sometimes be extremely slow, but other than that, I have no complaints!If you don't already, definitely use "Scan and Go" on your phone to save so so so much time during checkout!

This 1 star review is for what happened today 4/30/2024. Register 005 and cashier #3123 @10:05 a.m treated my husband in the most offensive/ridiculous/completely rude manner. I am so upset with this. My husband and I do not have a Sam's club near where we live, but we enjoy this store so very much. We even pay for the extra plus membership even tho we do not utilize it because we live far away. My husband had my ID accidentally and went to buy 2 bottles of alcohol when he had a Dr appt near the store and figured it would be a quick easy stop before driving the 1.5 hours home. He only purchased 2 bottles of fireball and apparently the transaction popped up as "you are pre approved for a Sams club mastercard". My husband had already paid and the cashier, 45-50 hispanic female looked up and said you aren't Brigette. My husband stated yes that is my wife. She proceeded to tell my husband that he is not allowed to shop in the store and needs to leave immediately extremely rudely and demanding. Very confused yet calm, my husband took his purchase and mind you - You do not need a membership to buy wine, beer or spirits at a Sam's Club - my husband proceeded to leave the register and went to buy a hot dog. Moments later this same female went over to the table where my husband was sitting and told him to get out of the store and that he cannot be there without his membership card. He just sat there and continued to eat his hot dog and she proceeded to get security. She had this young african american man attempt to tell my husband he needed to leave. My husband told him, look - I just had surgery on my neck and you can see the stitches, I am not going to walk and eat. This young man told my husband that this is not a problem and apologized for this irate... lets call her a Karen since I only know her by cashier #3123. This was a humiliating experience for my husband whom carries the higher membership with this establishment being treated remarkably horrible. He came home and told me what happened and how 'Karen" harassed him that when I woke up for my graveyard shift - I called and spoke to the onsite current female manager. She heard this story and denied having any type of security at her facility, speculating on the fact this even happened. FIRST OF ALL, THE SECURITY THAT DID SHOW UP WAS THE ONLY KIND INTERACTION THAT MY HUSBAND HAD AT THIS TIME! KIND YOUNG MAN DRESSED IN BLACK THAT CLEARLY STATED IN YELLOW "SECURITY". Second of all - EVEN if my husband did or did not have a membership, I shall repeat myself - You do not need a membership to buy wine, beer or spirits at a Sam's Club. I would really like to know why this happened and when I make the extra 1.5 hour drive in this week - I will be asking for a refund for my Sam's club PLUS membership!!!!!!!

Great store but me and my Disabled mom sat and waited for 1 hr for a ride on cart. You would think that big of a store they would have more than 2 working carts. The worker said there's 5 total but 3 have been broken for some time. Get it together as much money as people spend in there. I had to end up pushing her on a bulk cart

We waited in the Cafe line 45 minutes for a frozen yogurt. It wasn't that there were too many customers, it was that the employees weren't motivated to move quickly. It was as if they were in slow motion. They even paused to visit each other and goof off. We kept thinking that management must not know what's going on in there.

This one is great. It’s always super organized. I use scan and go. So much better than waiting in line. Parking can be crazy but that’s normal. Wait times for gas depend on what time and day you go.

Sam's Club gets worse every time I go there. On this October day, the lines were long. After more than a half hour wait in line, I placed all the smaller items on the conveyor belt and the left large boxed items in the cart. The cashier said everything but sodas cans and water have to be placed on the belt. I had placed all items in the basket with the scan label upright and visible for a quick scan. I'm sure it was an act of insolence on the cashier's part. She was definitely in a mood 🙄. I dropped in on this June Thursday morning to order cupcakes for an event nine days from now. They wouldn't take my order because it was graduation week. It is unprofessional to completely cut off any and all orders. Better preparations should have been made to accommodate this busy week.I'm updating my review to share my experience when I picked up my finally placed cupcake order. The cashier turned one of the cupcake packages over and ruined all the icing. She offered to send the cupcakes back for replacement or to have the frosting fixed. My husband agreed. The fix job was ridiculous! Then the cashier asked if my husband still wanted them and he said yes, we special ordered them for a party. Says she proceeds to charge him for these pieces of junk! I tried decorating the cupcakes, to no avail. Sam's Club doesn't have the best reputation and here's another reason why.

Might change review next visit . But for my first time being at Sam's club it wasn't that great. Bathroom out of order I guess they only have 1 set of restrooms and food courts said temporarily closed . When I asked the guy when would they open it up he said they are going to have it closed all day which was pretty confusing. Staffs was great . I would say have the place a little more organized. Not sure why they compare Sam's to costco . Only got membership cuz it was 20$ on Groupon. That's explains the price . Will be visitkng another one soon

You know it's the season of Joy, and so on and so forth however there were an abundance of people at Sam's club.The associate's were great they are so busy with getting people their orders.So I ask please please be patient with them and handle them with care they are doing the very best they can.My experience was awesome 😎

The worst curbside experience I ever had. No respect or value for peoples time. No sense of urgency. I understand it’s Christmas time but I don’t like my time to be wasted. I arrived at the store. Parked in the designated area. There are 12 parking spaces however; the app only allows you to go up to 8. I walk inside to inform them of the issue. The young lady stated it’s because they just added the spaces. I feel the app should have been updated when the spots were added. She instructed to go around to curbside to let them know I was there. There’s only 1 person working, all the parking spaces were full. He asked for my name wrote nothing down and told me to put any number in the app. I asked how was going to know which car to bring the order to. He told he remembered my name. WHAT!? I waited over 45 minutes and couldn’t wait anymore. So I left without my order. I could have the order shipped to my house faster than I waited. Worst service ever.

If you have any time to go to the store, let me tell you that I have a new look on this Sam's club. They look like they have totally cleaned up the isles and gotten the store back in shape.This is a very busy store. Use scan and go and skip the lines!

Disappointed at the quality of SOME products (food). Second time experiencing MOLD in their food. Products were not expired and were unopened. Be careful when eating anything from this place. Double check and with little ones triple check before giving it to them please. Stay safe.

Everytime i come to this Sams i notice how the front door greeter tends to card black peopleand no one else. I literally had to ask the man why didnt you card them. I want a supervisor to contact me because sams club you need to do better. African American people do hold memberships as well so stop profiling us when we walk in

The worst Sam's club I ever visited 1055 Harriman PlSan Bernardino, CA 92408. I was there yesterday 02/07/2024 around 5:00pm. Beside shopping, I purchased a gift card. even though I asked specifically that I need a gift receipt they run the purchase without a gift receipt. I asked for manager she comes over and was very rude and disrespectful and denied any help. I shop at Sam's club thousands of dollars each year and get treated like that. they can't even print a gift receipt. even though there still some time left on my membership, I will not shop from Sam's Club anymore and go to Costco. I am giving a review of one, because it does not have a zero option.

horrible i wish i could give it 0 stars. you guys have to get the food court figured out. lines weren’t even that long but waited at least 45 mins to get to the front. workers were taking their sweet time with no sense of urgency. i saw them dancing in the kitchen through the window and a lot of times talking excessively while not being productive. they all seem to not care even their food court manager didn’t seem like he cared he was just on his tablet. he was a bald black guy. i only saw one hispanic girl working hard.sams club has gone down hill.also food court cashier was rude. she was a older lady kept rolling her eyes when i wanted to add one more thing because i forgot.once i ate my food pizza tasted like cardboard and sauce was lacking flavor. it used to be so much better back in the day. i waited in such a long line to be disappointed. the only thing i was satisfied with was the soda i got. but they didn’t even have any lids for the cup so it was still disappointing. 🙄whenever i’m at costco they have longer lines and still get costumers out the door fast while giving good customer service.

The location isn't great, but it's the best around. Staff is mostly super friendly and very helpful.It has improved some since my last review. However, this girl that is always working customer service is so rude and never seems to be able to keep the line moving. Today she went as far as giving me a dirty look and rolling her eyes at me. I left the line. I would rather find another time to travel 29 miles from my house to do an exchange without her attitude.

All of upper management hates the staff and vice versa. If you get a chance to make their life suck as a customer you should take it. The food is unsafe, the management is here to collect a check, and the market manager will take WATER away from third party vendors because they're not sams club brand. Clown store filled with clown people, your satisfaction comes dead last, always will.

Here’s the deal, if you having nothing but time and want a good laugh and want to know how not to run a business, call Sam’s in San Bernardino! Probably the most incompetent group of people I’ve ever come across and when you’re thoroughly frustrated, they will just hang up on you. You think Lowe’s has terrible customer service you haven’t seen anything until you call Sam’s in San Bernardino. Just incredible!!

I’ve never waited less than half an hour, they really need to figure out how to be productive with drive up because as of now this store has the WORST SERVICE EVER!!! I will stop using this store due to that!!! Be warned…… plan to bring a snack and stay a while !!!! Hoping management sees the reviews or corporate!!

As an avid Costco shopper I found this store to be enormously okay. It's like if a Walmart ate a Costco. Self checkout was super rad. Good prices. Hotdog was mediocre. No samples. Bakery didn't smell like heaven. I remain unconverted. The only photo I took is of the kitty litter if that helps someone.

This store is ghetto. Manager is rude, lazy, and has poor management skills. Terrible Customer Service in all departments. I will Not Renew my 16 year membership. I will go to Costco now.

We used to come here frequently and haven't been back in awhile now. While leaving, an employee was checking our receipt and was scanning every single item. The other employee was not scanning all the items in the cart of other people. While scanning, the lady made a comment that it was people like my husband who hold up the lines because he had crinkled his receipt. He then begins to walk off after she's done and she begins to chase him because she didn't see 1 item on the bottom. She then calls him an idiot. When he said what did you say, she repeated it. She then admitted to calling him an idiot to the store manager. Nothing was done about this. She should not be working there if she's going to call people idiots. Sams club did nothing to resolve this issue. So if you like being called idiot, then shop there. Otherwise, try Costco. Despite what they say, they didn't resolve anything with us.

I just became a member and have been pleasantly surprised bu the Sam’s club in Corona, and in Nevada. Then I went to the one in San Bernardino and saw the entire lot dotted with carts in every possible parking spot! There were two employees out there barely moving anything. I know it’s San Bernardino but geez take some pride in your store Sam’s Club! Pay attention management bc ur managers show more interest in their female cashiers rather than operating the day-to-day duties! Here’s my suggestion…do your job!

It was so busy. I love the quality, price and value of the products. The lines ţo pay are long but the cashiers are efficient. The snack bar is open now but you are still not able to eat inside.
