This is the worst petsmart to come to. Everytime I come to this store there's always a problem. Employees seem unhappy and don't greet you. It's hard to find someone who wants to do their job on every visit. One of my visits, the guy made a big sigh because I asked for help and then walked away and said he would be right back. He never came back after 15mins of waiting with my baby so of course I didn't buy anything. A different visit, I returned bloodworms because I found a better price somewhere else (found them for 4dollars at a different pet store compared to the 10 they want to charge). Cashier accused me of refreezing them when I had just bought them 20 maybe 30 minutes ago. Before she did the refund she made me wait until someone came to put them back in the freezer and was complaining that they may go bad if they defrost. Just weird and awkward. My last visit I was returning a dead fish 5 days after buying it. The cashier gave me the hardest time returning it and wanted to try and make it seem like it was a 1 time courtesy for me since I bought it from the redlands location (where I received great service btw). Had a pointless argument with her over 3 dollars! Here's the funny part.... on petsmarts website, it literally says you can return fish to any location as long as I'm within the first 14day period!

I'm giving 5 ⭐ where I shop only because the customer service is awesome 😎. The manager was great when I had an issue with some guy who would follow me around the store. I was uncomfortable 😖. She kept an eye on him till he left. I like shopping there alot so I wasn't going to be detered. Prices are reasonable. My pup loves puparoni treats and goes nuts through the store. Grooming is fantastic with your fur babies ☺️.

Staff is very patient and friendly, prices aren't bad and I can usually get a same day walk in for cat nails which is super convenient. Special shout out to Rainbow and Sara for dealing with my shy cat. P.s. the online system is super easy for booking a full groom and parking is never an issue at this location

Really big, quite busy on Sunday but we all love our pets, so we do what we can for them. Didn't walk the whole store. What I need was in front for my dogs?😊

Been taking six (half of total we have) of our dogs there for over ten years. Need I say more? Well, I am, Rainbow, Brenda n Noah. Enough? Our dogs love going to their beauty parlor. Although Rainbow is our main groomer, Pixie has been known to go thru swinging gate n jump in her lap while she's writing up the tickets, We had 2 departed groomers in the very beginning.Then came Rainbow, who has done outstanding work from the start. He tenure was interrupted right before covid hit. She moved to the city for couple years. That's when Brenda n Noah stepped in didn't miss a beat. All grooming remained consistent with how Rainbow was doing them.Even when the seldom unknown stepped in consistency remained.Well Rainbows back, although now a mother, she is still loved by my dogs.This place reeks of great groomers who ooze personality, professionalismand caring for not only my dogs but all dog brought there.I never hesitate to say Petsmart on Hospitality in Berdoo, when friends inquire where we take our dogs for grooming. Hats off to the three mentioned and to Petsmart for having the insight to hire these groomers

Gerardo (hope i spelled it right) did a great job with Maverick. It was hisMaverick first groom and he was kind and gentle with him. He is a French bulldog and he took excellent care of him.... I hope to get him everytime we go.

It's my favorite place to wander.. always enjoy the four legged folks, probably more than the two legged ones. Great store and inventory.

Store was clean. Associates available for questions on location of items, etc. They need a larger variety of high-end pet food.

A very good place to visit, very friendly and helpful people
