My experience today was great. I haven't been to Pet Smart in a very long time. They didn't have one of the items I went in there for but they did have the dewormer. They were well stocked and still stocking which is impressive considering that Black Friday just passed. The staff was friendly and helpful as they moved about their daily duties. I used to go to another groomers and they just didn’t seem to put there all into it. As soon as I picked up my babies I can already see the difference. The groomers here at Petsmart San Bernardino are truly passionate. Rose thank you for taking such good care of my babies! They were all smiles on the drive home! There is not a lot of product on the shelves as far as calming chews and relaxants for cats. We went in around 10:30 on a Thursday and there was only 1 cashier about 8 people in line and no floor help. Next time we'll go someplace else. It's not worth the effort if you can't get help. Also the cashier was slow.

Update March 2024: recently purchased a large cat tree that was on sale here for our sphynx. Still love coming here because the staff's patience.Been coming here since we purchased our Leopard Gecko in October 2020. The staff has always been very kind and helpful during all my visits. Today I ran into this sign & couldn't help but be very thankful to this store and it's staff.

went in for a return. asked the cashier if i could do it without the card. she said yes. she was wrong. said i was going to buy one online, JR said u can do that with a merch card. he was wrong. asked me to give them all of the card information to process the return. i’m not giving them my account number, cvv, and expiration info when i have an account at petsmart. now i can’t do the return without getting another merch card. JR is an idiot.

Don't forget to bring your own box cutter, because apparently, this PetSmart thinks it's a new trend to keep all the packaging intact for individually sold items. I used to work at a PetSmart over a decade ago, so I know a thing or two about their stocking standards... unless they've entered the Twilight Zone since then. Seriously, this place is a mess. It's like they've hired a team of rebellious squirrels to do the organizing, and those little critters haven't shown up for work in weeks. Move over, Walmart, PetSmart is giving you a run for your money in the chaos Olympics!

This is the worst petsmart to come to. Everytime I come to this store there's always a problem. Employees seem unhappy and don't greet you. It's hard to find someone who wants to do their job on every visit. One of my visits, the guy made a big sigh because I asked for help and then walked away and said he would be right back. He never came back after 15mins of waiting with my baby so of course I didn't buy anything. A different visit, I returned bloodworms because I found a better price somewhere else (found them for 4dollars at a different pet store compared to the 10 they want to charge). Cashier accused me of refreezing them when I had just bought them 20 maybe 30 minutes ago. Before she did the refund she made me wait until someone came to put them back in the freezer and was complaining that they may go bad if they defrost. Just weird and awkward. My last visit I was returning a dead fish 5 days after buying it. The cashier gave me the hardest time returning it and wanted to try and make it seem like it was a 1 time courtesy for me since I bought it from the redlands location (where I received great service btw). Had a pointless argument with her over 3 dollars! Here's the funny part.... on petsmarts website, it literally says you can return fish to any location as long as I'm within the first 14day period!

Made an appointment to have my dogs nails trimmed by Gerardo. I arrived ten minutes early and was told the Gerardo would be there at 2:30 as that is when my appointment was made for. Waited an extra ten minutes before leaving. No one was friendly or offered any reason for there coworkers abcense.

I was nervous taking my 3 year old Husky for a bath knowing how hyper he is lol. He is adopted so it was a new experience for both of us. I want to thank the staff for being patient with him and for their care. He looked amazing his coat was so soft and clean no more shedding. Definitely going back for grooming.

Final got my first dog. I used to come here for fish supplies but they are very limited in that department. For dogs and cats this place is stacked. Also had our first vet appointment at Banfield, a short line, but not their fault. Did a drop off and it was pretty seamless.

The people in the fish and reptile department are wonderful. Always patient and kind. Both Larry and Sierra are awesome! They are knowledgeable and conscientious in answering questions. We have a wide variety of animals and they are so helpful.

I think it was a manager I was talking to but I was explaining why my dog doesn't do dry food and what was the best wet food for dogs well I'm 17 years old and homeless and theres some day where he don't get to eat and neither do I and she pick 2 cans of dog food and said wait in line Ill have the lady 0.00 it out mind you I only had 10$ she let me walk out w/ food for my dog 2 toys and a treat ! I will forever be thankful for that woman 💞
