Nice size Home Depot and easy to navigate witha spacious parking lot. The inside is well lit and looked well organized. My favorite part was when I walked up and spotted a John Deere lawn Mower sitting right next to a set of log splitters.

Im usually happy to come to this Home Depot. And usually Ihave a great experience with reps.But today... I was ready to finally pay for multiple paint tools, accessories, and paint, aside from my lawn purchase. The lawn purchase was good. But the paint section. Totally out of synch with the customer. I had been looking at colors for about 10 minutes wheb I finally decided with what I was going to go with. The people working the section were too busy talking about their Tattoos nonetheless couldnt even give a proper greeting, and even told me if I was "lost" here is a painting list (proceeded to point to it).No easy eay to put it, but the person is blunt and nonchalant and really needs to rethink how they handle a customer.I was ready to spend over 5k in paint aside from my own room. Im just going to get contractors instead of doing it myself now. Pretty sad if you ask me.Otherwise, Gonzalo who worked garden, and had glases helped me with my lawn purchase. He was helpful and easy-going. The polar opposite of the folks in paint.Im taking my business elsewhere now, as business owner, Veteran, and weekend DIYer. I've officially had enough Home Depot.

Picked up some lumber, and I had the worst experience with JOY who said she’s a supervisor and started demeaning me and being very rude.I just let it be, paid and got outta there.Joy, you are the reason I won’t be back.

The elderly lady running the cashier near garden was extremely rude and tried to tell me to fit 30 bags of top soil on a flat cart which even if it fit wouldnt be moveable. Better off going to Lowes. She was very rude

Researching kitchen countertop s. Found that they supplied what I was looking for. Costs vary from Lowe's. My countertop would be a special order. The person helping me was knowledgeable and attentive. She answered my questions and had samples of the material

My husband and I had our kitchen flood in our rental. And had to shut the main water valve off. After further inspection, we found the heated line was leaking hot water and the plumbing was ancient. So we went to home depot before closing. This man was kind enough to help my husband understand what we needed but the store didn't carry the proper size valve we needed. Even though the store didn't have what we needed. The man was very helpful. He said he worked there for two years. I give 5 stars just for dropping some much needed knowledge on what compression valve we needed.

What a nightmare of a home improvement project. Home Depot was terrible about responding. Sales rep was awful and promised to be a part of remodel every step of the way. Left her numerous messages that were never answered. Home Depot charged me in full for a job that wasn't done for two months. Called numerous times to find out why and no one ever got back to me. Only one person was responsible, Tammy, scheduling person. The rest suck! Job was very expensive for the terrible customer service! Won't ever use them again. Will try LOWE'S next job!

Leaving this review for Jon in the electrical department. Every time I need help with something even if it’s not his area that he works in, he doesn’t hesitate to assist and does it with a positive attitude. This review should have been left along time ago but after this last visit I just had to make time to leave this review. I came into this location a few days and needed help with a complicated list of electrical items for a project in my house. Not only did he guild me in the right direction and help find the list of items but he also provided council on the right way of using certain items that needed to be included or added to make sure the job was done properly. Because of Jon, I continue to do business with this Home Depot.

Not sure which Home depot this review is for cause I was in one in Roseville on Sunrise boy has that store gotten bad. It seems like it's turning into another Lowe's can't seem to find any help. Had literally sat there way longer than I should've to get help. Well help never came so I had just left

This review is for the Home Depot off Fairway in Roseville. And it's not for the stock, the convenient parking, the usual price points, but for the staff. Unable to locate the items I wanted, a quick walk to customer service put me in the hands of a staff member Melissa, who confirmed that more than my needs were in overflow stock and not on the floor.Five minutes later, after fetching my car, out of the garden entrance came Melissa, a flag man followed by a forklift followed by another staff member to help break down a pallet and load my car. I really cannot fault the service or the general attitude of friendliness and genuine service.I cannot give any rating other than the maximum..... All for a purchase of less than $200. The staff are a credit to the company and I hope someone in line management is able to take note of this review.Oh, twenty 27gallon totes and lids will fit into a medium sedan. Melissa was wrong 😃

If you're looking for a place to get supplies for a small project or big job, this is the place to get what you need and then some. The prices are decent. It just depends on the project you're doing.

The garden center here was pretty epic. Huge and impressive selection. Store wasn't completely up to date with the website as to the location of items or availability, but we got close enough.

This place rocks❣️ From friendly personnel to a garden area where you could get lost. That is, IF you love gardening you gotta check this place out. Heavy traffic, of course, during weekends and peak hours - - who cares haha. I went from a huge yard to a tiny yard; therefore, I need only a push lawn mower. Curbside picked up the item (np there) I purchased so I wouldn't go haywire with all the flowers I saw as I left. Ugh 🤦🏻‍♀️

I'm a regular Shopper at this store. I shop for both my personal home needs as well as business-related good. While shopping today I purchased an item at a price in which matched the label. When it showed up on the screen and it was priced quite a bit higher than what I thought I was going to pay . Cindy was supervising the cashier area and walked out to the floor with me to verify the accuracy of the pricing. When she realized that the price was in fact Incorrect and the description match the price she took care of it without hesitation. This type of service is hard to find these days. Fairway Home Depot has my business!

The selection here has always been great and I love how fast the self checkout is. My major complaint is the lack of solid customer service. Out of the may times here I have only had great customer service, other times it wasn't bad but super indifferent. If you know what your doing and know how to look things up yourself you shouldn't have any problems.

Grab a outdoor shed, then go to checkout and let the cashier know which wheelbarrow we want to purchase. (They are all out front tied together) my husband goes out and takes a picture of the sku per the cashier direction and it comes up over $20 more then the $84 advertised. My husband goes back outside, Meanwhile I point out there are 2 columns of the same one with the huge sign in front. She doesn't care, said it would be the over $100 pricing the register came up. I pointed out they are all tied together, we didn't move anything, was not our fault if sign was incorrect and $ should be honored, she continued to push back, I was getting ready to ask for a manager when she called assistance up, a young man comes up looks outside (which is literally a few feet from where she was and refused to look) he comes in the $ gets honored. She treated my entire family like garbage, and not only were we buying a wheelbarrow we bought a shed!! And we are card members who are there often. This is not the way you treat customers!

Terrible experience, went in for a quick purchase however the item I wanted was behind a locked cage. After asking for help they said there is only one person who has the code for it and he is with another customer. Logic dictates that the combination should be shared to one of the 5 people up front doing nothing so they could come open it up. This was not the case. For some strange reason this one man in the entire store was the sole bearer of this code and no one else could open it. He was the code bearer and could not break away for 30 seconds to get me the product I required. There needs to be a change. How is it that this is even possible? I guess I failed the quest for the code master and walked out in an unbelievable huff. Do better Home Depot. Went to Lowes, it took me 5 minutes.

I'd rate 0 stars if I could.My father had an awful experience here the other day that he told me about. He was looking for some sort of switch that he had a picture of and the first person he talked to, a manager, directed him to talk to a woman named Lucy because she was supposedly knowledgeable about electric. She just finishes helping two customers when my dad walks up to her asking if she can help him find something, and barks, "I'm busy" as she tries to walk away.Anyway, my dad tells her that someone told him to talk to her to help him find what he needs so she tells him to walk with her, and then tells him that he can pick any of the pieces in a section and they'd work for what he needs (which was wrong).Some random customer in the store ended up helping my dad! And the first thing he says to him was that the woman, Lucy, was rude to my dad and that he wasn't an employee, but he'd try to help.My dad has his piece that a CUSTOMER helped him find, and as he's walking to checkout says in passing to Lucy that she was helpful and very kind. Does Lucy know what projecting is? She then tells my dad that he's so rude and all these other things. I've worked retail and customer service before and the way Lucy acted right off the bat during my dad's visit would be considered unacceptable and would qualify for disciplinary action within the workplace.It doesn't take much to be considerate, you don't even have to be "nice" necessarily, but you certainly shouldn't be rude. Whatever is going on with Lucy I hope gets better, no one with a life they enjoy acts like that to strangers.

Smaller newer Homedepot place, with some interesting attitude employees. You get treated as if you’re some kind of intruder not new customer. What looked to be some young tattooed employees who look as if they hate their job and ask for cigarettes after making me wait and allowing other customers to cut me after I patiently waited in the paint department. At the self pay machines there were some interesting mannerless teenagers or probably older than teenager employees giving you the evil eye sort of a get out of our store situation. The elder ones who were supervising had a mean look on their face as if every customer was stealing their merchandise. I said thank you and have a nice day and they were silent as if they were in a scary cult or something.As a billionaire corporation I believe Homedepot needs to learn to hire some human beings especially being in Roseville area, with a slightly better resume, the world is full of bad customer service and full of depressed don’t want to work attitude employees. This isn’t the first time I got this treatment, which is why I decided to give it a 1 star as generosity. They deserve 0 stars. I don’t come to any Homedepot to meet occult creepy personalities, I come to shop for my serious jobs.

Never get any refrigerator or any electrical stuff from Home Depot and don’t get the warranty from Home Depot too, if you get any problems with your electrical you have to talk to main company.Even Their managers ( Mr. Jordan and Mr. Kent) care about you. Warranty it doesn’t mean anything.

We happened to be in Rocklin for another errand and decided to look at this Home Depot for a Bosch dishwasher we wanted. They had three different Bosch models (more than our own local Home Depot) and it was very helpful to compare them.The employees here were super helpful (thank you Fred and Tonya!) and we were able to get our questions answered and complete our purchase. We're also thrilled with the delivery and installation options -- we'll have our dishwasher installed within a week!

My name is Diane Jackson and we used Home Depot in 2015 on our Kitchen and bath remodel. We had so many issues at the time. Now this year we called the counters that were put in which were quartz and we're guaranteed for life has separated at the seam and they do not back the people that they hired to put the counters in. So I will never use Home Depot again for any remolding.
