Guy in deli was so helpful and friendly. He had good suggestions to make a wonderful sandwich. So much care in the way he packages your deli meats and cheeses. I was impressed with the service from all in deli and checkout. Great choices and great staff.

They need someone to really look at the veggies. A lot of rotting veggies every time I go there. Not the best management it seems. But the Staff are overall friendly and helpful. But those veggies Definitely need some TLC.

My husband and I were both disappointed with the sandwichs today. Barely any meat, in fact more cheese, bread, and lettuce than meat 😐That really wasn't the worst of it. I ordered 2 of the exact same sandwich, and actually confirmed that with the person taking my order. Only one sandwich was made, so when they called my name wrong I didn't think it was for me. Then I asked and piinted out that there were supposed to be two. The reply I received was that she didn't see that on the order paper, and her coworker watched her slice the meat! Basically blaming the co-worker for her oversight. No apology was offered.Frustrated or not, you don't say that @%^# to your customer! Big no no. Say your sorry for the confusion and will get this corrected asap. Then thank the customer for being patient. Customer Service 101 people!Just tired of paying a lot for so-so with a side of attitude.

Great store. Clean, employees are friendly. The prices went up a lot though. Can't shop here as often as I used to.

The item which I wanted in the first place (an online order) wasn't in. I asked if that would be a back order and they said that since I hadn't paid for it yet, it would not be a back order. CLEARLY on the bottom the print out receipt, it says "paid with credit card #÷&#×".Now I don't know Sprouts can/will do for me, but I hope that I don't have to call my credit card company to have the order cancelled. I'd REALLY like to have the Field Roast Cranberry/Hazelnut loaf for Christmas.

I find the fruits and vegetable prices at Sprouts some of the best in town. And of course, I love their bulk items. We brought home an enormous ahi tuna steak for dinner, and it was wonderful! The only problem I have with Sprouts, is it's hard to find a brand names there that I have become accustomed to to.

I shop at this location often for Instacart. Employees are very friendly and knowledgeable. This helped me so much in the beginning. During my first few visits here, I was completely clueless. I had never been in a Sprouts before, and it was like a whole new world to me 🤣 Luckily I'm a fast learner and probably know the store almost as well as the people working there now! I appreciate them for never making me feel uncomfortable when asking questions since I've encountered my share of employees at other stores that made me wish I hadn't wasted their time with my problems.Their selection of produce is always fresh and plentiful, which is what I'm shopping for a majority of the time.Check out is always quick and goes smoothly, even when I'm doing 3 orders at a time, with several items in each order.Love this store! 😊

Unlike the Citrus Heights sprouts this one actually has a larger deli. Large selection of fresh fruits and vegetables lots of Organics. Don't think the organic produce here is nearly as good as the Citrus Heights store.

I had a car appointment today and stopped at sprouts to grab a tea and a muffin. As I sit waiting for my car to be repaired, I open the muffin and see the science experiment, mold. Unfortunately I didn't get a receipt and I'm unable to return without the receipt. Ugg, I'm stuck with nothing but mold. So if you want Sprouts muffins, be careful you may also receive something extra, mold.

I like this store. It is much larger than the Citrus Heights store. So there seems to be more variety of things to choose from.

Purchased a $39.99 turkey breast meal, should feed 2 - 3 people? No way. Breast was the size of my fist. Very disappointed, expected a little bit more.

A great place to do grocery shopping; it had everything I needed, and is easy to maneuver around because it isn’t like a huge store. I especially like their vitamin section. It is always staffed, and the staff is always available; I never have to go hunt them down like you do in other stores.

Ya know, Sprouts has been a let down lately. I purchased a watermelon a week ago and it was rotten. I didn't bring it back so I was out of 8 bucks. Then I purchased broccollini and it had yellow on it, I thought maybe broccollini had yellow on it because it was broccollini... Found out it was old and in a few days it was bad. So... Sprouts is supposed to be exceptional produce and foods but not so much... A couple years ago I purchased 3 watermelons all separate times, all bad. Costco has good watermelon! And maybe Raleys is where I should get my other produce. Food is too expensive for these failures.

Cashiers and workers are very friendly and lines are pretty quick here. I usually look for discounted meats like chicken and beef and rarely leave empty handed. Produce is very fresh here as well. Be sure to check out their cooked meals and heat and serve dinners. The gyro platter is pretty tasty!

The staff at this location I believe don't understand stand customer service correctly, I went in today to buy a couple of itmes... I was not asked if I need help but when they seen a white family right away they leap to go assist also I am a Mexican woman trying to spend my hard earn money here well when I decided to pay for the items I get to the register right away the cashier tells me she is closed and sends me to another cashier at this point I am playing tag with the cashiers but yet they immediately cash out a white family hmmm I wonder why is it that this location is like that but it's okay I won't be coming back #racist location

Great store, some of the staff need better training with food safety and handling and customer service. While asking the cashier (no name tag, has gauged ear lobes) to please bag my raw meat separately from my fresh vegetables (kale,commonly eaten raw) he only chuckled, "okay? Will do bud".. such great service. Won't be funny when someone gets sick from his carelessness or lack of knowledge..

My favorite Sprouts store! Went to another place for my Rx, and bought produce...well, tried to... I was pleasantly surprised to see that Sprouts' produce is far superior than my more expensive grocery store. (Bought some inferior fruit at the other store...but should've waited to go to Sprouts).Ordered online recently so I could eat healthy during my vacation in SoCal... they delivered all my groceries to my hotel room door! Great eats all week! Thank you Sprouts!
