Smart n Final on Harding is a great grocery store. Although I wish they would stay stocked up on certain items, they do a pretty good job. The staff is the best though. Friendly, helpful, and always happy to see me.

My worst customer service experience with some salesperson called ☹️ Teri. ☹️. How can a person with such attitude work in a customer service. I had to return my all purchase because she made a big deal out of a 1cent bag.

Love going here because they open at 6am and usually have a good selection of most items that I use. Cashiers and workers there are courteous and helpful

Went to get supplies for my work. They have a new app that lets you use your phone to get savings on items. Apparently it's something new. The workers were very helpful trying to figure the app out for me (& them). Also the guy working the frozen food section was very helpful also. Great prices, great people. Definitely recommend!

Reason I changed my rating is I have been shopping there for a while now and have got to see first hand what kind of customer service the really have. I have got to say that the customer service is outstanding not only one associate but all of them go above and beyond to help the people and are very friendly about doing it..

First, let me say this...Troy is the most friendly and efficient checker at this store. Troy is always happy to help customers and knows the store like the back of his hand. The store is one of the cleanest Smart and Finals I've been to, well stocked and easy to navigate.Update: Troy doesnt work there anymore 😔

There are many individual buyers here, but quite a few people from restaurants also come to buy.At COSTCO and restaurant supplies, there is a long line when paying, but here the waiting time is short, so I think restaurant-related people come to buy.I only buy one or two　items,I don't stock up, so if I need it, I can go buy it again.The parking lot is wide and easy to park.A very convenient grocery store

This store is located in a central part of Roseville. There are varied stores, gas stations, and many eateries in the area. The store is very clean with friendly employees. Shelves are well stocked and very neat. Fresh fruits and vegetables are exceptional.

I find reasonably priced staples for our home at Smart & Final. The shelves are well-stocked with a wide variety of products that i need. The frozen dessert section is enticing. I'll be buying some of these for our next holiday get togethers. Staff and customers are friendly and helpful.

The store is clean and the employees reasonably nice and polite, but I rarely find really good bargains here. Except apples -- they have the best, cheapest apples! I don't buy things in huge quantities, so it could be that there is where you get the bargains -- I don't know. They do have a good deal on Raisin Bran this week 😊.

Horrible store, go anywhere else besides this place. The manager is a tweeker who has nothing better to do with her life than start drama. Was threatened to be 86'd for trying to help scan, and my cashier was disabled, and sitting in a chair. I'm in this store almost daily serving customers.

Sad to see so many area stores closing. And all the customers are overwhelming this store! Expect longer waiting for cashier lines. Great location and good solid values for both regular customer and business customer. They even take EBT. I like the deep fryer game hens. The ones they dont sell they keep for a day in the fridge isle. Nice clean restroom and no need for it to be asked to be unlocked. Enjoy :)

Smart and final is a clean professional store. the quality of they produce the meats ect are outstanding.it is faster than the box stores for me because its smaller in sizeThe carry and supply small business and have what you need for events from bingo to your churches barbecue a dollar more than Sams or Costco.i can usually get in get out. Save time less stress while shopping. Try it and see.

Thee best place to do grocery shopping as well as cookware and quality cookware. Glass salt and pepper shakers, excellent roasted whole chickens, put those Walmart roasted chickens to Shame, and for only a buck more. Honestly friendly and helpful staff. Your not dealing with someone who is a disgruntled employee who doesn't even like and should not be in the retail business.Please check them out, you will not be disappointed and now they offer home delivery.

This was my first time at this particular Smart & Final. The produce section is really impressive, and seems reasonable in price. The produce guy helped us pick out a mango, since I've never done so in my life. Friendly, helpful guy. A couple other employees working & talking included us in their conversation about sports & they were friendly as heck, too. Wandered around aimlessly, until we found the mecca, the coffee/syrup aisle. Tons of flavored syrups to choose from! I think it's under $6 for a huge bottle, which would cost you about the same at regular stores for a much smaller bottle. Great deal on that. Again, we wandered around, picked up random things, price compared, marveled at the gigantic size items. The aisles are kinda narrow, especially if someone else is coming down them. Kinda uncomfortable.We finally make it up to the register to check out. The cashier has complete resting bi*ch face going on, doesn't greet us, just starts scanning the items. So, I tried to interact with her, asked how she was, she said the same thing back, but just really unpleasantly. She scanned the cart at the end, and I asked if that was so the alarm wouldn't go off when we left. She said, very snarky, "No, it's to make sure you didn't leave anything in the cart." Ohhh okay, then. I said, sorry... she then handed me the receipt & said have a good day, with zero enthusiasm. Ya know, that really ruined the whole trip for me. I don't expect a red carpet rolled out for me, I don't expect special treatment. I just expect some decent treatment. Everyone has bad days, but come on, put on a fake happy face until later. Maybe she just didn't like me for some reason. Which is odd, because I'm one of the nicest people you could ever meet, or at least I think I am. HahaAll that aside, I'd recommend this store. It's like Costco, sans membership, sans freebie snacks. 😉

So I went in to buy flavor extract because I remembered they sale different flavors, I picked up the banana flavor it was $4.99 and only 1 bottle left I look at the back and it’s two years expired 😡 so I ask the employee if they had more her response was I don’t know and that was it okay wow! I go the register and ask she said probably not, I asked well can I get the kimono flavor then for the price of the banana her quick response with an attitude is no I won’t do that, umm okay and she asked what isle was the expired flavor on, really lady that’s your job to know and you want me to do you a favor but can’t help me? You have a damn attitude and clearly you guys aren’t about customers or do your jobs very well! Smart & final you don’t make it right with your customers? Your employees are all rude! Garbage!

Store was super clean and everything was easy to find. I was able to find what I needed relatively quickly and was able to get in and out. Could have been faster but the kids needed to go potty. Parking lot was brightly lit at night.

I love going to smart and final. They have a lot of variety and the store is very clean. They have good prices and I get a lot of produce there as well. This smart and final is usually not to crowded.

For restaurant supply items needed quickly, it's great. I think the grocery process are fairly high though. More in line with Raly's or Safeway instead of WinCo or Grocery Outlet and the like. They do it a wife variety of items, and the fruits and vegetables section is always well stocked.

I like shopping at Smart & Final. They have a great selection of many items. Typically I'm buying coffee supplies. Coffee creamer sugar and cups, for group functions. But I've also bought some really good produce there. They have a large selection of bulk items. Bulk food and bulk styrofoam containers. Go in and check it out. I guarantee you will leave with something!
