I didn't really understand the point of making appointment. I came with my dog after making an appointment and stood there for about an hour. Filling out all that stuff online just for you to have to do it all over again once you get there. 🙄. The staff are really nice and the Vet knows her s**t. And the prices are ok. I would much prefer sitting in my car until I'm next in line and getting a text then praying my dog doesn't do its business inside the store waiting so long. How embarrassing.

Had a horrible experience with grooming. Was told by 1 manager that they would give me a full refund. When i went back to get refund, another manager named Jim refused and was rude and condescending. He kept making excuses like i have never taken my dogs in for grooming. So much for their 100% satisfaction guarantee !! I filed a formal complaint with their Corp office which assured me they would make sure i was refunded..we will see. Regardless..what a hastle. We will NEVER bring our babies here again and Jim should be fired!!!
