Brody is a 90 lb lab not quite 2 yr old. This was his first bath, nail clip and tooth brushing. He had to be lifted onto the table but staff did this happily. His fur was soft and he smelled great after his bath. They said he behaved well and did not start barking until he heard our voices. We will definitely bring him back.

I truly have to say, their customer service is wonderful! It gets better, Alyssa did an AMAZING job on my fur baby! Her fur is smooth as silk, and her cut was perfect! I won’t go anywhere else! I highly recommend Petco! 😊

Prissy (Priscilla) the cat groomer is the most professional and hardworking gal at the Roseville, Ca. Store. I wish she had a helper or another groomer to help with the load as she is the only cat groomer. We just adore Priscilla. Thank you, Priscilla!**Update 9/24/23Priscilla (Petco, Roseville, CA) is the most awesome groomer. She’s so sweet, attentive and very professional with our senior cat Buddy (17 yr). His fur is clean, smooth and beautiful. No more dandruff! We love Prissy.

I was greeted as soon as I walked in. The young girl also smiled and greeted my dog to reassure her that everything was going to be alright. I was happy to see that she really cared about my dog. She cut her nails and smoothed them so I wouldn't get scratched. I had been going to Pet Smart but they seemed more concerned about getting the nails cut and talking than making the dog comfortable or getting the nails smooth. We will be going to Petco from now on. Thank you!!

On 4/24/20, Priscilla did total grooming on both of my cats in three hours: the nail trimming, wash & dry fur, trimmed fur for the summer, etc. The cats looked so cute (like ET :-) and appeared so enlivened, it was worth every penny. On top of all, it is difficult to find a cat groomer at all, at least in the Sacramento area, so Priscilla is much appreciated, also a great mixture of matter-of-fact instruction to owner, skilled, and friendliness. Pricilla always listens to my specific requests and addresses each one. My dog's ear hair gets tangled... Special leave in conditioner... he has long hair on his feet... she trims them poodle style in the wet months so his wet feet dry faster and don't track in so much water. I love Pricilla and how she trims my dog and does a consistently wonderful job.

Pricilla and Kaitlyn groomed two of my dogs today. I cannot express how amazing they both looked when they were all done! My dogs are very anxious whenever they go to the groomers, but Pricilla and Kaitlyn were so calming and loving they did wonderfully. I highly recommend them. Amy also grooms another of my dogs and she is equally awesome!

My dog was matted - I didn't realize it at all!- and Michelle took hours to calm her and reassure her while she took off the offensive bits. I am so pleased, and relieved, that my little girl is happy again. I'm definitely going to use Michelle's services again.
