Bad store the only problem is all the employees Park up at the front of the store I got there about 10 minutes before they opened the parking lot was completely full nowhere to park anywhere near the door so I got out and went and waited for the store to open me and three other people walked in all the other cars were employees

On a recent outing to the Rohnert Park Home Depot, I was impressed to see an area of the store dedicated to tool and equipment rentals. There are some things I do not have that I could rent here.The Home Depot orange stands for value and energy. I felt energized leaving the store today because of the value I am going to get on future projects by saving money on rentals of equipment that I normally wouldn't have access to.

Really bad service nobody was able to help me in the appliance department we went to costumer service to buy a washer and dryer and the lady that helped us had a really bad attitude not a good experience and yes we ended up getting them but only because we really really need them.please Home Depot costumer experience is very important!

I usually find/ get everything I need. Staff are helpful, I shop here quite often for all my home goods/ garden needs. I've been recently getting some wood and it seems semi affordable. There's a wide variety of multiple types of wood for ever it is you're looking for. Usually get checked out quickly too!

This store is so hard to get a hold of via phone it’s pathetic! I’ve been calling the pro-desk , called customer service desk, and email. To place a simple lumber order and no response at all. Got a hold of the manager at that time and I expressed my frustration but yet to solution. Luckily I was able to get a hold of Kelly at the pro-desk and he made the ordering process all worth it.Home Depot please upgrade your customer service response and answer the phones at this point.

Just like all home Depot's in California it is hard to find anyone who can help or even find products in the store. Best if you already know what you need and don't bother calling because they rarely ever answer their phone

All the workers at the Rhonert Park Home Depot, from the sales associate who took my order, to the lumber yard workers to the floor managers and top manager were super friendly and helpful! I was very happy with my experience in getting fence pickets there. The quality of their fence pickets was very nice also! I will most certainly shop there again.

I know where everything is, so I avoid talking or asking for help.There's only two people I will ask questions, Joe and Mike. Old timers who are actually in the trades.The kids avoid contact or comment of any kind which is fine.

I would give this particular home depot negative stars if I could. I have ordered things online that are listed as abundantly in stock in store just to have it canceled on me, the reason, they don't have it in stock. Today I went into the store for utility board that claims to have had 64 in stock, couldn't find it so I asked the employees that were working that section, the supervisor told me he hasn't had it in stock in a while and the only thing he could offer was something that was double the cost. No apologies, no reasoning, no help, he didn't run the sku code to see if it was elsewhere, nothing but a very rude "don't believe what's listed online it doesn't reflect what we have in the store." I have heard that a few times from the staff here with only half of them bothering to run the sku to double check. Why have inventory listed online at all if it is never accurate, it could just list if it's carried in stores or online only. I will no longer be supporting my local home depot as they do not wish to support and help their hard working customers

Called for information on my garage door that was under warranty that I purchased at home depot and had their people install. They were useless, basically laughed at me and said call the manufacturer. Kind of as expected. They don't honor their warranties, so I will purchase windows, doors, garage doors, lawn mowers else where.

I went in yesterday ready to spend about $1000 on garden equipment. I wanted to buy a pole saw and blower. Etc.. I asked two people to open cage and they could not open the cage nor call someone to help. The third person I found was in the paint department, a woman and a man we're standing there, talking behind the counter, and completely ignored me. Then, when she finally acknowledged me, she was so rude. Then acted like she couldn't get someone to help. When I said, I should've went to Friedmans she refused to help me. Really really rude. Went to Customerservice desk. And they also could not help me. He tried calling someone to help and no one ever answered. I was pretty frustrated and ended up, leaving everything in my cart and went to Friedmans. It literally took me 10 minutes to buy everything I had wanted to purchase at Home Depot with no hassles or drama or rudeness. My biggest complaint is actually the woman in the paint department. That was so rude. WTH Home Depot. Train your people in customer service please. I have rentals and spend tens of thousands of dollars in that store every year. Seriously.

Home Depot is getting worse and worse. locked out wires and tools need to wait for hours to get unlocked. People are trying to get stuff done just ridiculous waiting hours in home Depot.

Clean well kept Home Depot. I prefer the one in Windsor as I'm more adjusted to the layout, but this one has most of what you might look for at a location. Lots of staff on the floor. If you ask them questions, they will help. Just got to grab their attention. I love the plants at most Home Depot s- the quality of the ones I've gotten has lasted for years. A bit pricey but worth it!

July 3rd.We were looking for some stuff we needed, and we received help from the best guy with the best attitude we ever met,he helped us to look for everything we needed, he answered all our questions, cleared all our doubts; well, he actually did a lot for us.He's somebody his coworkers should follow to.So yeah, next time somebody need something, I highly recommend to ask for GLENN MARTIN. Thank you sr.I can't forget Al and Cathy thank you both too.

My rate isn’t about the store, the store looks well stocked and huge it is a good place to do your Home Depot shopping!! However, it is the employees! Some are kind and helpful and knowledgeable!! and others look like they were dragging their feet and pretending they didn’t hear you!!I’m not no-one-to judge!! Just proving my point!! I just feel like Home Depot is short handed and lack of experience employees!! They need training in making customers feel comfortable for what they’re looking for!!In past month i had to come back at least 5 times to get the right parts i was looking for!! Maybe my timing was inconveniences “late afternoons”or what? It was not a pleasant experience, it was late afternoons it was cold and rainy!! And no employee to assist me 😳but, it was a must to go for the parts needed!!Next time, When i go to Home Depot “and i go often” i will get names of the ones who were kind and helpful!! Especially who provided acknowledgment and who really listened to what i was looking for!!I will try to avoid visiting Home Depot late afternoons!! Although, I must say if you are walking around looking for someone to assist you , just for a simple question!! Home Depot is a good place to get your exercise done! The store is huge!!FYI: If you order something online and its ready for pick up, you should go before 5pm!’ Otherwise, your order won’t be ready until the next morning!!To be continued 😉

The tragedy here is maybe one of 10 employees actually knows what they're doing and I actually have to go and find my own tools and my own paint and it's kind of like Kohl's where most of the kids working they're dumber than dirt and I don't know if they're just not being trained properly or they just don't care really but either way I find it sad but the older employees there they still care so thanks y'all you make it worth me coming back again and again.

Home Depot is a convenient distance from home so I go there when I need household stuff. Unfortunately I needed the help of an associate for the department and a passing employee called one on the radio. None ever showed up. They need to work on customer service. They lost the sale and install because I wasn't confident they would show up as expected.

You get what you pay for. Everyone knows that Home Depot is the impersonal and poorly stocked big box store, but sometimes is very convenient. Occasionally they have just what you need under one roof.

This is where we landed after being evacuated for the Kincade fire. Whithn five minutes of parking our RV, the manager came to with a shopping cart of water: "Take what you need. It's safe to stay here." Nice people.
