My daughter call the store asked specifically for a name brand of guinea pig food they had on website they put her on hold for a few seconds came back and said yes they had it on hand she even asked the second time just to make sure and they replied yes they had it on hand went to the store and no they didn't have it at all we were told that that's only sold online. Lazy employee didn't bother to go and actually look or ask. Poor customer service.

When I delivered their freight here, on time, I got a snide"What's Up?!" for a greeting. Nice professionalism here (eyebrows raised). From reading the comments here, I tend to believe the negative reviews as truth. I wouldn't want to shop at this store with an attitude displayed by employees like that.

I go to this store every 2 weeks, to get Bird food, always they have what i am looking for few times needed help, didn’t have to wait long to get help. Nice and friendly Staff specially at the checkout. Recommend this store to friends too. I may have to leave this area soon. Hopefully i get the same service as i been getting from this location

CORPORATE bureaucracy at it's WORST! Twice now I have had my same day delivery not delivered and I had to go down there at feed time and get it. May sound petty but this a ranch and when you say feed is coming, animals depend on it! So my same day delivery reward was used up twice and not replaced. I am now 30 min into my second call to try to get it returned by corporate because the store cannot fix it. Tractor supply came into our (once) rural area and in doing so put our feed store of 30 years out of business and this is no replacement service wise. AND they don't carry hay so we are forced to drive 20 miles for that. Sad

I get my chicken feed n such from here, reasonable prices, I’ve purchased feed and it was moldy due to recent rains, they refunded me, obviously had to go out of my way to make the exchange however but they were helpful about it. On another note when aunt Tammy sales associate tries to persuade you to purchase two geese and opt out of purchasing a duck Don’t do it 😆 they’re bigger dirtier and if you don’t devote more than a hour a day to hopefully befriend them they are aggressive 🙄

My husband and I went to groom a couple of Golden Retrievers , which actually, belong to a good friend of ours. Every employee we encountered, was so friendly, they were very good with the dogs. Anytime, we asked them for help, the employees were right there for whatever we needed. We do have a Tractor Supply Co. , closer to where my husband and I live. However, we really enjoyed this location. We’re going to back again.

We're here in CA to assist with the impact on wildlife due to the wildfires. There was no one in line. Just wanted 2 bags of pine pellets. That should have taken less than five minutes. We're a tax exempt rescue. Yet, 15 minutes later. I'm still trying to buy 2 bags of pine pellets. I no longer had the time to care for cashiers to figure it out. When I told the 2nd cashier I did not have time to deal with this any more. We'd just pay the tax. She didn't apologize said a snotty "oh wow". I'll not be back to that location again.

Staff seems friendly enough but someone ruined all the Muck brand boots including the ones in boxes to be sold by putting security pins THROUGH the wall of the boots. Kinda ruins the point of purchasing a waterproof boot if it has a hole in it. With all the recent rain I had to go to a Basspro to get a pair instead.

Great place to wash your dirty dog! They usually have 5 different shampoos/conditioners to choose from (although they were down to one) when I went last. They provide towels and a wall mounted blow dryer with grooming tables. Only $9.99, first come first serve which sometimes leads to long waits , they only have 2 bays. But helps make the dog washing process a little less back breaking.

I had a delivery there and got there late at night. I couldn't find a Truck Stop nearby, so parked behind the store. Ryan was the man unloading me. He was top-notch all the way. I was delivering pallets of pellets and there was a bit of a mess from the loaders. When he was done unloading the trailer he took the extra (and much appreciated) step to blow the trailer out. It took him all of 2 minutes. But that one thing speaks very highly of your employee and the company. I live in Idaho and am use to people who care, I just don't see it in the larger metro areas of California that often. People are nice enough but not always Conscientious. He was really appreciated, because as I said, there were no nearby Truck Stops, and I was scampering off to grab my next load. I rarely mention by name an employee, but Ryan helped me in that one act more than he knows. Thank You.

If you have never been to the Tractor Supply before I suggest checking it out. This store specifically is clean and well organized. Lots of home maintenance products along with a large variety of pet products. Think "bulk buy" but for pets. Also a section of cute Farmhouse style decor thrown in there too.Two of the ladies working today were very nice and offered help multiple times. One even helped with an online instore order. 👍

Ordered items for curbside pickup. Items were ready 12 minutes after I placed order. When I got to the store, check in through text was easy and I was able to leave instructions (which were actually read and followed). I was at the store for no more than 2 minutes when a very kind woman walked out with my items and placed them in my vehicle. I just wish my cat food was able to be ordered for curbside pickup.

This store seems to have the products we are looking for but the staff is very RUDE. They are not helpful and act as if they'd rather be anywhere else but at work. We recently moved to the area and were originally thrilled to find a TSC nearby and have since changed our minds based on the horrible attitudes of the staff. Customer Service one might get at a service station. I usually need a little help loading my truck and you would think I asked them to give me a million bucks AND I always tip!! We just returned from Oklahoma and they were much friendlier there than here, how sad. We have purchased several large ticket items here, 15 propane canisters, (1)10 X 20 pop-up tent, Grass Seed, just under a ton, Mulch, same, signage, ground cover, and flowers for landscaping, but not again unless the staff changes! We were treated like stupid hillbilly neighbors, we own a nice property nearby. Train your staff and be in attendance or have secret shoppers.

They should put a closing sign time for the dog showers or information i went at 7:15 & they said they were closed for the day because it takes a 30min time to clean up yet they close the store at 9pm ridiculous

The location is great and store is clean . The associates are very friendly and helpful. Also during this time of Covid19 as I entered the store the associates reminded me of the social distancing which being a senior myself I appreciated . Will definitely be back again and recommend to others.

Tractor Supply Riverside advertises fillable propane. On 3-9-22, TS staff advised me they were out of propane until 3-10-22. On 3-10-22, I was advised the propane was available. However, they did not have the nozzle to disburse propane. Staff said they ordered nozzle had no idea when they would have it.The staff seem aloof and clueless

Nice store but be careful a lot of the packages are smaller than normal. (Example) poultry food is $1.50 more than the feed store down the street and the bags look the same but are #40 instead of #50.

Why wait in line at home Depot in and out and the staff is great . Very knowledgeable and nice I love this place . After searching for a wheelbarrow tire at every other Big box store I found it here and it was 30% less I love this place

Been to this new location once and never had an issue. Been to the one in Corona/Norco, same thing, both stores extremely friendly staff. As always I'm always finding everything I don't really need, but still find a way to need it.

Awesome store, great selection on items that they carry. Saves a trip to the big box store if you need an item to do a quick repair around your house. Great selection for pet lovers

First time there three nights ago and I absolutely love it! Being able to order online and pick up from the Norco store… = a Dream come true. I was born I. Compton & raised in Norco; westill have property there, 5 acres.What a treat when I saw this location… Last 6 1/2 years I lived in Texas and before that Hawaii for approximately six years . I now called both those places my “other home”… But Norco is my hometown and I’m proud of that! Tyler was extremely helpful and so was Susie… My new favorite shopping place. Merry Christmas everybody! Yeehaw!

Very lousy. I drove my ev there to charge on the charge station, only to find out they were bagged up and not able to to be used. Then I went inside to get some chain link top rail, only to find out, they have no chain link parts.I think this tractor supply is a bust.
