Amazing experience coming here today. Reptiles are such amazing animals, and always brighten up a kids day. Today was much different though. We were all blown away by the service we received and were able to encounter one of the coolest reptiles ever. The amazing representative created an ever lasting memory that will never be forgotten. What a great addition to our Valentine's Day! Thanks so much!!!

We actually came here for a reptile...and we left with a bunny! The reptiles were kept very cleanly and neatly but the baby bunnies just melted our hearts. Overall a great experience, they don't care if you adopt a feeder rabbit for a pet lol! Also included is a pic of the rabbits and a beautiful carpet python!

I love this place. They truly care about the welfare of all reptiles and not just about making a buck. I know this because a few years ago, my dad and I decided to try to rehome my brother’s turtle who he seemed to have abandoned. My brother was 35 at the time and still lives at home (tbh I think he might be on the spectrum), and brings home random critters from time to time but is terrible at caring for them, including this turtle. My dad and I couldn’t stand to see it suffer anymore so one day we called around to all the local pet stores and this place was the only one to accept them no hesitation. Mind you, this is a very common turtle not worth much money so I know they weren’t in it for that. Knowing this turtle were in caring hands was such a relief for us!! We had no idea how to care for it seeing as it wasn’t our pet, and my brother was not properly taking care of it, so rehoming it was the best option for all involved.

I was very pleased and thankful to have found this location. I called several other reptile stores for information regarding a situation I was dealing with and they were kind enough to provide me with the insight and help I needed. The shop was clean and reptiles looked cared for. I highly recommend if you should have any questions or would like to add a reptilian friend to the family :)

Went in for feeder crickets when the "big" pet store across the street didn't have any. Best thing that could have happened! Good quality feeders at a great price.

I went in for some meal worms while my family was babysitting my wife's coworker's beardie. Super chill employee (apologies, I can't remember her name). Didn't seem like there was a whole lot of inventory on the shelves, but there was enough for what I needed. Glad this place is close to home for beardie food stuff.

Lots of snakes, bearded dragons, and different lizards which was amazing to see. We arrived when snakes were having they're dinner served. Sales lady, no so friendly unfortunately...

I got a tortoise here about a year ago and he was very healthy. He still is to this day with no health problems! They seem to know info about their pets. The bedding is always clean, no poop on it. I always see fresh food too. They pet sit VERY good and take very good care of your pet. I would highly recommend this place. <3

I like strictly but im not gonna lie there prices are kinda high on things especially live animals but its a cool store it would be even cooler if the owner would buy my isopods i have for sale hmu if anyone is in the market for isopods ,orange and blues.

I've been coming here for about 10 years and the service here is always outstanding. I was recently put in a temporary situation where my snakes weren't invited so they have been housing them for me till I can take them back. Prices were the absolute best within 50 miles for housing and they are taking great care of them. I'm so beyond grateful for this place

Some cool reptiles. The customer service needed work. We were the only customers in the store and the guy working there made no attempt to engage with us or help us out. Being first time reptile buyers, we needed all the help and advice we can get. Bought a bearded dragon elsewhere.

I would not purchase here. Sulcatas are not well cared for. Sunken in eyes. Practically dead. They do not give care sheets. Not well informed on care. Rude staff. Do their best not to honor return policy.

This place is amazing! I bought my chameleon here a couple of months ago. The people really new what they were talking about. The people are so helpful too! The reptiles have amazing prices and they don't cost a lot of money for cages and food . I would buy another reptile here agian!

Best reptile store in the area. Staff is friendly, they know what they are talking about, and all the animals are healthy. This place left such a good impression after I bought my ball python from them, that I now only get my feeder rats from them. The place is clean, and organized, and the selection of different reptiles is great.

Great customer service, a bit high on the prices for animals but the husbandry is wonderful. They are decently knowledgeable on what animals they carry. Very clean and friendly. My new go to place for my snake needs. He said they will be carrying frozen rodents soon as well.

The lady there was very polite, helped answer questions and did her best to help us in every way. They have adult Dubias, Hissing Roaches, etc. for our bearded dragon, and with them actually selling adults we can potentially start a colony of them with her help.

This year I have been a new snake owner, I have been coming regularly to pick up rats and the staff have been a huge help in answering questions of mine. My baby snake has grown to a nice healthy happy size and thanks to smart feeding tips and advice she's health, happy, and never associated my hand with feeding times.
