We took our dog in for what we thought was to have our fur baby put to sleep. It was an extremely stressful time but everyone was so compassionate and got us in a room immediately. The Doctor came in asked us a lot of questiones, examined Sophie thoroughly and gave us the fabulous news that she had a muscle pull in her back and she was extremely healthy for a 14 year old. She received an injection in her back and by the next morning she was running around and happy and healthy ! We have always been extremely satisfied with the care that she gets at Banfield pet hospital in PetSmart in Moreno Valley, California. If you're looking for a great clinic to care for your pet Banfield is definitely the place to go! We have been a member of Banfield for 6 years and have never been disappointed in the care that our dog gets from them. Personnel is very friendly, compassionate and very knowledgeable in pet care.

If I can give 0 stars I would After trying to get gold fish for my son Bryan the employee told me I couldn’t because of not having a fish tank I mentioned I wanted to buy one he said I had to wait and I was fine with it I called my sister who has the same type of fish and she said she can put them on her tank while mine was ready so my son can get to see them he gave me the fish after that and after a bit walked to the register and told the cash register rose something in her ear and looked straight at me at this point I got so uncomfortable and decided to give the fish back to another employee and then when I wanted to leave rose yelled at me saying mam I’m gonna need the fish I told her I gave them to someone else and she said no u have to give them to me at this point I went to look for the employee I gave the fish too so he can give her the fish 🤦🏽‍♀️ this was the worst experience I’ve ever encountered they made it seemed I was stealing the dam fish everyone looked at me when she screamed and I was so embarrassed because she was so loud ! After waiting for the manager who was in a meeting I decided to call them and call corporate! Nobody should go through what I did it’s so embarrassing!!!

It's a solid petsmart, I've never had any issues and it's clean and stocked. Sometimes the line takes wayyy too long tho and I can't imagine why.

I always purchase the best high quality food and other items for my pet bunny. They have good deals, sell lots of pets. Love that vista rescue comes and helps pets get adopted and they support the local animal shelter too. My bunny's always happy after I go shopping for him.Update! Jan 2021I purchased 2 menows, cold water fish for my son tank plus three smaller sized goldfish. Already had my 10 gal tank and Aqueon filter.Already in love with the tank.If you want great Customer service , see cashier Rose.& free 14 day replacement if your fish dies . so get a per Now people.Mask Required.

SHE TOOK MY 3 MONTH OLD TOY YORKIE CLIPPED HIS NAILS, GAVE HIM THE CUTEST FACIAL HAIR CUT, AND GOT ALL THE EYE BOOGERS OUT HIS EYES IN LESS THAN 10 MINUTES THANK YOU SO MUCH. Completely butchered my dogs hair cut. He looks awful. Also, why is there ever only 1 register open?!? Had to wait over 20 mins just to pay for a hair cut. So ridiculous. And the woman at the register named rose is not very nice or friendly

Great experience for the dogs 1st time. They usually go to private groomers but we were pressed for time as we were relocating to another state. Now they are in the system and they enjoyed the experience. The groomer was so kind & loving & gentle with my babies. They will return... only in Oregon now.- Sampson & Chloe

Good place to buy pets, food anything that involves with animals. It's always clean. Nice people. Cute pets. Especially the hamsters and guinea pigs and parrots.I haven't bought a pet from here yet but I will once I get settled in my new place.

This pet smart was very helpful. Me and my family came in for an emergency with our fish and an employee rose was very helpful and understood what was going on. The building was well kept and plenty of pets to choose from.

Really bad experience. Haven’t shopped here in years because one long time employed cashier who use to always be rude. Purchased something last month. Never used it and brought it back to purchases dog shampoo. The cashier stated “are you sure you bought this last month. I didn’t see you come in with it” my response was 1) you walked away 2) here’s my receipt and 3) it’s on video that I came through the door with it. Very rude cashier. She is the only reason why o quit coming here. She’s the reason why I won’t return

****Update**** 7/1/2022I ordered curbside pick up. When I called to pick up my order I was asked to go inside, not a problem what so ever. Once inside it took quite a while to be acknowledged even though the so called manager Mercari (not sure if that's the correct spelling) was staring directly at me for severalminutes. Customer service is lacking greatly yet again if management does not lead by example there is no surprise there.-------Just got my first bird here amd going back to get another 45 minutes later to give my bird a little buddy.

I placed an online order here because I was visiting my parents, I didn't get to pick it up the same day it was ready but that night I received an email saying "thanks for picking up your order" 5 minutes before they closed. They did give me a refund since I wasn't the once that picked it up but I'm pretty sure the employees kept it for themselves, I had an item that had sold out at the store in my order. Never buying from here again.

Took my dog for grooming. Had to wait in line to pay for over 10 minutes because they only had one register open. They complained and said for me to go to another groomer because my dog try’s to run out of the bath. when I got home her nails were cut so roughly some were peeling and two were left uncut. They had her there for almost 4 hours she was visibly stressed. The groomers were obviously rushing.

Extremely long line halfway through the store with only one cashier. Multiple associates were just standing around talking to each other or just walking around aimlessly and not offering help to any guests. I was not offered any help until I reached the cashier after waiting 20 minutes in line. Extremely disappointed.

Took my Chihuahua in today for their "bred day" sale. They did a nice job but even taking her in early morning at 8 it still took them 90 minutes to bathe her and cut her nails, and they didn't call to let me know she was ready, I had to show up and ask. Maybe they were done earlier, I wouldn't know.

Somehow during a simple cat grooming, got a call saying our cat was injured. Now our poor cat looks like someone tried to harvest his toes, and the employees could not give an explanation to anything that happened. Do not take your pets here if you care about them!
