I called to make an appointment for my dog to be groomed just now and Leslie told me "No, you can't bring your dog" and then said "Go **** yourself", and hung up on me.Wow... Irrational behavior, be forewarned their customer service is not the greatest. Needless to say no longer a customer of this place!

I took my pit bull Bambino there and they did such a great job. Leslie was very knowledgeable about dogs and professional in what she does. Also her brother Michael was there assisting as mom Rachelle stood by helping all the customers. What an awesome place to pamper your loving pets! Thanks @Lesliespawspa!!!

I took my dog for grooming and she shaved my dogs face so bad that she had cuts on her face. When I called a few days later to tell her I was totally upset she tried to lie and say she wasn’t working that day. But my friend was with me when we too my dog on and got her out. No animal should ever have this happen to them. I hope no one goes there my did is still suffering I wish I could show pictures

I don't know..$65 groom..After I viewed..it just seems..like her hair was "CHOPPED OFF"SHE DIDN'T SMELL FRESHI noticed when I drop off and pick up..No info or phone number asked or any specific instructions.I asked for short cut.I like it..it's a choppy cut..Ssssh.Smokers inside building..Hence my dog didn't smell fresh🤷

I think this placed is closed down? No answering of the phones and the actual building is never open during the hours they claim.
