The workers were very helpful. A Very clean environment. The workers look professional and well-groomed. They were Very polite and courteous. Answered all my questions I had. And they have different things the other pet stores do not have. The pet clothes are so cute and unique.

They always have the best toys for my dog and her favorite dog food which is Rachael Ray dog food. Overall, the store was very clean and organized and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I've only had my dog for 6 months and I've been coming to the riverbank Petco for years for my cats but now that I have a dog she absolutely loves coming to this store. Thank you very much for staying in business in my area and for the excellent services and products. 🙌🏼

Everything was good except for the fact the delivery driver left package on front door step in the pouring rain. Could have went around back & left on patio out of the rain. Box fell apart before I got it in the house. But from the time I ordered to the time of delivery was like 3 days.

Even though I like the staff at my local Petco I will be driving further to give my business to PetSmart. I went in today to purchase a bag of dog food, which I do a minimum of once a month. I have been asking for a while now about the free bag of dog food after so many purchases and why I had not received it. I was given a bunch of different reasons over numerous months. Today While I was in there, I finally had someone that actually took the time to look. She found that I had for some reason 2 separate accounts of which the newer one had my phone number incorrect. They told me that all of my grooming and dog food was on one account, but my app was another which was why I was not receiving the free dog food on my app. That all my purchases were going on the other acct. They told me I had purchased enough dog food to have received 2 free bags at this point plus I was working towards my first free grooming. They told me I had to call the 888 customer service number to get the accounts combined so i could get my 2 free bags of dog food. When I called customer service, Rep Henrietta "fixed" my accounts and then told me they could not give me my 2 free bags of dog food. That was on the other account. I explained to her that she needed to transfer the 2 free bags from my other account onto my app. She told me that they were not able to do that, that it was not an option. That i could not get the two free bags i had earned that the best she could do was give me $5 in vital care credit.Petco, you need to learn to treat your customers better and give them what they have earned by loyally shopping at your store. When I am purchasing an $81 bag of dog food once a month from you guys to be told they cannot transfer my 2 free bags to my other acct. that you'll credit me $5 in vital care credit? Really? The two free bags would have totalled $160 not $5. It will be PetSmart from here on out for me. They might not have a free bag of dog food offer but I would rather give my money to a more honest company.

Getting help here is a freaking joke. Went in to buy some fish. Asked for help multiple times. Was there for about 25 mins. Got no help at all. Employee was talking to other employees. Said yes she would help never came.

Yes, they're friendly, but the animals that work here dont speak English nor know how to count.There was a spider who I could of swore slid in a fat joke and a beta who begged me to rescue him because it was like gladiator school at night. All arranged by the mollies

Their grooming service is phenomenal, and staff are kind and very generous. They genuinely listen and even call to ask permissions on further services. I truly appreciate this locations service. Thank you, staff!

Vetco - They are so amazing here! I brought my cat here for a 1 year wellness + vaccines.I called prior to going to the appointment and they took time to make sure everything was addressed.At the appointment (Stephanie - tech and Dr Hartzell-Duhm - vet) were so kind, loving and friendly, My cat really liked them both which was a relief to me! I’m so happy to have found him his vet! I will definitely come back here in the future!Thank you for taking such great care of Tigger!!

I visited the store today and must say, what a sad state this store is in.The days shipment was still on the floor, in piles, and on dolly's, as well as stacked in some isles...blocking or restricting access to isles and items.Customer service? Left a lot to be desired. I saw about 4 or 5 employees and none of th stopped to ask if I needed help.I was in aquatics, there was an employee helping someone and after finishing helping the one lady, they took off and went into the 'employee kitten room' for about 3 mins and on the way out, I waved, and the employee still didn't stop!Even worse after purchasing the items I have in hand at the register I ask for help to be called to aquatics, STILL no one.Probably a good thing I didn't buy anything, their fish stock looked as though there were some issues.Long story short, Faustino, you did great..thank you so much.Everyone else, try just a bit harder.I too am working everyday, with all sorts of people and I still do my best regardless of how management seems.

Love coming here, always get help when I need it!! The staff is helpful and informative when it comes the questions about animals or the products.. They picked a great team!! Went prepared to spend hundreds of dollars on supplies for my animals and when I got there, there were no carts. Went inside and they literally had 4 customers in the whole store. Walked around the whole store looking for a cart and 2 female workers were talking together doing nothing. One said "Can I help you? You look lost and confused" in a rude tone. I told her there were no carts and she said they must be in use and I let her know there are only 4 ppl in the store. She said "oh" and kept talking to the other employee and both them ignored me. Saw 2 more employees standing near the bathroom in the back of the store and asked for a cart and was told they are in the front. I let them know there were none and they said "oh. Sorry" and did nothing. I went to the front frustrated no one was working or bothering to collect their carts for customers and told the cashier who then said "they are by the door". I had to tell her to turn her head, since she was literally right by the door, and told here there were no carts and she said "they must be in use" and I again told this employee there were 4 ppl in the store and only one had a cart. She stared at me and said nothing. I then told her I was leaving and going to a store that collects and has carts for their customers . Needless to say PetSmart got my sale. The employees are lazy at Riverbank Petco and we're doing nothing, not even going outside to collect their carts and expecting customers to walk the parking lots trying to find one. Yeah right!

So my experience was pretty good but I did have a few questions for the woman that worked there she was a little rude and seemed like she did not want to be bothered . I did have to seek out another employee to get my questions answered that was a lot more friendly and willing to help me. Although not a great experience at the other employee did turn my visit into a good one

They had a good variety of products and I love that the area where the adoptable cats were was well stocked, even with toys, and they had access to the other cats so they wouldn't get lonely or bored.

I was trying to find unsalted shelled peanuts to feed the squirrels in my yard.Although the young lady was rather pleasant on the phone, they didn't carry in store what I needed.It was only available through their online service.

Always nice people to help. Lots of varieties of known and new products. I wish they had items for cat enclosures, but other than that, they have a lot of stock. I actually have bought cleaning supplies for urine for an elderly fellow I help.

Everything was a mess in the fish area. The Manager Kaylee who assisted me and my two grandsons REALLY NEEDS TO LEARN BEDSIDE MANNER! She was rude and was not all that educated. VERY COLD!I spent 30+ years as a cashier and manager so I know what GOOD customer service is. Let me tell you she has a LOT to Learn!I will NOT shop at this Petco Again!
