Very well maintained and organized. Staff are very cooperative and helpful. Neat and clean. Huge parking spot. You will get almost everything you need for house at reasonable price. Nursery section is great too. I like their collections. Their app is so awesome and always so helpful staff 😊

Got sandbags to protect the house from flooding when the big tropical storm hit. Service was all I could have asked for, price was quite reasonable, and product was exactly what I wanted. I will shop here again.

Lately I’ve been installing a new tankless water heater. Your employee by the name of Hunter has been so helpful to me in getting me what I need to complete this job. When he’s working I’m in and out in no time. He is very knowledgeable about the area he works & is always very pleasant to talk to.

Home Depot put in carpet that was sun stained and 2 different colors and denied my claim to fix it.. they are sub par here in Ridgecrest and slower then heck... you're better off going out of town... now I'm stuck with screwed up carpet and out 1500

Well it took over 10 months to replace three doors. What a freaking nightmare, I will never use home Depot again. Customer service sucks. December 2022 I purchased 2 new doors to replace. The following month I come back in and add one more door. First two doors installed April 2023, except they install the incorrect door. I asked them to fix this. I must have called 30 times and got the run around each and every time. After a call to Corporate in August 2023 the correct door arrives and it was finally scheduled to install. Today I am writing that the last door has been installed today. This fixes the mistake they made in April. I was so frustrated trying to work with Home Depot, I tried to ask for a refund but they wanted the door back that they installed incorrectly. We both had an attitude at this point. Ridgecrest California has better hardware stores. Please use one of them.

Really overpriced now and tons of gardening stuff is withered. Roofing stuff prices are insne along with galvanized and plastic corrugated tuff. No wonder people are going out of town.

Overall, a helpful staff, and a clean store, however, they have been implementing a power-saving posture where they turn lights off. Attempted to find some screws and the aisle was dark as a dungeon. Ridiculous.

This is hands down THE WORST customer service I've ever experienced. I contacted Home Depot to replace 6 windows in my home in Bishop, CA. They sent a representative to sell us the windows and sign a contract. This was on January 30th and they immediately cashed my $2500 check for a deposit. Weeks later, they sent another rep to accurately measure and plan the job. We had an install date of April 5th, 2023. We spoke with two people in the meantime confirming our job and installation date. Days prior to the install date, I received multiple texts that our install was happening April 5th and to get ready for the crew by moving furniture away from the windows and remove all window treatments. We did this and took time off work so we'd be there when they arrived as suggested..Super long story short, they NEVER showed up! We spent hours on the phone with multiple representative who would quickly shuffle us to someone else who couldn't help us. Finally at around 2pm we spoke with Sara the District manager who agreed to give our deposit back. That was two weeks ago and still no check and no follow up. Beware of using these people!

Start spending your money elsewhere this HD thinks it's acceptable to repackage returned items and sell them as brand new. Even a $900 genarac generator. This has happened to me multiple times over on multiple items and I am absolutely done spending money with HD. Shoty scammy business practices.

The staff that works in the wood section need to work on their customer service skills. Not one person offered assistance as I walked around trying to find products. One older man looked me dead in my eyes and ignored me but preceded to ask a couple if they needed help and when I attempted to get hid attention by saying excuse me, he ignored me and quickly walked away.

Quick and friendly service. They now require a receipt for all returns. Not really a problem except when you buy something for $3 that you figure nothing can go wrong with and you throw away the receipt only to discover that the thing leaks when you first try to use it. I guess I'll get a shoe box to throw them all in.

This is such a small Home Depot. Many items have a display, but say available only online. This is especially true for flooring and tile. Other departments aren't as bad, but have limited selection compared to other locations.Most staff are friendly, but some outright ignore your presence. It's really annoying when it happens at the paint counter where staff assistance is required.Home Depot order pick up is absolutely worthless. It says order will be ready in a couple of hours. Six hours later no update on my order. I called, automated system said 1 hour hold time or I could text with automated system. I chose text. After verifying information the system said 20 minutes to text with associate. 30 minutes later finally got another text...very doubtful it was a person since responses seemed pre-scrioted. Even though it shows online as in-stock I was told the item was out of stock so the order was canceled. Best part, the refund takes 3 - 5 business days. Never doing order pick up again.

I like going to the check out all the stuff. I do not own my own home so there's very few things I buy. However, I'm into crafts and so I'm able to buy stuff from them that fits in that field. When I have questions people are pretty helpful. And shockingly a lot of them know about crafting. I like this. The only downfall is it's loud noise, but that goes with the territory. I've had some really good suggestions from people when I talk about what I'm looking for in my crafts ideas.

I used to shop here all the time but NOT anymore! This place is horrible! I spent $1300 on a customized door that was defective prior to purchase. It had warping and overall we weren't satisfied with the door. Being the first time we bought a door we took the item out of the frame to put it in our vehicle and after receiving a call to pick up the frame, they threw it away, only a day later. We NEVER would have taken it out of the frame if we knew what would result. We tried returning the door and they directed us to Masonite whom requested photos of the door. Masonite was less than helpful and would not take the door back under warranty, even though the door was defective when we bought it. Home Depot store manager Travis and his team was less than empathetic concerning the situation and their horrible customer service makes me glad to say I will not be returning for future purchases. What a headache and a loss of $1300. They have lost my support.

I literally just made a account to write this but, my experience was amazing. The staff was friendly, helpful, and jus really good. The aisle and Bay system is just amazing. I was too awkward to ask an employee for a compression spring so I looked it up on the website. It told me how many were in stock, which aisle, and the bay number. I found it instantly.

I know it’s just a home depot but i am consistently impressed by how knowledgeable the staff is here and any time i ask where something is they are able to tell me and often take me to what I’m looking for. Great customer service.

Love Home Depot it is easy to go in store or setup curbside delivery. The website has lots of information on DIY and video tutorials on how to do most anything. The store has friendly employees that are knowledgeable and helpful. I really love shopping there.

Sales associates are nice but not well trained and manager is like a robot repeating himself, not making any effort to understand. The promise and don't deliver more than one occasion!!! Many issues on delivery process and then refused to install as promised. I had to pay another vendor for installation!!!
