I absolutely love them! They are truly a cornerstone of the community. Whenever I shop there I feel welcome and enjoy the atmosphere that comes along with the great people, the cat, and the books as I peruse. They sell affordable used books on just about any topic and stock some of the latest and greatest prints! They sometimes host events in support of the community and sell some great and interesting things beyond books. I always end up leaving with a stack! They are my go too for used books and some of the other things they stock! ❤️📚📚📚📚📚🐱

There's nothing quite like a good used book store. The cozy atmosphere. The rows and rows of books. The bookmarks and trinkets. The nostalgic smell of old books....it's one of my favorite things in the world. Red Rock Books has everything I could hope for in a used bookstore. I could spend hours here! Today was my first of many visits to come I'm sure.

A local bookstore with all the charm you expect! Thousands of books, new and old, in virtually every category you can imagine. Intuitively organized, and relatively easy to navigate. The folks there are friendly and helpful! I'm in there at least a couple times per month. Also, they carry the very cool, "nichey" blackwing pencils that I live to write with.

It's a Quiet book store; But, have a lot more than just books, Astr astrology kites incense holders maps anything you may need, coloring books felt pens pens colored pens rocks and other neat stuff must go in and check it out for yourself!

First off, the staff are super nice and extremely helpful. There are so many books to choose from and they are not badly priced. They have a section for NEW books and a section for USED books. They have children's books, teen books and adult books. They have cookbooks from multiple different celebrities, which I thought was pretty cool. My whole TWILIGHT SAGA book collection was going to be $48; This includes Twilight, New Moon, Eclipse, Breaking Dawn, Bree Tanner + Life & Death. To add on Midnight Sun was going to be $25. I ended up going to Amazon though, because Red Rock Books ran out of certain books before I could buy them. Oh, they also have multiple NANCY DREW books.

This bookstore is a gem! I love places like this where the books are organized by genre, author etc. There are plenty of souvenirs to choose from and I got a geode, incense and books. I look forward to my next visit! And the lady is very friendly and helpful. The cat Oliver is so cute and smart.

I was very happy with the service i received. The lady working took her time to help me find all the books I was looking for, and the establishment was clean and organized. I recommend coming here for any kind of book needs, and many other things. Plus they have a cat who welcomes you when you come in!

Have gone there for years for many reasons and have left with many great deals. I love how they can order certain items, how they buy items, have more than books like activities for children such as puzzles, coloring books (also for adults), and journals; they also have many accessories like book lamps, post cards, incense, gifts, a spot to sit and read in the center of the store and employees that have always been kind to my boyfriend and I through our many years of experience.

The staff is friendly and helpful. There's a wide selection of new and used books. This is a good place to find unique gifts. I purchased a big amethyst geode and a deck of tarot cards, both for a good price. Ridgecrest is fortunate to have this establishment.

One of the best bookstores I've been in. I'm in here at least once or twice a month and the staff has always been very welcoming and helpful. Oliver (the cat) is a treat and there's plenty of neat trinkets in addition to a wide selection of new and used books. they're also happy to order anything for you. I've bought some of the homemade oils, soaps, etc. and would also highly recommend them!

Like an old friend you dearly love but didn't know still lived in town, Red Rock Books has all the perks and whimsy of the independent used bookstore, but carries enough new books and other fun new stuff that maybe just maybe they will survive the modern era's lost connection to the physical book. I can only shop here infrequently because we always fi d way too many treasures to buy :) With an expansive reading selection, kitchy and unique gifts, jewelry, tarot cards, giftcards, and some clothing, there might just be something for everyone. Could do with a giant dusting, and the cluttered counter displays hide some very cool products, but overall this place is a true gem in a small town. The kids will love their very own reading room, and the material selection awesomely cradle to grave. In true to independent bookstore form, authors from various viewpoints and experiences are represented. Great place to spend a Sunday.
