Marshall's department store in Ridgecrest CA is a practical place to shop for clothes, accessories, supplies, and other household products. The only drawback I've experienced on an ongoing basis is it's difficult to obtain customer service, and impossible to distinguish Marshall's employees from Marshall's shoppers. But overall it's a great department store to shop and find nice gifts and sundries.

Has a better stock than most other Marshal's, the workers are always friendly. I think it being a smaller town makes it nicer because the stock isn't always picked clean or the store messy. Bakersfield Marshal's is a mess most of the time.

Very rude employee named Leslie breathing down my neck when I was shopping for hair care, then told my daughter not to smell the shampoo. If that is “corporate policy” like she said, that’s fine. It’s the rude comments like “you should know what mint smells like by now!” that are not ok!!! She should not be working in customer service.

Employees are very friendly. Wish there were more selections in xl womems clothing, but it goes fast here. We'll stocked in all other cases and one of the cleaner marshalls I've been in. Scored great deals, too, with my rewards

Typical Marshall's. One would think that since it's in a small town/city that it would be a nicer shopping experience, but it's comparable to a Marshall's in lower income areas in LA county. The store was a mess and the many of the employees are unprofessional.

Life saver for little old Ridgecrest. The only place in town that you can shop for every occasion. New items all the time, allowing for a new experience every time. Prices are great. Merchandise is never on the floor. And staff is always nice. Sometimes checkout line gets long, however they call for extra cashiers without you having too. They really do care about your shopping experience with them.

It was truly an amazing experience! Lovely staff, amazing products! The only thing is that there was some sizes missing in all of the clothing so I won’t be getting clothes from there, but all of the products are amazing! The pet stuff is so good and my dogs love their new bones and toys!

Great deals. I never pay more than $6-8 for bottoms & $4-6 for tops. Look for the deals & you can find them. However, theres no real organization for products in the beauty department or the shoe department. You kind of just have to look around at everything, but that's how you find the deals. Employees are friendly & always make me feel comfortable enough to ask questions.

The store is clean and well organized with a good selection of clothes. The girl working in the fitting room was very friendly. I spent nearly three hours finding clothes and making multiple trips to try things on. The prices were good too, much better than going to the mall.

Hard to navigate the site so I just gave up.. in store is even worse. It's so disorganized that you literally cannot find anything in the clothing racks. What a nightmare!

They are open and have clothing! The store is big and has a good selection and we are generally happy with what we saw. The store was reasonably clean for your typical marshals and the staff was helpful although very busy. there are no dressing rooms during the pandemic however so you're just going to have to guess and make sure you save those receipts.

AWARD CLEANEST, CONSCIENTIOUS STORE during Pandemic!!! Hands down! Many Thanks. Wish they had more shoes to choose from. Amazing deals! Pleasant atmosphere to shop in. For the most part employees are pleasant. Last trip a loud mouth dark straight hair female greeter with glasses, on cart sanitation, was talking about court, baby daddy, side dude drama and I could hear her crazy all the way in the women's dept.
