They are letting people sit out front of the store and smoke pot I understand it's legal or whatever but not everyone wants to smell it. And the older blond manager I don't understand how she has a job every time I go in there she's either outside smoking or on her phone before they did the selfcheckout there was her and one cashier she yelled at the cashier for not at the phone when she was doing nothing but playing on her phone and the line was halfway down the isle.

Arrived at 8:45 looking for one single item (postal box), only to be told the store was closed by a female employee. I showed her the time and she said “I don’t care. We are closed now, we close early”. I’m glad the employees dictate when the store is open and closed, rather than the posted hours online. When I said there are other customers in the store right now, the lady began to yell at us to leave and started to swear, slamming the door in our face. Unbelievable experience at this dollar tree, would love to speak to someone from customer service.

Store closes earlier on Sunday?? Employee locked door in my face as walked towards the store at 8:40pm. I was told that no more customers were allowed because all the employees were going on a smoke break? Why advertise the store being open until 9 if it’s not true. Please update store hours to reflect smoking breaks. Very, very rude woman in store pointing at us and laughing with her coworkers.

I say go early bc u have the store for yourself and no long lines. Some staff members look at u kinda funny and go on there phones but they have "trendy stuff!

Female employee out front seemed only to care about smoking cigarettes, told us the store was closed early today (@20:45)??? Perhaps today was national cigarette day?? Or perhaps she only had 15 minutes left to live. Very rude to us, using fowl language and making gestures from inside. 0/5 stars

Sometimes they have really long lines and it can be a pain coming here. Other than that though, this is a great store. It's 1 of the bigger dollar trees so they have a lot of stuff. I'm impressed with how well stocked they keep it and that it is always clean.

No outside carts anymore and soap for washing looks like Downey's. No bathrooms, no electric carts. Come on Dollar tree step up!!!❤ manager smoked a cigarette while I struggled with carrying pkgs

Plenty of room in this store to move around and shop. Carries less total inventory than larger city stores as expected, but has adequate, orderly selection. Extremely attentive staff, quick to open additional registers.

Pretty standard Dollar Tree that’s well kept & organized. Always a great place to go to get starter basics like glassware & cooking utensils. Worth a trip to save a lot of money in the long run.

On occasion, I have found many unique treasures here. For a discount store, they are well-stocked and remarkably well organized. They staff are friendly and helpful. I especially love the shady trees in the parking lot on Ridgecrest Blvd. This is a real plus on hot summer days.

I am very disappointed in this place. I when in to buy something. The only cash I took in with me was only two 20$ Bill's. I had a total of stuff that was 11 something. I gave the cashier a 20$ bill.and she gave me back 5.95$ i didnt realize at first but I went back and told them that I didnt get the right amount back and if they could pls fix it. So then the cashier told me I had to wait because the boss was on break. So I kindly said ok. I walked around the store for a bit till she came back to get me When I came back up to the register they said they had to empty the register and count it after she came back out and told me the have me the right amount. I told her that's impossible if I gave her 20$ and my total was 11 something she should have given me more that 5.95$ back them the cashier told me I gave her 10$ I told her that didnt make sense that would mean I'm a dollar and something off. The boss said there was nothing she could do about it. I am very disappointed in this store. All I can say is watch out for this cashier with red hair and peices cheeks. I feel like she may have pocketed the money.

Staff are very rude. They have signs on the doors saying mask required but half the staff don't wear mask. Store is messy and I have a hard time finding the items that the other Dollar Tree stores carry.

The only reason they get 4 stars is because they NEVER seem to have a working bathroom. UPDATE your bathrooms & I'll change my review to a 5. 😂

The people evil, except the ones in green. The food was bought, exploited, resealed and taken back, so you find unwanted particles in your candy, water etc. Everytime I come around black people take off running as fast as they can...add that up my brothers...i guess that's they way of showing love or. Just one bad muchacho.

Some of the best customer service people in the industry are in this particular store. 4 years and I've yet to be let down or disappointed the 1st time, but the opposite, and rarely fail to be humbled with their kindness, professionalism, and genuine concern for their customers.

Just went to buy a quick item but the guy locked the doors as I pulled in at 10 minutes before closing time. They all ignored my knocking. I thought stores were in business to sell stuff.

The store is getting better with stocking their shelves but the line is usually very, very long checking out. Most always there is only ONE checker in the store, so we go to Dollar General for quick service.

It's a smaller store and very dirty (carpets mainly) plus smells a little funny when you first walk in. Other than that...can't complain. Dollar Tree always had some great finds.

It's got the general variety of different items of household,cosmetics, automotive and other things that are available. Frozen and dried and canned food is okay. They need some serious work on Their restrooms. They aren't suitable for customers to use. Corrections of these problems would make it a nicer and cleaner store to visit. Located in the heart of downtown Ridgecrest near Denny's, McDonald's and Rite Aid Pharmacy.

It's a dollar store. I only go in the store if I know I can find it, otherwise I look elsewhere. The store has a few quality items, but for the most part things are just cheap. The cleanliness of the store reflects that it's a dollar store. It​ seems that you can't go down a isle without finding a box or container open.

I'm very disappointed with our Dollar Tree. While I'm pleased with some of the good deals, the store has become very disorganized. The former manager, Larry kept the store the best.

Shopping was fine found everything I needed leaving SUCKED!! Spent a hundred bucks and couldn't take a cart out of the store .Dollar tree needs to get the cart thing under control if I was a senior and shopping alone I would have been screwed!

It's a discount store, and they have a little bit of everything. Great place to pick up party supplies, or just for something you need but don't need a lot of it. Great selections.
