Great food and always higher quality items. Prices reflect the quality unfortunately 😔. In this terrible economy the poor can't afford good food items so I get enough for samwiches and a case of bottled water and give it to the needy while I'm in town.

Nice grocery store .. you will get almost everything that u need .. lots off variety off fruits n veggies .. peaceful not much crowded. Friendly staff. Huge parking spot.

So much fresh fruit and vegetables! I loved the selection of eggs they had as well. Building has been there awhile, so it is pretty dated on the inside and out, but they carry good stuff which is the most important thing.

Good store with deli especially it’s important in the town like Ridgecrest when almost cafes are closed after 8 and due to COVID.

I showed their florist, Desiree, an inspiration pic of what I wanted for Mothers’ day and she did an amazing job of replicating it. The whole family loved the bouquets.

Me and my boyfriend Mario have been going to this store ever since we moved out here almost 5 months ago and we never had a problem ,we had one lil problem today but it was not to big of a deal and it was taken care of ,everyone that works here at this location is all very kind,friendly ,helpful,caring,funny,got good personalitys,and very professional 🙂

I had made an online purchase order the Thursday before Easter Sunday. I scheduled pickup for that Saturday afternoon. My order was for 1 bakery cake and 1 frozen grocery cake both for Easter dessert. I received a text Saturday afternoon informing me that my order was ready for pick-up. When I arrived to pick up my order, I was informed that my bakery cake order was being prepared at their store across town and I was to pick up there instead. I arrived at the other Albertsons and was told that they had no idea of my order. I had to purchase a pre made bakery cake. While I was in line to make my purchase, I received another text from Albertsons (app) informing me my order was being brought to my car. Yet , the store manager found no record of my order. I couldn't even get an in store refund. Even though I had my order summary on my phone. Two days later I received a text from Albertsons app. saying I never picked up my order so my money was refunded.

Don’t do curbside pick up. 3 times now either they charge you and don’t give you all of your items or substitute items you want for things that are not anywhere even close to the original item you asked for and at that they won’t even notify you that they are substituting items for other things. I’d highly advise if you’re going to do curbside pick up to check your items right in front of the employee before you leave. 1 of 5 stars for sure. They also don’t I.D people for alcohol purchases on pick up. Seems pretty illegal.

Had to quickly shop for groceries. They had everything I needed. The business was very well cleaned and staff were very polite. I love shopping at both Albertsons locations. Have the same opinion for the other store as well

Their employees are always the best! Very sweet and kind and extremely helpful! We have a great store here which we can always get the best produce and meat cuts considering where we live!I Í was shocked that the prices were so low !

The best part about this Albertsons is the staff. They are always polite, knowledgeable and willing to get things for you in the store if you don't see it or its not prepared already (i.e. diced vegetables or a frozen item). Unfortunately, the minus 2 stars is from regular lack of some grocery items and delays in opening additional registers during peak hours or slammed hours.

This store needs to be SERIOUSLY updated. It is so dingy. Then they only turn on 1/2 of the lights which makes it appear even worse. The employees don't seem to like their job...they all seem bored...not very friendly. Maybe if the store were less dingy, the employees would be happier.

Rotten broccoli twice in a row now, rotten fish that was supposedly “fresh.”Customer service didn’t believe us when we told them the fish we bought 30 minutes ago was bad, so I went home and brought it in to let them see for themselves. Guy behind the fish/meat counter didn’t believe either and when I showed him the bag with fish he instantly dry heaved.Just a warning. Check your produce, and don’t believe the dates on the meat/fish counter.Oh yeah, and it’s STUPID EXPENSIVE to shop here. I spend $120 for two people for 2-3 meals. Walmart is $150 for 2-2.5 WEEKS with the same items.Above is my untouched review, below is my response to the business’s reply.I use the coupons when available, and it usually helps shave off a couple bucks on the overall price. It’s worth noting, however, for any shoppers reading this that the coupon price generally is still profitable for the grocer. The amount reduced only reduces their overall profit on said item, often while convincing you to buy at least one other item at full price for full profit.

Small clean store. Employees are friendly. Only bad thing is I haven't had much luck getting fresh produce from this store. It seems like it's always right at its date or doesn't look too good ( lettuce/ salads look like they are starting to wilt). Other than that, it's my go to store.

I live out of town and I stopped here to pick a few things up while visiting and the layout seemed very unintuitive, I had a hard time finding what i was looking for and ended up walking back and forth alot. The selection also wasn't great. But aside the quality was fine the store was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful.

This Albertsons is the smaller, older one of the two but that makes it great for a quick trip. It has big aisles and a great layout for finding what you need and want. The checkout lines are a little small but the cashiers are friendly and offer assistance if needed. It has full service as well (butcher, deli) so don’t let the smaller location fool you!

There's two Albertsons in town and I usually go to the larger newer store close to my house, but I like the small town feel of this store. The employees are nice and they still use the old rotating carousel at the checkout counter instead of a conveyor belt; very cool and nostalgic which brought back good memories when I was a kid.

This store is very clean, especially their handicap bathrooms. And their workers are friendly, knowledgeable, and take time to help me find and reach the items I want. This is important to me because I'm an active disabled senior. I'm also wheelchair bound and oxygen dependant. Plus my vision is so poor I can't see to read anymore

Best grocery store in the valley! I love the fact that I know the staff, and they know me. I hate grocery shopping, but this is always clean and pleasant.On the other hand, the pharmacy is hot-and-miss. Better than some in the valley, but that's not saying much.

It's my everyday market, and it's cozy and welcoming. They have an astounding variety of products jammed into an older store, but it's always clean and easy to find everything. Best of all is the employee group attitude. Everyone actually seems to enjoy working there, and you hear banter between the checkers and baggers and managers. Really wholesome and reassuring. Prices are very competitive and I love that Albertson's doesn't use those annoying "loyalty" cards. Great place.

Very disappointed with the service from our cashier. She embarrassed my family in front of everyone in the store around the register. Bagging the bags to heavy, putting four 2-liter sodas in each bag and putting all glass into one bag with sodas. I asked nicely for her to separate them and she rolled her eyes and kept staring at me with a disgusting look.... not satisfied at all...

Nice store terrible service the checker was a typical 20 something young lady who only looked at me to tell me how much I owed and took all my cash and change wadded it up in a ball stuck her hand out dropped in my hands an walked away Her name was Justina I visit Ridgecrest quite often and I will never shop some place where someone like this works ! You would think Albertsons would have better people than this young lady..

When I went there were no lines. Made a quick stop for fresh fruit. But I thought prices were high. But they are everywhere these days.
