I was able to schedule an appointment quickly (within 3 days). The staff were professional and friendly. They did a great job with grooming and displayed genuine interest in the well-being of my dog. I thought pricing was fair ($85) considering that Goldendoodles require more work/time. Looking forward to making future appointments with Flawless.

VERY POOR COSTUMER SERVICE!!!!SABRINA(she claimed she’s the Manager) insisted that shaving our dog’s fur is what’s best for him although I specifically requested to just trim it (not shave) when I brought my pet for his scheduled grooming.I told her she could have called or texted me before proceeding with the shaving but they just decided on their own without consulting the pet owner. VERY RUDE!!!!

They are absolutely horrible at trying to schedule an appointment. I've been trying to schedule one for two weeks now, left at least five voicemails and still have not been able to speak with anyone. Their grooming is somewhat decent if you're able to actually speak with anyone.

Took my pug pup I know first hand how dramatic they are lol . But professional staff . Only got a shower and his nails clipped and he looked so clean an happy . Will be going back .

We have been bringing our furr-kids to Flawless for many years. Duchess is our newest little girl and they look after her as they have for all our little ones. Groomers are professional and personal. They take care of their customers like family.

Very friendly but man they butchered this cut! I even spent time to tell someone there what we wanted and showed pictures only to discover she wasn’t doing the cut and the instructions were not relayed to the actual groomer. Why did I waste my time telling someone who was not going to cut my dog’s hair? Anyways everyone has said this is a horrible cut. My main concern is that they obviously did not listen.

Flawless Pet Grooming is a Grooming School in Redlands California. I attended this school to become a certified Pet Groomer & learn more about the proper & safe way to groom dogs. The instructor Samantha is awesome she helped me learn proper techniques but also provided so many resources & answered my numerous questions. The owner of the school Nancy is so soft spoken & came by regularly to make sure we were learning & felt comfortable with the instruction. I would recommend this grooming school to anyone looking for a cost effective grooming school. This is definitely the one, & Lord knows I explored a few. 10 stars 🌟 to you guys & thank you for your helping me by teaching me how to properly groom. #groomingschool #doggroomingschool #petgroomingschool. Just had the absolute best phonecall with the receptionist Kaite. I called and it went to voicemail, she returned my call within 30 minutes. I needed two cats groomed for mobile, but unfortunately they do not offer the service. (Pretty typical from what I've found.) Instead of just hanging up or giving me attitude, she offered recommendations and details about other businesses that would be able to help me with my cats. She was ultra sweet and very articulate. If I had a dog, I'd give this business a go. I've always found that if the receptionist is helpful and kind, usually the rest of the staff are as well.

I had the best experience here! I called on a Tuesday and they booked me for Thursday for my two poms Cookee and Callie. I think Sabrina groomed them and they came out so cute. They haven’t showed signs of any problems at all. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Not only does Flawless Pet Grooming do an ABSOLUTELY Immaculate "Total" Grooming on My Baby ALL of them there know His name as soon as we walk into the shop! Its the sweetest thing ever! AND they knew his name the 3rd time we were there!! They REALLY take the time and genuinely care for the animals. They will forever be where we will go for any type of Spa Service for my baby! My family has been taking our dogs to Flawless for as long as I can remember. My husband and I took our young dog last Tuesday to get groomed. We asked for her normal cut. When we picked her up she looked great, and the staff is always very sweet. However, whoever groomed her trimmed her too low because upon arriving home over the next few days we noticed that she had several scabs where they had cut her skin. She’s been obsessively licking because she also has severe clipper burns on her genitals. She has been crying and uncomfortable since being groomed, and we couldn’t get her into see the vet until mid October. This is the fourth time our pup has groomed there, and the third time she has come home with cuts or scabs. We’re incredibly disappointed at her discomfort and we will not be returning or recommending Flawless to anyone, anytime soon.

Mobile was 2 hrs late. Groomer was a new graduate. Did not complete clean face and paws as requested. Had to hold my dog myself and insist he finish feet. Used muzzle without asking.

Best Grooming place I've ever gone too and will be coming here all the time! They have excellent service, very patient and friendly. My dog is very scared and gets very nervous around strangers and this is the FIRST time I actually got good service and my dog was completely groomed and he was HAPPY!! This pet groomer also has a mobile service. Dina,one of the groomers, is nice , caring and efficient. It is so nice to have my dog completely groomed in a little over an hour. I usually take her to a storefront groomer which takes about two hours because it's more like an assembly line with many dogs. But Flawless Pet groomers are awesome. The individual care is amazing. The cost was $55 for my poodle. Then we also had the groomer comb out our husky for $25.

I love these groomers. They are great with my dogs and consistent was services and prices. Sometimes I can get in without an appointment! I wouldn't go anywhere else. The only reason that I didn't give them 5 stars is because sometimes they wash and groom my little mutt but they don't shave her. That has happened a couple of times when I bring all three dogs in. I don't know if it is a lack of good communication or if they got too busy. However as many times as I have been there, this is not the norm.

Great place to take your dog. They get fullnof appointments fast so make sure you schedule in advance. Taking them during the week is usually best since that's when you'll find a open times. My dog always has a nice bandana when coming home too

I'm from Los Angeles and I was visiting my brother whom lives Redlands. I had my sisters dog with me and he needed a cut superbad. I called them and they allowed me to bring him in. Two hours later he was the cutest little pup ever.

Thank you ❤️ Sabrina for helping me. My dog had a tick that is all bloated with my dog blood. I tried pulling the tick out, covering it with soap and alcohol, putting a hot match on its butt...nothing. The tick hung on. Out of desperation, I called FlawlPet Grooming. Sabrina took it out without any problems.

Just had them groom 6 little dogs and 1 medium dog. Every one of the dogs are traumatized from it. They won't eat and act like they are afraid of everything. 1 little one has an injury on her left side to the point that if you try to touch her there she tries to bite you. I'll be going to see the owner this week. I want to know what happened to my dogs! I'll even be calling the humane society about this. Don't let them do the same to yours. First time using a mobile groomer... To be honest was not accustomed to the price as we usually take our pet to a groomer and pay half the price... That said... We will continue to have Flawless take care of our dog for his grooming needs.. JOB WELL DONE. .
