I love going in to any TSC store but especially my local Porterville store. The atmosphere is calm, relaxed and fun. The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable about products and helpful.I really enjoy looking at all the unique items available. I shop there mostly for pet supplies and my husband likes the selection of specialized farm type hardware, that’s hard to find in other places. We can’t forget the old fashioned treats on the way out.We love our Porterville Tractor Supply Company!I’ve been shopping here since you opened.

I shop here weekly because I have to. New red haired woman seems to act like she’s in charge of everyone’s position. Way too unpleasant and loud for me. Stopped me at the door so she could control what I was shopping for, even though I knew exactly where I was going. So startling and uncomfortable with her walkie talkie. Wouldn’t even look at me when I left. Lucky I bought anything at all this round.

Went today 8/14/22 about 1pm and 1 rude lady, if it wasn’t for my son being there, no telling what could of happened! I will not be going back! Rude and disrespectful people! I’ve been going there since they opened and picking up orders for people I know, but this 1 lady was rude I forgot to get her name I’ll be going back to get it and I’ll post who she is! I was so mad that I didn’t even look for a name! I Will not be going back until I have her fired!!!

A few weeks ago my young neighbor found a newborn kitten and didn't know what to do with it. When I got home she came to me and said she can't keep it and gave it to me. I didn't know much more. I called Petsmart to ask if they had any milk and bottles so I could feed the kitten. They told me they couldn't look for me. I explained the situation and told them I couldn't come look and waste time. It was around 8:30pm everything was closing. I then called Tractor Supply and explained the same thing.They immediately told me yes they had them my fear was I wouldn't make it before they closed. (I live across town)They told me to come now I would make it. My daughter and I took the kitten and left. When we got there not only did they show us where to find everything they actually explained what and how to do it. Then the person that answered the phone saw us and wanted to see the kitten. She then explained other helpful things to help us take care of her. Even the cashier was helpful and caring.That was my first time in the store and it certainly left a wonderful impression on me. I wish more businesses cared about their customers like they do. Thank you Tractor Supply!!! (the kitten is now in a wonderful home)

Awesome customer service, I was on hold with Lowes for over 20 mins searching for a product. Long story short Tractor supply got our purchase and Lowes lost out. I will check with TS first from now on.

I have been a regular customer in your Porterville, California store since it opened. On my first visit I signed up for your rewards program. I have never received any notifications in my email. I've discussed it with store personnel and reentered my email address numerous times. I have contacted your help desk via telephone and still receive no rewards notifications. Being a frequent shopper, I've spent hundreds of dollars in your store. I have been assured numerous times that the problem is being addressed, but to no avail regarding my status.Having given it some thought, I believe I may know the problem. When my email is entered into your system it is automatically changes it to upper case letters. Most email addresses are case sensitive. My email address is all lower case. I've mentioned that to store employees, as well. I have always been told it shouldn't make a difference.However, I'm not sure of their technical knowledge or ability and would venture to speculate it just may be a problem. It has become so frustrating and disappointing, I don't even bother to give them my phone number any more. I've also heard from other shoppers and employees that it has always been a problem. That, too, is very disappointing and frustrating. I hope you can find some way to efficiently reward your loyal customers in the future.

When the manager isn't here this store looks like a big mess the employees on floor do not acknowledge and there were 2 girls up by register busy talking so I thought was open and one said "go to register 1 this one not open" and then her and other girl walked towards back. Thomas was my checker he was very kind and helpful maybe others on floor can learn their pay ck comes from people that shop there not Tractor Supply...I stop here when in Porterville thinking will just stick with Dinuba, Hanford, Tulare for my needs

I purchase propane refills quite often, and so I’ve been to many tractor supply Co.’s all over California... this location has the worse customer service. The last experience was the last straw for me, I walked in to ask an attendant to call for assistance and two younger female employees at the registers simply ignored me. Instead of stopping a novel conversation to assist me they just continued chatting. When I finally interjected one of them shot me a dirty look and finally made the call. I will NOT be returning... my business will go where customers are treated with respect.

Every one at Porterville are so nice and helpful. I go there to get my dog food that I haven't seen any where else because I have a pug that has severe allergies and this dog for I buy has cured her, no sweat itching and she is very healthy now. Thank you tractor supply for helping me out and being so nice. The only draw back is the prices are so high on everything but I will keep getting my pugs dog food there. God bless. Sherry Hepner

Great store to bring into Porterville we needed this in town. I like getting my dog food here they have great a selection of food for many different animals. LolThey also have a small selection of boots and cloths of many different brands and styles to choose from.

I felt as if I was being ignored. I tried talking to customer serviece employee and she walked away as if I wasnt their. She walks to the customer service desk and help another customer and then walks away again. I stood there for about 5 minuites and didn't get any help until I spoke up.

I can't recommend Tractor Supply Co enough, their employees and customer service are so exceptional I was left in happy tears!Angela and Aden are two amazing souls, Tractor Supply, Porterville, my family, and this earth are blessed to have them!I live in Southern CA and my 91 year old grandmother lives in Porterville. Due to the virus, she is stuck at home and for such a bright and able-bodied woman this has been extremely hard on her. She has purchased her gardening plants and supplies from Tractor Supply Co for years but she is unable to go and pick them up. I was in desperate need of finding a solution to provide my grandma with the gardening supplies that bring her so much joy.I called and Aden patiently read and explained to me EVERY variety of vegetables and herb available, answered endless questions about tomatoes and dirt, and put all the items I needed on hold under my name. Her expertise, patience, and joy in helping others made my day. I unsuccessfully called around trying to find a way to get them delivered to my grandmother and called back the next morning and spoke to Angela.Angela took it upon herself to find a solution to get grandma her plants and dirt! She paid out of her own pocket (trusting me to pay her electronically) and make sure my grandma got her plants hand-delivered that day!! I haven't heard that kind of joy in my grandmother's voice in a month!I am so beyond grateful for Aden and Angela to treat strangers like family and help me and my grandma when we were helpless. This kind of customer service in unfound in today's world.Thank you for being angels on this earth and for bringing peace, hope, and utter joy to Grandma Bonnie and me!

This is a good little store for those quick pick ups without having to haggle with Home Depot or Lowes. I find it best for dairy, and farmer like shoppers. Everyone is nice, professional, and helpful. I like their ship to store policy and its quite east to get it set up. I shop here often for home and property necessities, and there clothing options are great, especially for working wear like Carhart, Dickes, and boots for mud and slop, or rugged dry terrain. I prefer these smaller stores, makes it easier to recieve help, and get out quickly.

If you need to fill a propane tank for a bbq, by a land slide, this is the place to go!! Only $2.49 a gallon (standard tanks 4-5 Gal) is the best price you can get! Sorry Blue Rhino but I'm tired of paying $20+ for a tank, Tractor Supply got me for half that price!
