God damn I just had the best homemade banana cream pie of my life! It could be the motorcycle induced euphoria I experienced getting here or the fact that it came out of the refrigerator and I sat in the shade on a 90 degree day but I promise, I will never forget how good their homemade pie is. You are doing yourself a disservice if you simply drive by without eating some pie. I promise.

A welcome outpost of civilization in the middle of no where. If you aren't used to 36 West coming from Red Bluff you will almost certainly be road sick by the time you get here. This is a great place to stop.They have a small kitchen that you can get hamburgers, chicken strips, ect at. Things here are expensive, but if you consider having to bring in all of that on 36 West, which you cannot take a semi down, it makes sense the cost.

Kind of expensive they dont sell water by the case. You have to buy them individually at 1.75+crv and a 12 pack of soda costs 8.75+crv. I have not ate at the place inside that makes burgers but i heard they were good.

Life saver, running in maybe 10 mins worth of fuel, had everything we needed to recharge and go. Great sandwiches as well.

Price gouging like you wouldn't believe. Running out of gas in the California mountains... HAD TO STOP, and was unfortunate that fate put this gas station in my path. If you're on California 36, fill up and take extra gas with you so you don't have to stop here.
