I try not to shop @ Wal Mart, but with their low prices I have to. I purchase mostly, cleaning supplies, cold and flu medicine and oral care.(toothpaste, etc.)Store is clean and organized. Typical Wal Mart customer service. I don't mind showing my receipt because I have nothing to hide. (The employees at the self checkout are always helpful and friendly)

Been going to this Walmart for years. I've honestly never had anything to complain about this place. The staff is great and friendly, the store is pretty well stocked most of the time. Over all. A pretty good store.

Oh my! Typical Walmart but with a nail salon! We stopped in while traveling. They refused to price match from their own website because the cashier said they want everyone to do everything online. In other words they don't want you to come in the store and give people jobs.

Half the stuff I want to buy is now locked up and requires you to find someone + be escorted to a register.Corporate bean counters will never find a shortage of ways to suck the remaining dignity out of the average person's life.

It's 9:10 a.m. and thought I'd make a quick stop. There's now a 15-item limit on self checkout, one checker for 25 items and less, and one checker for all other purchases. What a disappointment. Used to be quick and easy.

Worst experience ever! I have shopped at this Walmart for years. I usually use self checkout because it's faster and I hate long waits in lineBut this time there was a new employee watching the self checkout, and she was awful! Half of the machines were not in service, but they weren't partitioned off. She waited until I had started trying to use one and then yelled at me from across the room to stop. She pointed to one next to her, but as I was walking there, she let another customer take the machine and told me "too late"! She seemed to think it was funny jerking me around. I was really frustrated and told the customer I had been directed to use that machine. He (nicely) found another. Then after I checked out my items, the employee pointed to a bag of cat food in my cart and demanded "Did you pay for this?" I said yes and showed her my receipt, but she didn't even look! She just said she didn't see it show up on her device. I told her that was the first time I've ever been treated that way. Then I left feeling really disgusted. This woman acted like a prison guard, not customer service. I decided not to shop at that Walmart again. I'm in my 70s, and life is too short to put up with nasty store staff! ☹️

Great hotel, good in house restaurant, reasonably priced and only 20 minutes away from the Denver airport. If you are visiting the children's hospital or one of the other three hospitals within range of the hotel, I'd recommend it.

I was stranded no money debit cards not working account was frozen they help me through 4 days of stress Mr. Loga listened, understood and made sure my dog and I had food to eat kept watch on us making sure we were ok until I got going on the road every associate wias kind and courteous THANK YOU !

If you want an item behind the glass, dont come to this walmart. Waited 30+ minutes for an associate with keys to unlock item behind glass.Nobody ever came. Employees from other departments "aren't allowed to leave their area" intercom is so quiet nobody will ever hear it.I even attempted to call the store to talk to a manager about getting my item, it rang for 5 minutes and nobody answered. Complete waste of time and worst customer service experience I have ever had

Very disappointed. I was in the store yesterday to purchase a few items. The make up isle is now locked. I needed one item and was about to ask an employee that was already in the isle for help, she was finishing up another guest. She said to me this isn't my department, locked it up and said l will call someone over. I waited for over 25 minutes asked 6 different employees and not one person could help me?? I even pushed the help button , no one came. I left my items and walked out. I used to work Walmart years ago and we didn't treat customers that way. I pick my medications up there and am a regular but after this, I don't want to go back. I felt so frustrated that I could not get the one item I needed and no one would or could help me. If you are going to lock it up at least have someone there that can actually help.

I tried to call the Placerville store I had a question. I tried every department even HR and the operator no one picked up the phone in all those departments. Pretty sad when HR doesn’t even answer.

The employees at this location are rude and useless. The last time I was there , there was an employee mopping certain parts of the floor. I asked if it was okay to walk on (basically asking if it was dry) and he blurted out, "Don't talk to me". He was very rude and embarrassing to me. I have no idea what I said or did to deserve that response. I will never go back there. The cashier however, was very pleasant.

Walmart has gotten really expensive lately. It seems like they're less helpful stuff costs more. All the employees are there unhappy. Half the shelves ha e been empty lately. It's really disappointing. Walmart uses to be the cheapest place to get the essentials now it seems like they're upping the price on everything. The worst part is the checking out process. They want you to do the job of the cashier then they have 3 employees standing there watching and judging you like you've been trained on this. And then they want to check your receipt on the way out so there's a whole new line now to just leave after you've paid its totally ridiculous.

Literally the worst Walmart ever. Everything is locked up and the employees act like it’s the biggest hassle in the world to unlock it for you. Seriously took me 15 minutes to get tips and im going in 20 minutes trying to buy a set of right this moment. If you’re going to lock everything up at least have employees willing to help.

Although some shoppers that are there past 10 pm tend to be a little strange.. not threatening or scary, just different :)My only complaint is with these times we are in, everything is locked up and it takes SOOOO long for an employee to assist.

But today provided an all-time LOW.So, upon arrival I did not observe anything was amiss. But all employees KNEW. Certainly STORE MANAGEMENT KNEW. But none bothered to inform customers. Apparently the store sales ranked more important than customers. Nothing new.THIS STORE HAS NO BAGS. SOME EMPLOYEES WHISPERED THIS STORE HAS HAD NO BAGS FOR SEVERAL DAYS. Thanks for a headache of an inconvenience PLACERVILLE WALMART. I HAVE NEVER FELT MORE DEVALUED.Updated April 11, 2024:On March 30 I received an email from “Maria” who apologized about my check out experience. She offered no comment about why no alternative was offered nor the extra $25 I had to spend for containers to transport my 100+ purchased items. As a supporter of privacy rights, I queried why my contact data was in her iphone (she replied using her iphone) and I asked for an explanation why my data was in her iphone. That was nearly 2 weeks ago and Maria has not responded. Though Maria’s last name is on the email, I have not included it here in a deliberate effort to protect her privacy. Walmart is in need of an entire rebuild of management. I have not seen one conduct themselves professionally to date - AND I STILL DONT KNOW WHY MY PERSONAL DATA IS IN AN EMPLOYEE CELL PHONE.

Yikes I assume the man pooping on Walmart sidewalk is homeless maybe a shopper but geez right here in Placerville, California starting to feel like San Francisco Tenderloin. No shame just pulled down his pants and POOPED! Sadly going inside the store many items are locked so you require an employee. The entire area needs some attention. Placerville community deserves better. Definitely don’t feel safe here.

I came to Walmart to stock up on meat when I got there I couldn't find the meat so I ask an employee where it was and he said we don't carry meat here we haven't had meat for a long time. yeah I'm pretty sure in placerville everybody is in a vegan it's a disgrace. No more shopping here.

My fond of Walmart grow more and more. First was how awesome their online delivery is. We are new to town so needed to order a ton off stuffs. While Amazon uses USPS which is a hit or miss if your get your package or not or when you are getting it. But with Walmart we get everything delivered as promised or even earlier. Walmart is our life saver when it comes to getting things ready for our house.Anyway, back to the store, so nice that they haven’t so many things for the house and they’re are really cute too! This also isn’t one of the most clean Walmart I have been to!

Fabulous employees here, Norm at the register, the young man stocking with his hat backward, understood what I was asking for when the other employee was telling me that "the pharmacy department is closed", thumbs up to him pointing me in the right direction. And the woman at the door, pleasant to talk with and helpful.It would be great if all Wal-Marts had these employees.The store is clean!! A+

I understand mediating theft but locking up every single beauty item will have me shopping somewhere else entirely. It's a huge pain to have to ask the single employee to unlock a $4 item when there's ten women asking her the same thing. The entire beauty section needs an employee key. I would bet that they see a drop in sales in this section that is beyond what they had in theft.

Walmart Placerville Auto Center is the best! Placerville Techs go above and beyond and are way nicer and easier to talk to (unlike their Sacramento counterparts).Recently I was in Sacramento when a tire on my car got punctured and couldn’t be repaired. West Sacramento Walmart Tech wanted to replace it with some “cheap brand” because they didn’t have the same brand tire (as what was in my car) in stock. The Tech didn’t know how to order the same brand or how I can get replacement with the same brand under their roadside hazard policy.I later spoke with Placerville Walmart Auto Center. Their manager said I can order the same brand tire on Walmart website and then when I come back to get it installed they would do the price adjustment under their roadside hazard policy. Walmart Placerville took ownership and resolved my issue unlike their Sacramento counterparts who didn’t seem very knowledgeable and wanted to pass the buck. Thank you to the Walmart Placerville manager and the techs for all your assistance in resolving my issue.

I'm happy to know that if I need to find something in Walmart, I can ask someone who works there, and they will not only tell me where the item is, they will walk with me to make sure I find it.Good service is important to me, and I'm glad I can still get that at Walmart

Excellent way to waste my time! After 2 hours of shopping, I got to the register and tried tap to pay, but found out that I have to download THEIR app and register for an account! What a pain in the poophole! Thanks Mal Wart!
