After watching about 10 people parade across the store without a mask, I asked to speak to a manager. I asked her how come the rule they have posted on their doors are not being enforced. She told me that corporate tell them to not confront anyone. She was very nice and polite.I then encountered two customers with no mask and told them that there were masks available at the front for them to wear. One of the ladies rudely tells me that “a mandate is not a law” so she won’t put it. Later, I came across them once again and asked them to put their masks on. One of them pushes by shopping cart back towards me, which needless to say, made me very upset. Finally an employee called for a lady named Hannah. Hannah proceeded to tell me that they want every customer to feel comfortable shopping at the store. I told her I didn’t feel comfortable shopping there with people not wearing a mask. When I asked her if she was going to tell them the same thing, she got all agitated and rude. Another man, who was not wearing a name tag but had an uniform, comes along and tells me that if I keep “harassing “ the other customers by telling them to put a mask on, he will make me leave the store. I’m not sure as to why these people feel the need to protect the ones who don’t follow the rules.Another one of their rules is that you have to wear a shirt to enter the store. I wonder if someone goes in shirtless, if anyone will say something… guess not, it would make the shirtless person too uncomfortable after all.Oh, and then I also came across employees not wearing their masks properly… Guess if you go to this store, there are no rules or expectations… they can’t turn a customer down after all. They might loose 30 dollars and that’s way more important than lives.

I really wish I could give a higher review because I love my PS5 and I was able to pick it up in person. However, Target sold me a faulty controller that was defective upon day 1 unboxing. It won’t work with any corded headset and the left analog stick has drift that has become so bad it’s almost unusable. Extremely frustrating and insurance will not replace it. I’m sure Target expects me to spend $80 on a new controller which is unacceptable . I will be looking into this further.

I requested some assistance loading a heavy shelving box into to my cart. Waited over 15 min. Finally asked a gentlemen customer. It was ridiculous. The staff a yound man walked back with me to see what I was talking about and wouldn't even help me himself. Ridiculous

Great location, starbies inside, yes pls.Always clean. Staff are pretty friendly and everything's easy to find. Shelves are generally well stocked, good fresh grocery section with lots of organic options. Love the store brand!

Messy disorganized store, disgusting bathrooms and no dressing rooms because they are being used as storage. I usually love Target but this was a poor representation of the brand!

Everyone is super helpful and they are super informative about what’s in stock. There is this one employee though named Sharan in guest service she is very abrasive and not kind to the guests both as returning items. She made my time there feel miserable and I don’t understand why she is working in customer service? She clearly is too annoyed and rude to be bothered. So if you go to that store I suggest stay away from Shaaron. Thank you

Really like this Target store, but there is one detractor; the cashier "Mark." I plan to avoid his check out line from now on. A few weeks ago he chastised me for not greeting him appropriately, yesterday he chastised my grandchildren for replacing the barrier to separate transactions back in it's slot. He wanted it behind my items even though at that time there was no one behind us. He is very condescending even when he is not chastising . He has a clear disdain for the customer.

The security guy here needs to chill tf out they are horrible I was constantly being followed around the store by a young woman with black hair ,I was here April 7th in the evening. I felt very discriminated and uncomfortable. The head of security seemed to be a short guy with spiky black hair and he has all his poor subordinates do all of the actual loss prevention because he just stands around and watches your family and you leave the store while another shopper is stuffing deodorant down his pants.I will not shop at target any further or any where associated with them .

Spent a couple hours trying to find some Xmas presents/toys for my grandson who turned 2 yrs old recently. I walked up and down looking for toys along with asking other parents if they had any ideas. There was hardly any toys for that age and the toys I found was only a couple and they seemed kind of cheap. I did end up after starring at the boxes getting something. I will now end up looking for more toys somewhere else intil he's older. Wish they had more toys for his age group. The store was clean and pretty quiet.

They always have the items I am looking for, but this Target really limits their cashiers, and sometimes I have to go through self checkout when I don't necessarily want to. They also have many solicitors right outside their door.

I am from out of town but I'm always visiting every 3 months Morro Bay,I absolutely love the new Target and it's location of the 46. Everything was clean the employees were extremely helpful and friendly.

Had a great first experience with Target pick-up service. Ordered four paper products online for $55, got a $15 gift card "reward," and it was all ready for pickup within an hour. The same order through Amazon Prime would have been $66, with all 4 items arriving on different days - one out of stock for 3 weeks. This is a great service.

I find most of the people that work here to be incredibly rude. They also are constantly stocking shelves during the day yet the shelves are usually pretty empty. I’ve not placed a pick up order here yet but based on other reviews I think I’ll pass.

I was hired as a seasonal cashier for the 2017 holidays. Unfortunately I became very ill the first 10 days of my employment, and missed lots of shifts. The management was extremely supportive and my co-workers were wonderful. Target was one of the best companies I've ever worked for.

Your curbside pickup has been invaluable to me during Covid-19. There is little to no wait time once you arrive at the store. The staff are courteous and keep contact to a minimum. Nothing I would change. I like supporting my local brick and mortar stores (even the big chains) as they employ people from my local cities.

I don’t like THIS Target because every single time the item I want is not in my size. It’s like a plot against me. I LOVE Target. So I went in here to get white out because Walmart didn’t have it and neither did Michaels. Yeah, I went to the stationary section and kept going in circles to be sure white out didn’t magically appear when I turned into a different aisle. I still managed to buy stuff and the people at checkout were very friendly. But now I’m wondering…..🤔 Is there a National White Out shortage like we had with toilet paper?!? 😂 Anyway, there weren’t nearly enough associates in the aisles available for me to ask questions than there were at the checkout location. Like TA-Daaaaa!!! Here we all are!

I have gone on over to that Target store several times every time I have visited Paso Robles California from out of town since that's where that Target store is located at. I have had wonderful and pleasant experiences over at that Target store and have not encountered any problems there. I have pretty much been satisfied with their prices and with their products from over there too. I have a friend that works there too over at that Target store. His name is David Bunn. Him and the other employees are always nice and friendly, they always make me feel welcomed every time I go into their store to shop and they always take care of me.

The new store layout/remodel is very well-lit, airy-feeling, and contemporary-looking. The bathrooms at the front are hidden but not closed. They allow VERY loud echoing (air-blow hand dryers, customer voices) that makes it hard for customers near the cash registers to hear each other. Otherwise, 5 stars

Stood outside for a Nintendo Switch from 4am to 7:30. At that time security came out and issued us tickets in the order we had queued up, and at 8am we were lead inside in an orderly fashion to the electrpnics department to pay for and receive our systems.I just thought it was so cool that the employees were so prepared and organized!!! Very satisfied with my experience. Very courteous and capable employees.

Even though we have to drive 60 miles round trip, I shop at Target once a month. The store has everything I need, then some extras!!The customer service has always exceeded.Their smiling faces are always shining & it makes me feel important!!

There was an issue with my online order and I did not receive all of my items. I did not realize until 2 nights before christmas and called the store. The associates were very helpful, polite, and found my missing items. When I went to pick up on christmas eve, they showed the same demeanor even though the store was hectic with last minute shoppers. Everyone at the Paso Robles location has always been very kind and more than helpful when needed.

I went in to buy a road Atlas for an upcoming trip... Found it on my own in the book section, the only reason not giving 5 stars is because no-one ever offered any help. Found what I needed and even found a book of mad-libs for the trip. The only employee that talked to me was the cashier who asked about the trip I was planning. She was super nice and made the shopping visit worthwhile. While looking for something in housewares, that I didn't find, I saw several employees talking and having a grand time with each other but not helping shoppers. The cashiers are wonderful but good luck finding someone to help on the floor.

A Target with all of the basics and nothing more. Just like any other Target but I will say their restroom needs to be cleaned a but more often as it looks worse than other Targets I've been to around the state. Overall a good store conveniently located off the freeway.

Poor service at the Customer Service Counter. She was more interested in taking her lunch break than helping me. She did not really understand the reciept and could not find my items that WERE on my reciept to recieve a $10 gift card.. I ended up coming home making a online pick up order, then coming back to the store to pick up my same order in order to obtain my $10.00 gift card and then returned my earlier in store purchase. Come on Target! REALLY. When I picked up my order the young man working there understood what happened was nice.

Trying to return an item less than $5 without a receipt. A Target item Target branded item without receipt because they think you stole it. CHEESE PUFFS? The people at this target just ruined Target for me. They used to be so nice they even admitted on the telephone that they have a way to circumvent the ID process but wouldn't do it.
