Spoiled Milk and Unclear/Misleading pricing. Bought milk last week and it turned out to be sour already. While returning the milk I grab a few pieces of pears that are in so-so condition thinking the price is per pound. It turned out to per piece! Went to Hmart afterwards and got the better DeAnjour pears in better condition for less.

Staff are over the top helpful. This TJ’s is amongst the busiest I’ve encountered and they are some of the friendliest folks working…well done. Highly recommend and visit often. Aloha

Wanted to buy some pre-cooked falafel balls, that only Trader Joe carries but nobody else for some reason. They tastes very delicious.Ready to eat food section always have good variety, just grab and go based on your choice.Plenty of parking, but people are always rushing for some reason, never seen same kind of environment anywhere else before.

Trader Joes is quality, efficiency and reasonable prices, everywhere you go and this store is no exception. All the things you find in every other Trader Joes which is most of what you need without what you don’t. There’s occasionally that thing you might need a larger supermarket for but mostly it does the job and does it well!

This is my favorite Trader Joe's. Parking is easy, The store layout is conducive to moving customers through easily. The staff is extra nice and helpful. It is usually well stocked with a nice variety of products. It's clean and well lit making it a nice place to shop.

(!) Please indicate if there is a household limit for popular items. Like a sign. It screws up with budgeting and trying to limit multiple grocery trips. Just thinking about the amount of people touching the products because of having to return them to the shelves multiple times.One of the better stores I’ve been to in terms of size and inventory. Staff friendly and still feels crowded at times like other Trade Joes. I did notice an increase in prices on certain items and decrease in size for others.

The Pasadena Trader Joe’s is cozy and comfortable. The aisles are wide so it’s easy to shop there.As with all Trader Joes the food variety is so interesting and well merchandised.The staff is helpful and help you bag your items fast.Enjoy this unique grocery store that was founded in Pasadena

You know in all of the promotional photos of grocery chains where the employees are all smiling? Usually you can find everything but the smiling employees. This place was genuinely cheery. I was helped by many employees, Jasmin was particularly nice. I forget the name of my cashier, but he dutifully checked my ID, remarked I was from Alaska, made small talk and the whole conversation was pleasant.As someone new to California, I found everything I needed and really appreciated the organic and earth-conscious brand.

Worse thing about this store is that my go to food items sell out. Otherwise great store, helpful staff, very clean. Lots of parking but senior hour is a nightmare most times.

Always the greatest place to shop. I love experiencing the new items that come in. The customer service is always the best you'll receive anywhere,hands down. They engage you as a customer unlike I've seen on a regular basis,anywhere. The lines are always quick moving and they come get you if you're in a line too long or they're available. I love it!! There are great options for no dairy items and vegetarian items. The prices are amazing for everything. The staff will help you find whatever you're looking for even if they were busy doing something else and it's always with a smile and usually a conversation. I highly recommend shopping here.

I've been a long-time shopper of Trader Joe's. I rarely go into the big chain grocery stores. When I do, I feel like a deer in headlights. At Trader Joe's, I know my usual lane routine and my favorite items. No fuss. The lines can get busy depending on the time and day.Most TJ employees are really personable and ready to help. Could be the higher salary, talent recruit, or business model. This collectively can be a factor in the better happy service... whatever it is. Please dont cut corners or change what is working.Overall, I would continue to make TJ my staple grocery stop.

Great store with plenty of options and interesting produce, sauces and friendly staff. They do have a habit of discontinuing products they get me hooked on, which can be disappointing; overall though one of my favorite places to shop for food. They also have a great wine selection.

A bit on the small side for an area with a lot of big box stores. Cramped exit and busy even on off hours. Adequate parking.Staff seems great! Well stocked!You might want to go to the Huntington location, depending on where you live. This pulls in a lot of people from the north.

Friendly staff, was super busy this Saturday morning. The black figs are superb.March visit: staff is really amazing, have to remember to go earlier in the day if I want eggs.October 7, 2023-busy today hard to find bagged apples with minimal bruising. Found sweet tango or something like that. Awesome crispy and tangy.

Great store but bad parking lot. Bigger than most Trader Joes parking lots but still crazy drivers making parking lot dangerous getting in and out of the store with or without a cart. Mostly stock their own brands, with more variety than one would expect from this modest-sized store. Lines move fast because most shoppers don't buy that many items each trip. Can be difficult to navigate around the store at busy times due to so many shoppers in their limited space inside.

I love Trader Joe's! I find what I'm looking for. They have decent prices, and the quality level of the food is top notch. The staff is amazing and extremely helpful.

The store is terrific and very nice selections of foods and drinks!But unfortunately, some young man employee in checkout don't know how to say "hello" to customers or even ask them "how's your day been?" and continue talking to another young girl employee without even acknowledging my presence.So when I gave the cashier the cash and told him to keep the change for generosity, he just told me saying "Are you sure about that?" in a very teasing/uncomfortable tone, while the young female cashier he was chatting too tease about it as well that makes me feel uncomfortable and I was just being nice in the whole ordeal.The store is nice and will come back to shop again, but I don't appreciate the tone of some young employees working there.
