Amazing!!!! Seriously, I'm obsessed with this place. My dog favors this dog daycare FAR more than another I've taken him to. I notice a huge difference in his behavior when I bring him here versus the other, and because of that I make the drive to Bowhaus for a long day of daycare for my pup (I moved farther away from their location). I've had nothing but great experiences here and would 100% recommend!

Such a great place for boarding & doggie daycare. Its evident that they really care about the well-being of every pet and try their best to provide the best experience possible for both owners and animals. My dog always came home tired & happy and I received honest updates during pick ups and while I was away. I trust and respect their professionality and service!

Recently found this place after struggling at another dog daycare and couldn't be happier with our switch! We bring our very energetic and social dog here three times a week and he comes home with barely enough energy to lift his head. Our dog is happier than ever and I know Bowhaus plays a huge role in that! The staff is so friendly and care so so much about your dog I am confident that when I being my dog here he is getting the love and attention he gets at home. I am so so happy to have found this place-- and you will too!!

Great experience! Jason is awesome. Loved little report cards on the daily bases with pictures and videos of our doberman. We were out of town, yet had a peace of mind that our coco is well taken care of.

We love the daycare and boarding here. Our pup visits pretty frequently and always gets really excited when we round the corner or tell her it's time for camp. The staff is super friendly and there is lots of parking either in there lot or on the street for a quick drop off or pick up.

We had a really bad experience at the daycare here. My dog/baby suffers from a great deal of separation anxiety. He has done well at another daycare in Pasadena but we were hoping to find someplace that was a little more affordable and when we saw the package prices here we got excited. Unfortunately, I checked on him in the store because they don't have any cameras here and I watched for over an hour. Unfortunately, the people that work in the daycare are not attentive to the dogs. When a dog comes in with anxiety they generally require a little more attention until they become friends with the other dogs. Why else would I pay money to leave my dog at daycare versus leaving him at a home. Why would I leave my dog somewhere he's going to be whimpering and pacing back and forth with anxiety. They do not care to make the dogs with anxiety feel welcome. When I picked up my dog from daycare I was told that he ate his food which was shocking to me because he never eats his food at daycare so I knew they weren't telling me the truth. After inquiring several times, they finally told me the truth that he didn't eat his food and supposedly someone threw it away. I'm not really sure why they found the need to lie about such a thing but they did. I also asked when the owner would be in and they had no idea. Supposedly he shows up sporadically. I got the owner's email and I contacted him and he immediately called me and I explained the whole situation to him. He emailed me a summary of the negative experiences I informed of which let me to know he was listening therefore, I gave him 2 stars instead of 1. He insisted that I get back my money and I told him my intention wasn't to get my money back but to make sure he knew that his employees needed to be more attentive and honest. I told him I would hold off on writing a negative review but I wanted to give him a chance to get cameras 1st because there's absolutely no way I would ever feel comfortable leaving my dog here again. I don't think anyone should trust leaving their dogs here. He did end up reimbursing me but I think it's important for people to know that you should only leave your dog somewhere that has cameras because honestly without it there's no way to know what's going on behind the scenes.

Friendly staff, know all the dogs by name, clean and professional facility, quick and easy drop off, and we always get feedback on how our dog's visit went. She loves to go there. Price for all day care is reasonable.

I love this place! I will never take my maltipoo anywhere else ever again! The customer service was great and the groomer really took her time to show me the difference between all the grooming options.It's a great price and very great service.I've never been so happy with my pups haircut!!

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Limited but very well curated selection of food, treats, and toys for your furball. They do offer grooming and day care for your pet. Haven't used it but everyone seems to speak highly of their services. I've gotten my dog's nail's trimmed here.

We have been sending our dog to Bowhaus for 5 years. He loves it and has the attendants wrapped around his paw! He gets all the love and attention he requests from them (and then some). He gets so excited to go and greets his favorite attendants with a big baroo upon arrival.

My dog loves Bowhaus!! We are regulars and I always bring home a happy, tired dog. The staff clearly loves dogs, as they give treats, attention and cuddles throughout the day. The store is nice too, with decently priced treats, food and toys.

They are always very helpful and good to our pups. We get their treats, toys, and nails clipped here. Very affordable. They host adoptions by NKLA at least once a month. Great place with very caring people.

So I am reviewing this place for fitness equipment rather than the pet company. During the pandemic, this place started to sell fitness equipment on the side. Ordering off the webpage is super easy. The prices are super reasonable and the fact that they're local within SoCal was great because I didn't have to pay an arm and a leg for shipping! Ari was super helpful and nice and helped us put the equipment in my trunk. I bought a utility bench and a rack of weights. Both were self assembly but fairly easy to put it together since both of them came with pretty clear instructions. I definitely recommend this place for buying gym equipment since we are still all on lockdown during this pandemic!!

Pros: Cute pet clothes. Freebies with a purchase. Some of the friendliest service!Cons: It doesn’t always smell so clean. Sometimes late at night the dogs cry loudly, it’s heartbreaking.
