Customer service at this location is horrible. The guy with the commentator voice is the absolute friendliest and the young African American young lady was extremely helpful and the security guard is awesome. The two that were on the registers yesterday between 4pm and 4:30pm are horrible

Produce like berries are sold rotting on the shelves. Last 3 berry packs I got I had to throw almost all of them away because they were moldy. Only get name brand stuff here.

Amazing store - lots of selection in single and bulk sizes and it had everything we needed and lots of new stuff for us to try. The staff was super friendly. Great prices!

I am absolutely beyond baffled.. I came in to this location and saw the weekly special for vodka..I got the required products to be able to qualify for the deal.. the person told me I had to do it on the app. After this another employee told me thay that employee was wrong and that I just needed to grab 2 of them.. so I said " since she was unable to help me can you please help me" as she is trying to help me I let her help someone else first so they didn't have to wait.. sounds pretty polite huh?? And then I find out that I could not get the deal because they decided to put of the tags for the next week's sales.. which makes it to where no customer will be able to figure out the accurate pricing the rest of the current week they are on.. I made a friendly suggestion and said "maybe it's not a good idea to put next week's deals up before you guys close whole people are still shopping the current deals.." after that this other employee.. employee #3 I will call her tells me I'm talking bad about the other employee and that I was being rude.." absolutely wrong.. all I said was can you help me since the other employee couldnt.. asking for further assistance due to someone not having the correct knowledge is not even close to being rude.. its really sad too that I had to delete the awesome review I left for Jonathan to leave this bad review.. I will never ever ever even consider going to this location after this. I will legit drive to arcadia!!!!!!

The three best grocery stores in Los Angeles are Trader Joe's, Sprouts, and Smart & Final.Smart & Final has the best prices for most name-brand products and is consistently the cheapest place for meat.Their prices are comparable to (and often cheaper than) Costco.

The store is clean and adequately stocked. Staff are friendly & helpful. Went there expecting to buy a roasted chicken (prefer S&F's over Costco's) and unfortunately, they don't carry them there. Closest store carrying them was the Alhambra store. 😕

I go here quite often, it's convenient. I like this store because it's small and usually not that crowded, my favorite cashier is Stacey ALWAYS engaging, fast, helpful GREAT customer service.! UPDATE: The customer service here has gone to HELL! My favorite cashier Stacey is gone (she had THE BEST ATTITUDE ALWAYS). The cashiers that work here now SUCK! Except for the guy who talks fast he's cool, also the girl that works security (sort of butch) is RIDICULOUS. I'm changing to 2 STARS! DO BETTER!

This chain has excellent products. It was designed for business and individuals because the products are sold in bulk. They have a decent produce department and the prices are competitive without having to pay membership like Costco

Very clean and well organized store, they have everything 👌 from party supplies to cooking 🍳 supplies, from fruit to foot care ❤ just about anything and everything you need to entertain friends 🙂 or feed the family 👪 it's all good here and it is always very low prices even some items in bulk style for real money savings, and who doesn't want that

Good prices every day, clean, generally good - but downrating because they essentially never actually stock significant amounts of the lead sale items on their weekly flyers and run out very quickly. It is frustrating to get the bait and switch every single time.

This Smart & Final isn't too big, but it gets the job done if you're hosting a party and need to stock up on supplies. They share a parking lot with a small hardware store, but it never really gets crowded. The only problem is that the checkout lines move a bit slow, but if you're patient you'll be fine.

This particular Smart and Final is small, but yet well stocked. The people who shop there, for the most part, are usually very friendly, as so are the cashiers. Not much to say, about this location; however, it's a pretty cool place to stop in and pickup a few things you may have forgotten along the way to or for a special event.

The manager of this location, Martine, went above and beyond to correct a slight error. He went out of his way to accommodate my wife who left the store without everything she purchased. Martine personally delivered the items to our home. Thank you for hiring such a great manager.

I consistently buy certain products here for huge savings. Coffee, cleaning supplies, food storage containers, etc. I haven't always loved the "First Street" products.Atmosphere is austere, and checkout lines get long.

Basically a nice little store - a little hard to find some items but overall great selection. The thing that bothers me most though is that every single time I've come in here, I get hit with a prejudicial attitude. That's something that anyone can happen upon anywhere at any time but for some reason, it always happens here.I'm against prejudice toward anyone for any reason but there's another problem that bears addressing. Sometimes, it is those groups of people who feel prejudiced against who actually perpetuate the dynamic when they in turn treat others who are different from them with less friendliness and much more coldness. There's a sense of entitlement that seems to go along with it too - it's annoying, unnecessary and unfair. I don't like being prejudiced against either.

I asked for assistance and the employee said she cannot help me because she was working alone with some other employee who was busy. This was Wednesday 12/23 evening around 8:30pm . I had to drive to the one on colorado which had at least 10 employees working . Smart & Final send help over to the store on Fair Oaks.

I like Smart & Final becuz they have a wide variety of items in reg & box store sizes. Prices are good & esp if you're throwing a party, this is the place to buy your food & party supplies

The staff are helpful with the exception of one cashier. I asked her about having large water bottle and with an attitude her answer was "no". They did have larger water bottles. The store is well organized.
