This facility was recommended by my sister and brother in law as it’s where they have taken their dogs for years. Our girl has been going there a few weeks and she loves is. The staff are great, the flow is efficient, and she seems happy to be there. They also indulge me with reports when I call in to check on her. I love their care in getting her integrated into the crew there and she’s doing great.

I dig my dog is amazing! They take excellent care of our pooch, who always comes home tired and happy. Staff are friendly and clearly love dogs, and they remember our dogs name every time we bring her in, even if it's been a long time since the last visit. Couldn't be happier!

They're great! Especially love Lilly and Lundy. They were both patient with our dog who opened up to them and enjoyed her time at I Dig. Not all the staff at the front desk was always warm/friendly, but most of the time they were acceptably helpful which is fine too.

Just finished one very unpleasant dog private boarding experience there. The front desk person said my response to the problematic setup in my pup’s private room was sent after hour when she had to leave. But I actually replied only 5 min after she sent that late email with initial picture updates... She did remember the picture I showed to her and another staff with the correct room setup during our drop off 2 hours before their office close time, but she did not realize afterwards they mistakenly placed an extra blanket and an extra pee pad (outside the pee pad holder) that my pup could swallow... She still says I cannot expect 24 hour service despite those urgent facts. Because no one there checked my urgent request emails or my voice mail, I had to ask my friend to go there at night and luckily found a remaining staff to remove the extra pee pad and blanket. I could not sleep well and had to wait until this morning when their office just opened to pick up my pup. The only star I left here is just for them being polite (although not quite realizing their improperness) when we talked.

Our high-energy lab has been going here for 4 years now, both for daycare and boarding. The people are really nice and our dog gets excited as soon as he sees the place. We also hike and take our dog to the beach but I Dig My Dog really helps him get the activity level that he needs. And they also have great grooming!

Love it here!! My dog is undergoing training with Lundy and it’s made a HUGE difference. I also really appreciate the the entire staff is super aware of all their dog guests and families and truly care to pay attention to detail. They are dedicated to doing whatever works best for you and your pup. I’m very grateful for them!

My dog loves this place! He's got pretty bad separation anxiety (a little chihuahua/terrier mix), so I really like boarding him in a place that he doesn't have to sleep in a kennel. He gets to play all day, there's always someone watching the dogs, and everyone is very friendly! Buddy always comes back happy, and when we've gone back, he goes to the play yard without even looking back at me lol

I used to being my dog here multiple times a week for day care services and our dog loved it. A couple months in, the staff noticed behavioral problems so we started adding additional services to his stay (read:$$$) but we were told the issues still persisted. We were desperate to find a solution and tried to work with the staff but found them to be cold, curt, and by the end of our relationship, very rude. I have since found another daycare and the difference in care and service is shocking.

Dogs are in heaven:I have been sending our two Golden Retrievers to "I Dig My Dog" for the last 3 years and they LOVE it. They are unbelievably excited when I drop them off and they are exhausted when I pick them up.The staff are always very polite and really care about the dogs that they are entrusted withI cannot say enough good things about “I Dig My Dog”

What a great doggie daycare. They have a lot of people that stay out with dogs making sure they behave. Additionally on hot days they let them go into pools to cool off. If you are struggling with training your dog they also provide affordable and convenient obedience classes.

It's the only place in the whole wide world I'd leave my dogs while I'm out of town. Everyone they're is genuine animal lovers and genuinely cares about your animals. All of the staff is amazing and my dogs absolutely love being there . I love the fact they have people there 24/7 around the clock with animals

This place was in my old neighborhood and I would regularly see them let all the dogs loose to play in the back, with the bone shaped pool. They seem to keep a regular schedule and it made me smile every time I saw all the dogs explode out of the rear door and start going bonkers getting exercise. They definitely take care of those dogs.

This business is beyond disrespectful to the community around them. We wake up every morning to the sound of barking dogs - it’s so loud we had to put noise reduction foam in our double paned windows. They could care less about the citizens of Pasadena. We’ve already emailed, and called with no changes. If you dig you dog ... take them somewhere that has a facility that respects the citizens and their sleep.

I went looking for a Doggy Daycare and realized that they, along with all other Doggie Daycares, want me to inject my dog, unnecessarily, with a bunch of medications to alleviate their fear of potential disease issues. They want the kennel cough every 6 months. That's a bit excessive, in my opinion, and quite unnecessary. I opted to not utilize their services because I don't feel like poisoning my dog every 6 months... unnecessarily.

My sister and I love this company7 AM to 7PM for like $35 a day I believe.When you come in they know you’re in a rush and they meet you to take your dog. They know my sisters dog “Blue” and the staff is so lovely. No issue what’s so ever.They keep your card on file you don’t have to book in advance and they have overnight boarding for $50-$70 I believe.They are so understanding if you are running late(Speaking from experience, just don’t take advantage of their kindness and always call ahead to inform them)It’s right by Pasadena City College and off the freeway for Dog moms on the go!
