I whent in to buy dog food with my dog ... and I asked a worker who was just standing on his phone. Who told me there is someone in the aisle who would help me.After waiting for 5 minutes and realizing there was no one there. so I looked for a team member to get some help.Then the women directed me to the same guy who was just standing on his phone and told me he was the manager.Finally thinking I was going to get some assistance... the manager seemed like he didn't care to assist me also giving attitude after every question as if he was getting upset that I interrupted his phone time!Not to mention I was 1 out of 3 people in the whole store!

Karla has amazing hands with dogs. My dog came very matted and she did an amazing job with treating his hair. She has so much patience as she took her time to be careful. She did an amazing job and you can tell she has lots of experience. I recommend her, shes super nice and outgoing. Her energy was so sweet and radiating happiness.

Astrid did a great job with Butters's hair. My dog Butters has fear aggression and I never took him to get professionally groomed before and had always cut his hair crudely myself. Astrid was very patient with Butters, at one point she said he was very jumpy when she tried to trim his leg hair and she would rather not traumatize him -- which I appreciate how she cares for his mental health! Eventually he allowed his legs to be trimmed. He looks like a different dog! Below is a before vs after.

Friendly staff and environment. We had a guinea pig, our beloved Noggin, that lived a long healty life. He came from this place. Now he have Gibby and Spirit! Our male and female valetail bettas. We only wish they has more decorative options for betta aquariums. Other than that, its a great place for you pet pals.

Guys. This grooming salon 🙌🏼Every single groomer Pepper has had has not only done a beautiful job on her, but has truly helped with her socialization. I adopted her exactly two months ago from animal control in Lancaster where she was found as a stray lost in the desert. She’s turning 1 this week! Poor puppy.Today she saw Yesenia who did an incredible job with her, but she’s seen two other girls including one that does the training and they do such a good job at making her feel comfortable that she wags her tail at everyone in the store upon entering.This is a huge deal because when I first adopted her two months ago, she was fearful- almost borderline aggressive and we’re actually working with a pit bull rehab with her on training even though she’s a border collie. She just loves you guys and your quality of work is on point!Thank YOU!!!

This petsmart is excellent the staff are friendly they greet you as soon as you walk in the door. All the products on the shelves are nicely organized and the store is very clean and im in love with their aquatic fish ssection they have alot of different kinds of fish and the glass on the tanks are always clean and the water is crystal clear. I definetely prefer petsmart over petco when it comes to cleanliness and quality of their fish.

Do not go to this store to groom your dog. I took my Husky to be groomed and they messed up her fur. they did not wash her fur properly and did not dry it and now her undercoat is badly matted and she may need to be shaved. i gave them instruction and they assured me they knew how to groom/handle a husky.DO Not take your dog to this store to be groomed ever they are the worst groomers

This is a bit of a mixed bag. I had to return something that was purchased at another Petsmart (a far away location) and this store refused to take it, in violation of their own store policies. Went through a lot of headaches with calling customer service, filing reports, etc. (it was a $100+ item). Then Tony, who I assume is the store's senior manager, called me and made it right. He took the item back and compensated me for all the trouble with a store credit. I'll leave his name out but the first manager I spoke to, who denied the return, said that this store regularly refuses to accept online returns or returns from other stores. So I would avoid going to this store for those types of returns but I have to give Tony credit for making it right after all the time wasted on this. Tony is great but hopefully Petsmart will provide a little more training to the employees here.

I took my very first dog (GSD) for training as a puppy. We both learned a lot! Now she's 6 years old and we still love to go. The parking is huge so there's room for u to take out big dogs from your car and everyone is super friendly. I also take her for grooming bcuz the price is great and they always do an amazing job. Great Place 👍🏻

Apparently my post was taken down 😂, but this particular store does it's very best to provide you the freshest live feed. SIKE!! Went to this location and bought some live feed and they were all dead. Return ed the next day to purchase new feed but inquired with the store rep of the condition the critters were (Dead). He said he'd bring me some from the back.. he returned and provided me with wax worms, then after I also requested meal worms, inspected both containers and all worms in both containers were all DEAD. I asked if they didn't have any other containers? He replied "No, got you the freshest ones we have" I then replied "Your freshest live feed are dead ones? I inquired if the store policy was to provide live feed. Not freshly dead. He confirmed but they unfortunately had no live feed available just the ones he had provided me with. Then after went to PET SUPREME!!! Can guarantee they have the most healthiest freshest LIVE FEED.

I called in advance to ask if they could do a specific grooming service for my cat and they told me they could on the call. When I got there, it turns out they actually don't do the service I specifically asked them about. A 30 min car drive there and having to deal with the stress of transporting a young cat only for nothing to show for it. The groomer herself was friendly.

Great store. Never had a problem. Staff is always friendly and informative and accommodating. Very Reliable destination and great selection most any day to day pet care, feeding, handling, grooming, transportation, and various minor (non urgent) health care needs. And they're open til 9pm so add convenience to the list, And you Gotta Love PetSmart!

bought a fancy corn snake from here he died after 3 weeks the store only guarantees two weeks. Will get a new snake from some where else. Buy at your own risk. the tank set up i got was nice and the beta fish I got is going strong. glad i waited to do my review

Honestly I want to give three stars but the customer service from most employees is fantastic ! Only an older tatooed woman at the register one day who was presumptuous and a know it all and this , after I asked for a few things which the store either ran out of ( wet dog food Senior Blue Wilderness) or did not carry. The store doesn’t have several things that I have to get at Chewy or Target . I would give them a 3 star but again the customer service is amazing . The tall bald manager? guy never fails to ask if I need help and also the other people on the floor truly try their best to find what you are looking for. I’ve got my girl a toy recommended , a raincoat on clearance and just emergency supplies.

We bought a 60 gallon fish tank with the stand online, there was an issue with the stand. Eddie called me and explained to me what was going on. My husband and son went to pick it up, Eddie was so helpful, respectful, clear on explanation and his customer service was beyond anyone can expect. Went from us wondering what we were going to do with this minor issue, to solving it as simple as making a purchase. And all of this was because of Eddie. My husband, my son and myself talked about his excellent customer service skills. This is an employee any business hires, will be lucky to have.

Horrible service, especially from the grooming department. I called to tell them I was running late and they told me “we won’t have time for your dog now”.. they didn’t offer to reschedule or anything …I had my friend who I was with call and speak in Spanish to see if she can do a walk in grooming and they told her “ we just had someone cancel their 11:00 so you can bring them in”Racists as employees and I’m glad I found a much better and experience groomer who was overly professional and accommodating.I would dare stepping foot in this location again.

Amazing shopping center that lets you bring pets indoors. I was kindly greeted and assisted when I needed it. The workers don't bug you while you shop which I liked. It gave me tranquility as I chose the right item I was looking for. Will go back for more bird feed and possibly toys since the workers are really informed about things like that.

Great PetSmart. I come here for both my past dog and current two kittens to get supplies for them. They're always in stock of what I need and easily findable so you'll have no trouble navigating the aisles. I've never use the groomers here so can't speak of it. Parking lot is huge so no worries there. Other than that, employees are friendly and prices are okay for most of the things here as long it is basic stuff like food, toys, chews, etc, and not anything large or big.

I had an amazing experience at Pet Smart today. I set up a grooming appointment for the first time at this location, and every employee, from the groomer to the cashiers, was so kind. The groomer, Maria, was so gentle with my dog and he came out looking great for an amazing price. Definitely returning!

Grooming staff and sales staff are very friendly and knowledgeable on pet supplies. The Grooming staff were very patient and great customer service.. My puppy's groomer was Yesenia, and she did a great job on my puppy, especially because it was my puppy's first time to the groomers. Highly recommend this location for grooming needs.
