If I could give zero I would....Charges 85 dollars to shave a toy Maltese. 65 to shave a toy Yorkie that was told not to. Claiming they were to matted. I will post pictures of before & after IF the yorkie was matted it doesn't take shaving down to the skin. He DEFINITELY was NOT matted as my mother takes very good care of him. I bathed him 2 weeks prior & combed him out so I know FOR SURE he was NOT matted that he had to be shaved. As far as the Maltese he might have been matted at the ends of his hair but once again not to be shaved down to the skin. On top of all that very rude to my mentally handicap sister & brother n law. Is this a normal thing for you to do? Very unacceptable and unprofessional for you to treat people this way & animals. If I would have been in town they never would have went there. Save time & your money go somewhere else. Before & after pictures. I will also be making this go viral on all social media outlets. PLEASEEEEEE SHOW THE VIDEO THEN....Show them walking out with a smile on their face because they were CRYING when they got home due to the cuts of the animals. Slander when there's multiple reviews of you just shaving animals.... Yorkie was NOT supposed to be shaved y would you shave because he has fleas???? You must be thinking of another person because we do NOT have a multi poo 😂😂😂😂😂

My fur baby isn’t the easiest to groom she tends to be very anxious and fidgety and I always try to delay taking her to the groomers since the very sound of it makes her cry but today I took her to Jenny’s and my fur baby was happy and wagging her tail. I love the work Jenny did she did an amazing job!! 5+ STARS SHES THE BEST WE WILL BE COMING BACK! Love her work shes so gentle and passionate about her work!! I feel confident and safe to leave my fur baby with her! 😃❤️

My Oreo ( Oreo the Grouch) goes weekly and just the mention of Jenny’s name gets him so excited! I know she is gentle with our fur baby because he loves to go with no hesitation . I have never had anything to complain and Oreo the Grouch is always super happy!!! She keeps his tail in a Pom Pom shaped and her prices are so reasonable and each week he comes home to show off his new bow ! If your looking for a wonderful groomer this is the place! We’ve been going for 2 years now and will continue. Thank you Jenny you’re so appreciated!

Saw reviews, they were great and was close enough. Brought my baby in. Paid an extra 5 bucks to leave her hair longer. Her hair was super patchy and her ears uneven and Def not the length I paid extra for. My dog likes getting groomed and i know she wasn't the issue. However, she did seem very comfortable at the place when I dropped her off she wasn't unfamiliar or was sad when I left. Also, when I arrived my dog was walking around the business bc she is chill I guess, so totally appreciated that they let her walk around instead of being in a crate.

I have been taking my dog here possibly for two years now until , she accidentally cut my dogs feet to the point where he left puddles of blood. I wish I could take pictures of it so I can back up my claim because she is such a manipulative selfish person ever. I called her telling her she cut my dogs paws and she told me word for word ‘Oh probably your doggy got hurt on the way home’ . Like GIRL IF MY DOG GOT HURT ON THE WAY HOME I WOULDNT BE CALLING YOU!! So I hung up the phone and moved on with life until the next time he needed a cut I walked in and as soon as she saw me and my dog BENJI she wanted me to sign something because I was always complaining about something!!! The balls she had to tell I complain!!! Her boyfriend her helper whoever he is cuts my dogs hair horribly! He sucks period!!!! So I told them hey I would love for the girl to cut my dogs hair because I love it and that was the first ‘complain’ I ever made .I could go to a damn NAIL SALON AND CHOOSE WHO I WANT FOR THEM TO DO MY NAILS!!!! I am of course going to speak for my dog I have the right to choose!!!!!!!! Second ‘complain’ that she cut my dogs feet WHEN SHE OVSLY DID and manage to blame me. She is so manipulative she tried to get me to sign something so if anything happened to my dog it will be on me. SHE THE WORST PERSON EVER SHE DONT CARE ABOUT YOUR DOGS TRUST ME DONT TAKE THEM THERE RUNNNNNNNN !!!!!!!

I have taken my dog for two years now and I am disappointed in what my pup looks like.He has a bald spot on his chest, ears are uneven with long and short hairs, the top of his hair is really long, and he has blood on his rear.Jenny used to be so kind and took her time, but since she has hired people that do not have experience, but just shave away the quality of care has declined.I wish there was enough hair to take my little guy to get fixed, but that's not possible.Jenny used to be so friendly, but she doesn't even say hello anymore, and as a owner she should be a little more presentable.Prices are inconsistent, and you're not really given a choice but to just shave or you're paying a lot more money to not even get what you asked for.It's a shame because at first Jenny was great, my little guy was very comfortable with her, but I don't feel comfortable going back.By the looks of the reviews I am not the only one who feels this way.

I feel really comfortable leaving my dog at Jennys. He’s an extremely anxious dog and she genuinely cares and tries to help him stay calm. My dog looks and smells great after his grooming.

I think she did an amazing job on both of my girls! She works so hard and honestly I read the comments on here and was skeptical but I decided hey let me get my own opinion and give her a try! And she did amazing! Plus I’ve paid more just for a hair and nail cut. She went above and beyond with her service. Grateful I got a spot early in the AM! I Will definitely be bringing them back Thank you!!!!

This place is great! The prices are good, probably one of the most affordable groomers in the valley. I loved the way my dogs haircut came out! I showed up at 9am and got my dog back in a timely manner. I don't see how someone could hate on this place! I'm definitely coming back again!

This is the second time I take both my dogs to get a bath and get some hair trim. First time was a little fishy but after i got both my dogs they seem to enjoy coming here. Prices are reasonable will return soon. Went after a month of the first time. Now going to try and go every 2 weeks. Sucks they dont accept credit cash only. But i love the service.

I Love Jenny Dog Grooming. I have a Min Poodle who really needed a cut because he has fleas and Jenny went out and Beyond to cut my dogs hair today. Today the shop was closed but Jenny having a very kind loving heart for animals and the customer she opened up for my dog i really appreciate her for that. No one EVER has offered to do that. Jenny deserves the best for her and her dog grooming shop 🙏. The hair cut came out Awesome last time i had my dog trimmed now i come for a Bold Cut and why not its getting hot too. Very Much Recommended. Fantastic Costumer Service

Don’t usually post reviews but I took my dog to get a hair cut and I told her that I wanted her to just trim which I paid $15 more but she shaved him and left him only 1/4 of his hair when I said if she can just trim it. I did not complain about it but as soon as I got home he started to seem of and I saw that he got a cut on his foot and around his privates. There were no previous injuries and if they were they would be healed but this one was new.

DO NOT BRING YOUR DOG HERE! All she knows how to do is completely shave off hair. After I specifically showing pictures of what I wanted and her confirming she could do it I picked up my dog and his hair was all gone. His hair was NOT matted and yet she cut all of it off! Very unsatisfied she’s not accountable. She shouldn’t call her self a dog groomer. Horrible service!

This is the best grooming place in the valley!! My bulldog loves Jenny! She’s an amazing groomer love love love her work never disappoints she’s the best hands down. If I can give this place more than 5 stars I would!! 100% recommend this place to everyone trust me you won’t regret taking your dog here!!!

I went to this place because it’s close to my job but I left very disappointed. The lady that greets you is very rude and gives off a bad vibe making you feel uncomfortable leaving your dogs there. Her entire demeanor is unsettling. As I walked out of this place my mom and I heard this lady yell at my dog to “Shut up”, my dog is hyperactive and has separation issues, this lady yelling at him probably only made it worse. I went back and decided to take my dog elsewhere. This lady not only manhandled my dogs when handing them back to me but gave horrible attitude! Save yourself from the headache and bad experience and go elsewhere! I wish I could give zero stars. Horrible customer service and manners!

Jenny is the sweetest and kindest with my Yorkies!! She always does exactly what I ask for and makes my babies look super cute. It is obvious that Jenny is very passionate about her work and is amazing with my dogs. I am never disappointed here and my dogs are always leave happy. Definitely recommend this spot if you are looking for a place to bring your babies.

Jenny is a true dog lover with a talent for grooming. I bring my dog, Cosmo, in for a full service groom ever couple of months, and he always leaves looking dapper and happy. He’s a relatively anxious dog, but Jenny can always make him feel at home. Her expertise with dogs and her professionalism always encourage me to come back. Check her out!

I went in to take my very aggressive terrier mix which made me kinda nervous at first but Jenny knew how to take good care of her! She gave her a nice hair cut which was exactly what I wanted. Definitely stop by Jenny’s dog grooming if your dog needs a cut !

I went to this place because of all the good reviews but I was quite disappointed. The main person was very rude and didn’t have me feeling comfortable leaving my dog there. So I decided to take my dog and leave . When I called for a question they quickly ended the call on me. They only know how to shave your dog not actual haircuts. If I could I would give no stars.

I took my six month puppy to this place and won’t be going back there at all. I told her I wanted my puppy to get a trim and she said she would shape my little guys head but she ended up shaving my whole puppies body. It is cold season and she ended up shaving him. My puppy is a Maltese mixed with a poodle and he’s super young now I have to wait for all his hair toGrow back. Poor little guy is cold all the time.
