Knowledgeable, competent staff that know dogs and care for your special pet! A great addition to Palm Springs! Got a tour of their boarding facility and it was spotless. Met staff members who are experienced at dog care including vet offices and other kennels. A top notch facility!

I’ve been bringing my rescue dog, Oscar, to Tailwaggers for day care almost since they opened. The facility is excellent and the staff couldn’t be more helpful and caring. Love this place.

Buddy's grooming experience was wonderful from start to tail-wagging finish. He settled in quite well - typically skeptical of groomers. After his doggy makeover, he looked and smelled great!The detailed questionnaire at the beginning left no chance that he would come out not to my liking. That's a real plus!Good staff and happy dog!

Absolutely the best new pet store in town. It has everything. Great pet supplies great prices. Dog grooming day care and longer stay care. Someone is always on the premises . Wonderful staff too. This is my go to place. They also are a supporter of The PS Animal Shelter.

First time having my dogs groomed at Tailwashers and one of them is extremely nervous and timid. The staff took their time with him and were able to groom him (which is a first for a new groomer). The store is adorable, the staff is friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. Love this place and highly recommend it.

Alexandria in grooming and Christian, the cashier were both very helpful!Alex is one of the best groomers in this valley hands down! Really cares about your pets.Christian was also very helpful and helped us transition our dogs and cat to a healthier meal plan. Best grooming salon and pet store we've been in.

I love this place! And it’s great to have a comprehensive pet shop that isn’t petco in town. The staff is really knowledgeable and incredibly friendly. They have an excellent selection of high quality food, treats, and toys and they have boarding and grooming options!

Stopped by when our yorkie was having stomach issues while traveling. The staff here, especially Todd, was extremely helpful and informative. Todd gave us a tour of the grooming and doggy day care facilities on site as well; clean, friendly, and air conditioned! They have a large selection of different types of food (including refrigerated food), treats, bakery goods, and toys. I couldn’t be more impressed with how helpful and friendly the staff was at this store! I’d be happy to drop my dog off here for doggy day care!
