I brought my Bedlington Terrier in for a grooming, and I know he's an uncommon breed, but I encouraged the groomer to look in the book on the style guide. Ultimately, they did bathe him but it really didn't look like they cut his hair at all. I even gave specific instructions on cutting his crown and it looked the exact same. I called to discuss it and was met with complete argumentativeness, defensiveness, and the manager was so very condescending. She begrudgingly offered to fix it, but I honestly don't want my dog subjected to their energy or incompetence any longer. I would highly discourage anyone from using these folks.

Took our dog here to get her nails trimmed - was quick and reasonable. I was sent back by my wife to buy a really nice dog bed they had on display. A good local business.

this grooming spot & retail store is super cute and has great products inside. the prices are a bit high but the grooming itself is less expensive than I am used to. the guy that helped me at the counter was a bit rude and seemed to be a little too scatter brained for working the front desk of a dog salon, but what do I know? the actual grooming they did on my husky looked great at first. he smelled clean and seemed happy but as soon as I got him home I realized they did a mediocre job with his de-shed. he was dropping hair like crazy for a few days after and then it calmed down. not sure exactly what they did. they also cut the hair on the tip of his tail which would have been fine had they not left a whole bunch of strays. it looked sloppy and unfinished. but I believe you get what you pay for and as I said above, the price for grooming wasn’t bad. so that’s why I’m giving them 3 stars. it wasn’t terrible but certainly not the best groom he’s ever had. will I be taking him back there? not likely.

I don’t leave bad reviews often but this is not ok. I called to schedule a bath for 2 dogs and was told a price of $95. I don’t run a pet grooming business so I don’t know the typical cost but I thought that price for 2 dogs was amazing “$95?” I repeated “that’s the cost for both dogs” and the employee said “yes.” I proceeded to make the appointment thinking great ok. I come back to pick up my dogs and the owner gives me a price of over double that. I told him the employees gave me a different price. He’s says oh no we can’t do that price. Then he charged my card the over double price. After he tells his employee in the back the employee then comes out and tells me “oh sorry I’M NEW but that’s the price for 1 dog.” How do you not take responsibility for your employees error and continue to charge me something other than what was quoted.BAD BUSINESS.

This was my first visit with my Goldendoodle. Brittany is a great representative for the business! So friendly and helpful! Cassandra, Shawn and Nadia did a great job, grooming her beautifully and exactly as requested. My dog was done when promised, and seemed completely at ease. I have already made my next appointment. The store has a wide variety of high quality treats and a great selection of toys. Highly recommend these committed professionals.

We had our seven month old Golden Doodle groomed there in April. Wonderful experience for us and our dog. Very professional and our dog looks great. Love the all natural products in the shop and quality merchandise. It is not a shop just for little dogs. Housewares were also nice. Will be back again.

My dog Cookie had her first grooming visit and she looked beautiful. The staff is very welcoming and be sure to take all your cash because there is so many cute things to buy buy buy!! 😊 Every passing dog pulls their owner towards the door to go in because they smell the buffet table of chews!! 😂 I am very happy to have found this place. 🐾❤

Always pass by during our morning walk. Got a bath for my Chihuahua this morning. My dog loves this place and all staff there. They are so nice. They accept walk-in which is awesome. My dog got bath and nail trim. Everything was done beautifully and neatly in 20 mins. She smelt like plum. Her nails were perfect. Also, we got toys and bed there before. My little one loves her banana bed to death. This makes me prefer local store .

Brought my dog in for grooming which includes nail trim. (They called to tell me she was ready) Wasn't told they couldn't do the trim bc she was anxious until after I picked her up and paid. Told to bring her back next morning when they had 3 people and they would try again. When I brought her back they then refused to try saying that if they couldn't do it with 2 ppl they wouldn't try with 3.I inquired about getting partial refund and was told that was the price. So $60 to just wash a dog?! Which isn't true because the previous time they only cut her nails and charged $20. Cute site but if they can't do the job, they should not charge the costs.

My old English sheepdog was in desperate need of a good bath and brushing after traveling cross country and getting herself into burrs, mud, chlorine, and who knows what else! Posh Pet Care came to our rescue. They were responsive, super friendly, and most importantly, cleaned my baby up wonderfully- no small feat for a full coat sheepie!! I would definitely recommend this place, and I will definitely come back next time I'm in Palm Springs!

Unfortunately, my mental disabled dog (8 month golden retriever) was refused grooming and a bath days ago for barking, while meeting the groomers for the first time. Apparently wall sharing neighbors have made noise complaints.

Based online they are open up to 6pm. I went to pick up my package at 4:55pm and they are close. I called according to them their closing varies. Sometimes 4pm sometimes 5pm and if busy they closes at 6pm. Opening and closing time should be specific so clients will get used to it and be comfortable. I still have errands up to 5pm.

Have been using for a year on a once a month schedule. When I call to schedule appointment and then show up, they say they made a mistake about every other time I go in. Just left with no bath again, last time I do that. Tired of them messing my whole day up, need to find a better place that knows how to book appointments.

Took 5 hrs to groom my 7lb dog. Everywhere else it's done within 2 hrs. Plus they clipped my dog under the left armpit leaving it bloody.
