Karolina Pet Stylist was fantastic. She groomed my Baby for the first time for nail trim and buffing. She was gentle and caring. Great attitude and skills. She made me feel relax and I felt very comfortable with her attention to my little one. Will definitely be back for future grooming.

Groomer stated she brushed the dog except under the neck. Upon brushing my dog when I got home I realized the dog, in fact, had not been brushed. I canceled the scheduled appointment for last dog to be groomed.

Sukkha is not as much stress when he goes there….He is certainly very well treated. There is a very good ambiance of caring in Palm Springs. Jessica is very awesome. My dog was soooo soft and shiny! Even my neighbor made a mention how his grooming was beautiful.thank you so much! Also my schedule got change for an earlier time…yeah! .I appreciate the fact they want to make sure every body is happy.

My dog admittedly has some problems with anxiety when it comes to grooming. PetSmart was never able to deal with her and always cut her appointments short or just flat out refused service. At Petco the groomers are always so sweet and willing to work with her. It takes stress off of me and her. They don’t push her when she’s anxious and they always treat her so well and she leaves happy and looking good! Overall it’s the best and only place I will take any of my dogs ever again.

When I went to pick up my dog, after having him had a bath, haircut, and nail trim, I was very disappointed with the kind of work that was done on my dog. First of all the hair on his ears were not cut off evenly. Second, his hair got cut off in one section of his eyebrows a little too short, which I noticed was an ointment on it. His tail hair was not cut. And he had an injury under his left leg, which seem like a cut. I paid for his nails to get Buffed, and it didn’t seem like they were buffed. I paid a lot of money (76.00) To get a very poor job done on him. I will not be going back there again.

Scheduled an appointment for my dog to get the bathing package. Drove 25 minutes to get here, and was told my dog could not be serviced today because he is on an antibiotic. The website only says that dogs cannot be on sedatives while be serviced, and my dog was not on a sedative. The website does not say that your dog cannot be on any medication. Very frustrating and a waste of time and gas to get here. I understand there has to be regulations, but please put them on your website or let people who schedule an appointment know in advance so they don’t drive all the way to Petco just to be told that they cannot be serviced because of something they were not made aware of.

I was able to make an appointment over the phone. Desiree was very nice and professional. I took my dog in and she immediately took her in. When I got my dog, my dog looked fantastic! Her coat was very shiny and clean. I was very happy with Desiree's work.

The groomers are always wonderful--I've been taking my Cairn Terriers to PetCo since we moved here in 2012 because they have black claws and it's impossible to see the quick. Every groomer who has worked on either Cairn has been wonderful, caring, efficient, and loving to the pups. I've recommended them to everyone at the Palm Springs Dog Park.

They cancelled my appointment because the groomer quit. I rescheduled and the next groomer was out so they cancelled again. Pretty sure this place doesn't have any actual groomers at this point.

The lady that supposedly did our dog seem to understand them. But.....They came home almost as dirty as they went. They were in to get bathed . I was told their nailsand feet would be trimmed, didn't happen and they were also almost as dirty as when I took them in. Their backs were clean , but their legs, feet and belly were still black. They are tan and white dogs.

I have been taking my dog there of a few years and he always looks great when I pick him up. He can be difficult when doing his nails and using the the dryer. They always take the extra time and care to get the job done.

Our dog Handsome loves the grooming services he receives he knows when he is going as we tell him and it is like a spa day for him. Cassie in Palm Springs is a true dog lover and gives Handsome all the treatments he likes to make him feel special. He comes out with a jump in his step although at only 4 he is a pretty active boy but can't wait to go on a walk after to show off the results of his spa day to all his neighborhood friends! Great job as always Cassie and Petco Palm Springs CA!

Rikki is an spectacular groomer with exceptional professionalism filled with passion! You are lucky to have her on board. She took the time to learn about Nala's background, greet her, and allowed Nala to feel comfortable before taking her to the back. The last time Nala was groomed, the groomers couldn't finish her because of her hyperactivity. Nala was no challenge for Rikki and was able to finish all services I requested. Even though Palm Springs is a 40min drive from my house, I'll definitely be bringing Nala back to see Rikki. This is by far my best experience and have never seen Nala cleaned up so nicely! Thank you Rikki!!!

Rikki did a beautiful job in grooming my dog. She was also able to trim her nails, which is very hard to do. An excellent job!!
