I was super nervous trying a different groomer as my doggies were with my previous groomer for years. But I needed something closer as my schedule is hectic. From the initial phone call to picking up my babies after their haircuts, the experience was phenomenal and so easy! Michelle did such an amazing job and she was so patient with my little munchkin, who is known to be difficult. Their haircuts are so beautiful. Thank you again!

It's ok, the tubs are raised making It easier on the back. Somewhat spendy at $15 per dog. We found a better place at Tractor Supply store in Indio, $10, buy 3 get one free.

Polite. Sweet with my dog and others. It is set up so you can see your dog while it is bathed and groomed and they can see you. Resonable prices and they did an excellent job on our boy!👍🏼

I brought my dog Finley to this place 3 times so far. Each time he has turned out beautiful and prefect. And he smells sooooo good. They take such good and loving care of him! I appreciate the staff so very much. And the price is right. Thank you very much for taking such good care of my baby boy!

Low balled, I spent all day calling to get a good price for my 5 pets for BATHS. She quotes me one price and when I go to pick them up increases the price by $50!! I told her the cat was grumpy, she did not say she would change additional. She said the going rate for a cat bath was $70, that’s a lie. I have been paying $45 for years.Low balling is one of the oldest tricks in the book. You lie to a customer to get them in the door and then you change the price. Bad business practice and I have owned business for years, BEWARE! She will never get my business again, I hope it was worth it. I don’t do business with dishonest people.

I take my mini-schnauzer Willy here all the time. They are great. So much more affordable than Petco which is closer to me. They are so good. They know my dog well. He feels comfortable there.

You would think if a customer fell in your store you would offer perhaps a discount. You might even REMEMBER that person when they inquire how much to wash their dog after being informed there was an actual fracture of their knee. You might even offer to bath the dog for free since obviously a broken bone can be costly. But no. I'll be going elsewhere when my leg heals.

We use the self-service tubs to bathe our large dog. Towels, shampoo, and large dryers are available for use. The handy location is central to most all valley residents.

I have to admit. I was drawn in by the cool name and had high hopes. I didn't end up washing the pups. The shop was kind of grubby and it was expensive. $12 plus another $8 to use the dryer. $20 for each of the dogs?? Disappointed.

Our labrador loves this dog wash. The owner is extremely nice and has several options for washingdogs. We wash our dog ourselves.

Don't take your dog here. Three days after taking my little guy in he got kennel cough!!!! He's had it for two months, two visits to vets, two rounds of antiotics. ..just getting well.Not a clean place!!!!!
