Got a new cage for my parakeets. All metal and just the size I needed. Was able to use a receipt coupon for $20 off. I had been looking for some time on Amazon for a cage that was not just black or white. This one was an all metal silvery gray with speckled finish. None like it on Amazon.

The employees in the grooming department are extremely slow, unfriendly, and unprofessional. I have never once showed up for a scheduled appointment and not had to wait for 10-30 minutes to be checked in. On top of that, they schedule appointments without telling you items that you are required to bring with you. They instead make you drive all the way there and waste your time. When I asked the employee if it is common practice to not tell people what they need to bring with them, he stared at me blankly and didn't say a single word. I then asked for the grooming department manager, and just like the previous times I have asked, I was told she is not in and that she probably will not be in at all today. It's no wonder these unsupervised employees feel no need to conduct business in a professional manner.
