The place seemed like an anemic version of the best buy I remember from years ago but that's pretty much all of em now. Cashiers were awesome tho, helped me out fast and easy, I even came in early for a pickup and they helped me out reasonably. Lovely individuals.

Very expensive. I must have been there at a bad time.I asked where stuff was and was kinda nodded to an area by a guy Then I asked for help with a simple screen cover and I couldn't get anyone to help even after someone said I'll get someone to help u.I waited in the middle of the store and no one ever came.finally I bought the item and gave up on the covers.the cashier helped me but had to go get it himself.and I didn't get it because they were 25 dollars u can get them at boost for $10. And he said it would be an extra $7 to to put it on???

Total tech member here... I really would not recommend coming to this store. The Store Manager has 0 respect and doesn't follow the brand rules regarding to returns. Just declined my return because of the history of my account even when the contact support and website already confirmed that I am entitled to do return or exchange until May 28th...You have amazing places to get technology nearby, like the Sherman Oaks store. I totally recommend that one. But please, be smart. Never come to pacoima

So when to Best Buy looking for the new TVs so I was looking at the back of the TVs connection to see what new features there is on these new TVs this Employee named Daniel started yelling at me not to touch the TVs. I didn’t know that I was supposed to not look in the back, but I mean who screams at customers and then yells at me that they’re gonna call their manager and get me kicked out. I had another employee named Kevin, very polite, and helped me what I was looking for I had to speak to a manager/supervisor Jorge Rivera and told him about the situation. His employee should be fired. He should not be treating customers like that.

We bought, myself, my daughter keri and my BF and my employer Brenda and her mother Margie, a brand new refrigerator. Because the one her mother had was 23 years old, and the ice maker finally gave out. The salesmen were very helpful, we got $800 off the original price. Its a Bitchin refrigerator. It was delivered on Wednesday and we're already getting ice. Which is great. Thank you Best Buy.

I had questions about 3 computers that I own that are in need of repair. I talked to Hector at the Geek Squad, who informed me of the cost of repair, and I've decided to try to sell my computers for parts. The knowledgeable man helped me by spending quite a while gaining my confidence in The Geek Squad. He saved me a lot of time and money, and I won't hesitate to go back there when I need a repair that won't cost me a fortune. Thank you, Mr. Hector!

I stopped by this Best Buy to pick up my Samsung TV during 4th of July sale. I been to this Best Buy before to pick up items last minute. This time, I used their store pickup option since I thought they would be busy. My order was ready for pickup the next day and the process was simple. I checked in on my phone when I was in line and they had it ready for me. They also have curbside pickup as well but I didn't want to use that option. This plaza where Best Buy is at can be busy because Costco is right next to it. The store is nicely organized and clean so it looks nice.

Love the store and all the new cool technology they have, but the staff needs to calm down. . They followed me everywhere and was constantly asking me if I needed help .. it made me feel like I was being targeted and they assumed I was going to steal. So not cool

I ordered a hotspot online about an hour or so before arriving. They had it ready and it was an easy pickup and I was able to use the hotspot with the Internet right after I signed up easily online on my phone. Great for families that need a hotspot on the go.

If you call your local store, they won't let you speak to someone there. You are sent to a foreigner call center and good luck getting anything done Right.I wish I never bought anything at this store

Good LORD I just LOVE this place! Everybody acts like you’re wasting their time and give you that look of smug and entitled self centeredness when you ask them questions. So I just maintain direct eye contact with them and they drop the high horse attitude pretty fast. Sometimes it’s best to remind them to look at you when they’re talking to you, they seem to forget that a lot. I tell you though, it’s a plus that they’re too entitled and busy to do their job, they’ll avoid you as much as possible and completely ignore you. It’s great! I walked out with several items and they didn’t even glance at me on the way out. Made sure I exited at the same time as someone who was wearing a hoodie, the alarm went off and I turned and looked at them like as though I couldn’t believe it. Anyways, every time I come here it’s the same thing, no employees playing hero, no LP lingering around me, nobody trying to do the bare minimum and pester me while I take care of everything like I always do, and for that, I thank them.

This may sound funny, but I prefer a so-called nerd over a jock on any given day. After traveling abroad, I noticed my SSD drive wasn't functioning properly. Upon returning to the US, I made an appointment with Geek Squad. First, it's very easy to use the appointment calendar. Geek squad also offers online Live tech support. I prefer to go to the actual store because, for me, in-person connections allow a richer experience.In any case, Kevin (I believe that's his name) resolved my issue while I waited and browsed around Best Buy for other electronic goodies.The annual fee I pay for this service is well worth its weight in gold.Thank you, Geek SquadAbundant Regina

Purchased Zagg screen protector and salesman told me if anything happens to screen I could bring it in and they'd replace it for free. The manager Andrea the manager said I have to pay $7.99 for installing protector when I told her the salesman said it's free she just repeated herself so I left a very unsatisfied customer. It's funny how they lost a longtime customer For such a petty thing

If you ever want to buy a TV or a smartphone, this is the place to come. Mind you, I only ever buy here on black Friday or mid year during May when they have president's day or 4th of July sales. If you compare the discounts between brand companies and Best Buy during those dates, Best Buy will always be cheaper. This is including Samsung, Apple, etc.. Best Buy will also offer warranties, and I have used them in the past for my TVs. I ended up using the warranty twice and they were pretty quick to come to my house, assess and exchange for new TV models. As a last note, I love their curbside pick-up. You can pick up virtually everything curbside.

I’ve been coming to this BeatBuy store for a while now. I have to say, customer service has dramatically improved. Today I was helped by Chris (sales manager) & Javier (sales advisor) and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the level of professionalism and the level of courtesy. In need of a high capacity computer, they answered all my questions and gave me their personal advice. They helped me build a custom computer that fits my needs & I felt very confident I was in good hands. I’m grateful BestBuy is doing a great job bringing great associates on board.

They had what I wanted, only a little overpriced. One guy couldn't find the cord I wanted but another lady found it immediately! Check out the big red already-opened discount board in the laptop section for some decent deals.

Worst Best Buy! The manager didn't even care if they gave me an open box when i paid for a new one. No sorry. No apology. For real? They don't care. I'm just mad and upset. Where is the customer service here. They replace it and gave me a sealed box but didn't even bother to dust it off. 😡🤬🤬

The store is not as busy when it opens. Staff is awesome! Customer service here is top notch. People interact and actually take the time to talk to you, not like other stores out there. Purchases are always ready the day it is promised. I enjoy coming to this store because of the product availability and how awesome people are here.

I am waiting to receive a washing machine delivery, and their entire system is infuriating. They would only allow me to make an appointment for a 12-hour window on some day, with the real time to be decided the day before. There are no days in my life when I can commit to a 12 hour window, and I doubt anyone who shops at Best Buy is different. I can do a nice big five-hour chunk in the morning, but they randomly assigned me a window that is half outside that time. They did this by email, the night before at 5:30. Their phones are down for the day, and the website only allows me to choose another 12-hour window. I suppose I'll just let them try and if I have to leave before they arrive I will reschedule then. This is absolutely the worst service for such a delivery.

Best Buy stores are slowing down, it seems. I like to be able to see and compare the items I'm going to buy. Store is neat, and there's always someone around to help. They didn't have what I needed, but were able to direct me to another store with the item.I love Best Buy.

Hey there...I appreciate nthe effort in making nthe store more secure and in control as possible...But ...What happened?!The store is barely stocked!No Blu-Rays or old movies,Not many toys,Not many phones accessories or to much iPhones,Not that many pc accessories that actually count,Not smartwatches that take your breath away,Tablets? Same as last year,Please keep up!!!Specially the tag prices are not correct in 9 different items?!!!Come on!!This is the first time I come to this location and I can tell the difference..Hope to come back one day and see better impressions..Thank you again
