I bought cookware here .very scary the bottom gave out the first time I used it and hot food flew everywhere. Very rude employees...made me look for the replacement item, there was no replica. Acting like I'm stealing when they robbed me. Of course the receipt got lost but I paid on my card. I'm a teacher I always come here, but no longer.

Came here and grabbed a pair of sunglasses and was waiting in the checkout line. I was next in line when someone came up behind me and put their hands on me to move me out the way "saying excuse me". This guy literally grabbed my shoulder and waist to physically move me out of the line so he could pass. I'm in the CHECKOUT line, it was a employee rushing to clock in at the front registers. I ask the guy what is his problem putting his hands on people and he gives me a dirty look and said " I said excuse me".You guys have a lawsuit on the way

Great for last minute random items, I'd recommend NOT staying here for more than 10 minutes max! If you are looking for a pleasant shopping experience or to be treated with any kind of respect, don't come here.. staff are either poorly trained or just straight up rude. It's sad.

Ross is a great place for shopping. Wherever we go .. my hubby always takes me to Ross. Found good Curtain rods .. good price ... Sheer curtain with Geometric print... Also good price.This one is in Pacifica .. clean.. neat .. orderly ..n big store

Always a good selection of clothing and household items for the whole family. The bathrooms and changing rooms are in pretty bad shape and need a remodel but this is Ross we are talking about so kind of expected. Household section always has a good selection of quality items and of course the children always find a discounted to they want to buy.

One of the better stocked Ross stores. Of course most of the time its a hit and miss on findng what youre looking for, this store ive had the best luck. Mens pants , kitcheneare, clothes for the girlfriend - all plentiful. Shoes seem to keep a fair amount , although the womens shoes lack popular sizes. ( girlfriend is a 7 - 71/2.).If what im looking for isnt available , I usually come across something else to get. This store is slightly ahead of the others . ( thats just my opinion.) If your ever out by Linda Mar check this store out.

This was one of the cleanest Ross dress stores that I have ever visited. I'm from the Central Valley and all our Ross stores are so frustrating to shop at because they're not well kept. The staff at this store was also so friendly and inviting the next time we pass through this town I will definitely stop here to shop.

Very regular to every other Ross. Great to go here for basic needs and is much cheaper than anywhere else even Amazon usually. They do not just have clothes but also car accessories, furniture, kitchen things, and much more. Nice to walk around and see what you never knew you needed. They are open during quarantine and I've never seen a line.

Clean and I was able to find what I needed quick and simple! Then I found my new travel bag!?!?! Love it! The staff were polite and just as kind as can be. So grateful for their conversations. Anywho I'm sure if I ever forget to pack anything again they'll be the place I go to first.

Prices are great, selection is ok but I can usually find something fun but I have to be honest... the kids that work there could sure use some tips on courtesy and friendly service. Not my favorite place to shop because of that.

It is a good clean store with friendly staff. The selection isn't as good as the Ross in the city but then again, it is a smaller store so that's to be expected. Great prices too, as usual. I love that I can get brand name clothes and shoes for less

Big store with a really great selection compared to other locations. Def worth checking out if you're in the area, or visiting like us. We were staying at the Pacifica Beach Hotel, and it was a short walking distance from our hotel and open late.

Decent value, only when you can find what you want. For some, Ross stores might require too many visits and re-visits to find what you're actually looking for. Otherwise a decent place.

The deals here are quite good but more or less on the level of the Grocery Outlet across the street. It has a nice selection of clothes, home goods, and some foods.

Place to go to to get those gifts that you are afraid to buy at goodwill but definitely feel better getting here.Whats wrong with Voss alkaline water in the front while they ring up your $6.99 adidas snapback hat?This is definitely more organized than the other stores….Ross is Boss!

I say three because there is always a huge line to get out of there and the shelves are pretty empty. Except for some odds and ends, (plenty generic handbags, placemats, wall art, luggage, formals, kids clothes, colored pencils, pillows etc) the clothes, shoes were limited. Little jewelry, almost no kitchen stuff.

I enjoy this location because it is more organized and cleaner than most. I have found some great items here such as Ugg boots, Vionic shoes, Crocs, nice quality dresses from Calvin Klein and Marc New York, Camelbak mugs, and a few decorative pieces no one ever expects to be from Ross.Worth looking, but it is a still Ross, so always expect to walk out empty handed if they don’t have anything in stock that day.

This is your basic Ross and we found a couple things we needed, but for a windy, chilly place, they had no zip up hoodie selection. Bring your own! I forgot mine!!

I love this one because I found Pokemon toys that in most stores it cost $15 but here it costed $6! Very impressed with the good deal hope this one gets more cool stuff that's cheap 😀

Hubby and I stopped in like we do whilst visiting Pacifica for 20 years now. Sad the shelves were empty and at least 6 employees standing around with NOTHING to do but harass customers who s maskes arent high and tight. Even tho it was very warm in store and breathing difficult. As we 70 ish old folks were walking out the very rude tall kid tried to start a fight! Ha ha yes punk kid! Wont be back! 7.24.20 @ 2pm😡

Many of the Ross stories I've visited are message and unorganized, making it hard to find the right sides in the right place. This store is very well organized, clean, and the employees are friendly.

If you're passing by and have some free time worth stopping by. Sometimes can find bargains among all the junk. Men's clothing selection used to be much better!
