Hello, I was just at your pharmacy at 1pm, located at 200 Fairmont Shopping Center, Pacifica, CA 94044. I was just 3 steps away from drop off counter when the pharmacist (a gentleman with dark hair) saw me and rolled down the blinds as quickly as he could in my face to avoid talking to me. There is a gap between window and blinds, he was standing next to another pharmacist ( a woman) and they both ignored me even though I was just 2 feet in front of him and they new I was standing there and could see and hear me. He could have just said, "we are on break" instead of acting the way he did. Way to treat people! I was wearing a blue long sleeve shirt, brown pants, and black boots if you look at the camera. There was no one else there so it wasn't like they were getting slammed. Just an awful way to treat people.

This Rite Aid is convenient and has an excellent selection of vitamins and personal items. They especially have a wide range of holiday items to choose from and most are reasonably priced.

Great experience and knowledgeable pharmacist and team. The store is extremely clean and well laid out. Prices for certain medications are much cheaper at Rite Aid than other pharmacies.

The woman working the register refused to admit that these sandals were mislabeled. They cost $12.99 but were labeled as $4.99. She repeatedly tried to convince me that a 25% discount was for members only. Well, $12.99 minus 25% is not $4.99, it’s actually $9.74!!! I offered to go take a picture which I did. She still tried to convince that the difference was due to a 25% for members only!! I could’ve paid the full price, but it’s just the principle!! Just admit that your store made a mistake in labeling the sandals! She walked away and called someone else to help me without telling me... lack of proper training from management???

I switched my pharmacy from WalGreen at Westlake to Rite Aid in Pacifica. I like this Rite Aid store because I don’t have to wait for long to get my medication. When I call the Rite Aid pharmacy, I can speak to their staff without long wait either. When I asked for refill of my medication, they responded promptly.

I am in town visiting and unfortunately had to make an urgent care trip. This pharmacy was so quick and helpful. When you already don’t feel great having to deal with an unpleasant pharmacy can be so annoying. Wish we Had a pharmacy like this near me.

Terrible terrible Pharmacy customer service. It’s all about the snarky attitude of both pharmacy technicians. “I have been here 25 years and I know how this works..”. I would give them a Zero if I could. My wife had arm/hand bone surgery this morning and the Surgery Center at Sutter Roseville Medical Center confirmed they sent an electronic pain management prescription to Rite Aid Sutton Way GV at 8:01 this morning AND THEY RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION that Rite Aid Sutton Way GV received it…this morning.I can understand people and process errors happen, and sometimes there is no easy solution. Sutter Roseville told us to pick up at 4:30 and at that point the Drs office & surgery center was closed.I am not one to post poor reviews. This is the first time I’ve ever posted a poor performance review. I was very polite you can be sure. I definitely am not a “bad attitude” kind of guy.I would at least place the snarky “I’ve been here 25 years…” technician on probation and send her to charm school.Very very disappointed today.I hope this does not go on.At this point I think we will see if the ER can prescribe something.

Wednesday 12-21-22 11:20 am I went to fairmont Shopping Center, Pacifica Rite Aid Pharmacy I went to drop off a prescription for my daughter Maria was working on the computer next to the sign that says drop off & Maria said to me next time don’t bring a hand written prescription we don’t take them anymore & I said I’m sorry I didn’t know & Maria said the doctor should know better it was the tone of voice & her facial expressions that Maria made was very rude, then I wait more than 30 minutes & when I get to the cash register I need to pay for my daughters prescription. In the past when my prescription wasn’t covered by my insurance they would tell me right away. My son & his girlfriend went to this pharmacy with a hand written perscription from the dentist & they weren’t treated this way or informed that they don’t take written prescription’s anymore. Maria shouldn’t be working in the pharmacy’s if she’s going to be rude to the customers.

Very friendly and helpful staff at this Fairmond Shopping Center store. They helped me find the items I needed so I didn't have to run around to other stores looking for the items and also save gas on my car.My prescription meds have alway been on time and no waiting. I highly recommend this Rite Aid store to others and they have very helpful staff at the regular part of the store.

Before going to the pharmacy I recvd a text about a delayed Rx, called and the pharmacist answered the phone. She immediately knew what the potential issue was & resolved it. This pharmacy and store is filled with customer service super stars!!!

Good pharmacy and very large market. The main reason I’m leaving this review is to mention that they have crutches. I had an injury that required crutches a year ago. My wife went to 3 other pharmacies, but none carried them. So I ended up ordering them on Amazon and crawling until they arrived.

Posted hours don’t state that pharmacy closes for lunch. I drove 20 minutes to get here only to learn they’re closed. I have a prescription to pick up, but I guess I can’t do it today after all. They should post their lunch hours if they’re going to close during them! Not happy. Grrr!

They are stealing from EBT card holders! Saying card was declined and unable to print receipt so use another card! Charged both the credit card and the EBT card! 3 days later I walk in and showed statement from EBT and left phone # because they kept saying it might take all day to research. 10 days later I called again because no one called. No manager available. Left message again. Today I spoke with unprofessional La whatever Shay who identifies herself as a manager giggling and said she discussed with a ‘someone’ else and concluded that I was never charged because I don’t have a receipt and giggled more. Even though Theresa, the clerk said the printer was unable to print a receipt to the 2 managers that were present when I walked in and showed my statement from EBT. Corporate office now involved with a message to Mr. Ramirez. Waiting for Mr. Ramirez to call me back. So I guess to make things square go in and steal $50 worth of food. If it comes down to it. Watch me.

Has everything I need from personal hygiene products to laundry detergents. They also have decent food/snack selection. Cashier, Charles, is always pleasant & friendly. Greets as I come in & is there to finalize my purchases.
