Every time I've gone into the store the staff has been very friendly. This last time I went I had so many questions about using the pet wash station (first timer). Wish I could remember the name of the employee who helped me, she was very patient. Will definitely bring our husky malamute mix back.

Excellent! Workers are friendly and always helpful. I really enjoy buying my dog treats and food at this nice store. They also inform me of the sales. Dog owners can also bathe and weigh their pets at the back of the establishment. Awesome😃

The store is so lovely to shop because of it's well thought out organization and impeccable staff. I always feel welcome by the wonderful pet food express employees because they always say hello when I come in and they always express sincere interest in helping me If I need it. I'm proud to say that I spoil my furry family member and I trust this particular store as my go-to to to pick up the best food and toys for my ginger cat.

Manager here is great. Selection is pretty good. For items I need that they don't have, they can often order it. The employees here are great. The dog washing station is really convenient. This place is pretty good; you know they are pretty good when I say they are pretty good, because I really really really dislike chain pet stores.

I am really happy with this pet food express. It's nice and clean, and well organized. The staff are really great. They don't necessarily have sales, but if you can stock up, the buy 3 get 1 free deal applies to almost everything in the store. Great little doggy bath stations in the back.My only negative isn't really their fault. The way the parking lot is set up, it's sometimes pretty hard to get right up in front. So, if yo have a heavy bag of dog food (or 4) you can end up a little car from the store. I am sure if I asked someone would help out.

We went in with a small dog with a tick. They helped us decide what tick tool to use by demonstrating it and helping us remove that tick (plus killing the tick with other recommendations about ticks).The customers were friendly as well with tick removal recommendations as well.I used their self-serving dog washing station and was impressed by all the things offered there (first time using something like this). For $18 to wash poop on my dog, it was worth it. I will definitely use this again and as it was recommended to use the tree oil shampoo to deter or get rid of ticks!

I just needed cheap cat food for the ferral cats I feed. The prices were very steep and although it was a beautiful store it was way beyond my price range. I felt bad not being able to even afford a little bit of cat food. It has been a problem to get Friskies or 9 Lives. I now go tp San Mateo for bulk food! Ferral cats aren't picky eaters.

Pet food express has become my go to spot. It's nice, clean, and well organized. The staff are really great and always offer help and deals on crickets! Ferdinand and the awesome red haired manager always have the answers!

There is literally no place like this around! The staff is incredibly helpful and welcoming and I'm amazed that they remember every dog's name when they come through the door. The selection of healthy foods is awesome. I wish we had a PFE in San Diego County!! But we visit this store every time we're in town and it is second to none!! We got to visit again during the World Dog Surfing Championships and they had a booth and offered us baths for all our sandy critters!! They made the entire event a blast!! We went to the store every day and somehow found something new and exciting to buy!

Don't recommend this store the manager does not care about the customers and are putting all there customers in danger I was treated poorly by a skinny tall dude with emo hair style and glasses all I can remember his name started with a j he mistreated my baby Molly and when I complained his manager covered for him.I will be calling and suing this store and the manager and employee that took "care" of my fur baby will pay I have pictures of the marks they gave Molly she is a small Chihuahua when I picked her up she had marks and cuts on the side of her neck.

Dawn the manger is very knowledgeable. I love this store for all of my pet needs. Come with our without your pet. Try the turkey tendons for your dog. He will fall out.

Great selection of items. Staff is knowledgeable answering my questions regarding my dowg "Haze"; who has had digestive issues latly. The staff member recommended to add pumpkin into his diet for a bit. Well it worked, no more bad tummy and no large bill from vet. As i said before, staff is very knowledgeable in animals. I will return and continue using "Pet Food Express" for all my animal needs. Thanks Pacifica location team, see yeah next visit.Also, Haze Dowg says "Roof Roof"
