Pacific Manor Hardware ACE is my go to place for everything DIY around the house. It is local, and it has everything I need. Most importantly, people working at this ACE really know what they are doing and always ready to help. This store may be a bit pricier than Home Depot; however, it is well worth it - the willingness to help and professional advice from people who work there is priceless.

Went here to make a key for my car. This is one of few places that can cut and program newer cars key fobs. But u do need to make an appointment. Cheaper than the dealership and locksmiths.

I've stopped by this Ace a few times. It's well stocked, especially for the size of the store. When they haven't had what I've immediately needed, they've been helpful in ordering it for me. Overall good prices and service that can't be beat. Yes, you can probably get certain things cheaper over the hill at Home Depot, but the service and convenience of this place make it well worth as my first stop.

I love this place because of the personal assistance. Also it reminds me of the hardware store, where I worked during high school in my family hardware store: Platteville, Wisconsin. The garden center in the back is a real bonus!

Nice local hardward store when you don't feel like driving over the hill. Very friendly but sometimes a little too friendly. I'm not used to having my own personal shopper and it definitely felt like that on one of my visits. Very nice guy and just doing his job, but it was weird to have my own personal shopper kind of feeling.

Very conveniently located off highway 1. Parking is easy they have a lot off to the side. Don’t let the size fool you from the outside very large inventory to choose from whatever you need chances are they’ll have it clean friendly staff very helpful and knowledgeable making sure you are getting what you need. Highly recommended

Nice neighborhood hardware store that beats going to the big Depot to fight the crowds. I'm the other hand the ambience is that of an old crowded place not very upbeat. I prefer the Ace at Pedro Point/Linda Mar.

I’m not sure I’m qualified to review a hardware store. But in the spirit of the internet, I still do it - so there it is.A couple of weeks ago I came to this store for the second time (I’ve been in other Ace stores before, so I knew the concept). My objective was to buy material for a project I started a few weeks before: building an activity board for my one year old toddler. (Google what it is :-)).So I’ve been wandering around in the store to browse for random things to connect to this piece of wood and hope it’s safe enough for a toddler to play with it. The variety of “stuff” they have is impressive so it took me a while to get a good overview. The friendly staff kept asking me if I need help, but I declined saying “I’m just browsing”. I’m sure they thought I wasn’t going to buy anything and might even steal a thing.After being asked for the fifth time I gave in and explained what I was building. The guy helped me find a couple of things and even came to me later with a suggestion (battery powered light with a switch). Great at upwelling ;-)Overall a great place to buy things I didn’t know existed and my daughter loves the bright red activity board with a variety of locks, wheels and other things connected to it.Thanks Ace :-)

Small store with tight aisles but they manage to have everything the average weekend warrior needs to spruce up the house and garden. Parking is tight with only two spaces in front of the store but they open up quickly. Some customers park in the school lot next door on weekends.

I shop and support local businesses when I can especially Ace Hardware over Lowe's or Home Depot. They provide personalized service and are very friendly Pacific Manor Ace included. Staff was very nice helping me find exactly what I needed.

I was in the “right place at the right time,” when I went to ACE HARDWARE PACIFIC MANOR – Address: 451 Oceana Blvd, Pacifica, CA 94044. It just North of the Manor Drive intersection, & above Hwy 280.It is such a privilege to be able to write a “5 Star” Review for Ace Hardware Pacific Manor.These are my reasons for give this Ace Hardware such a high star review. Interestingly on Google Maps, they have 169 Reviews with a combined total of 4 ½ Stars. They deserve the 4 ½ Star Rating in my opinion.I just needed to pick-up 2 burnt-out fluorescent lights bulbs for the bathroom’s sink. Plus, I needed to purchase more electrical tape. Not a massive, big spender on this trip to Ace Hardware Pacific Manor.I was IMMEDIATLEY met & greeted by the male “on floor” customer service representative. His welcome was genuine.We discussed my lighting need situation. I should have brought the fluorescent light bulb in, which I did not, I just took pictures of it. I took measurements of the light bulb, before I left house, yet- I measured from just the glass part, I did not consider the ELECTRIAL INSERT PRONGS in my measurements, it turned out, it was important to choose the right light bulb. Next time, I will be more prepared.The electrical tape was easy to find. The salesclerk was HUMBLE TO SAY THE LEAST. Not a quality, I come across every day. Thank you very much!The check-out cashier was just as professional, decent, friendly, and pleasant to me.All I can say in closing, is my “5 Star” experience at ACE HARDWARE PACIFIC MANOR was excellent. I live in San Francisco, I am so glad, I took the time to drive down to Pacifica to do my hardware shopping.Thanks for taking the time to reading this review. L-CJ

I am adding to this review. Since I've written it I've become aware of how difficult it has been for employers to hire people due to COVID Uninstaller regulations and extra weekly money from the CARES Act. I'm going to cut them a break for now. I really, really loved this place. I live close by, they have plenty of stock, and best of all I could go in and they had knowledgeable employees who could help me find what I needed. Those days are over. Anyone I knew, with the exception of the people who work in the nursery are gone. The last time I went in I needed a new screw for a license plate. I couldn't find it and asked for help. The person had no idea but told me she'd send somebody back. A woman next to me told me "good luck, they told me that ten minutes ago". I, unfortunately, waited ten minutes,. After a different employee who didn't know how to find a screw, (I know, I'm making myself look bad too), told me they'd send someone back to help, I left. I went to Home Depot and actually had someone help me find it. Amazing. This is why I went to Pacific Manor before! Not my first time with this experience lately, which is why I'm posting. I really miss OSH in our area, they were like Pacific Manor used to be.

I've been in Pacifica since 1998 and have seen the Ace hardware store go through different owners/phase. Whomever owns/manages the store today is doing a wonderful job. The staff are courteous, friendly and helpful. I've stopped going to Home Depot for the most part and get all our hardware/tools and paint at this Ace hardware store.

There are two ace hardwares in Pacifica one is 5 minutes away from my house the pacific manor ace is 15 minutes away from me and I still go to Pacific manor ace. Store is well organized and they always seem to have what I need , garden section is by far my favorite part about this ace they have unique plants and some hard to find edible plants. Staff is always really friendly and helpful. Support small businesses and go to this Ace

My favorite hardware store in Pacifica. The staff is really helpful. The owners Dave and Damon are happy to help you anytime they can. If they don't have the thing you need, they will order it quickly for you. However, they have most things you need.

Typically a great alternative to Home Depot but lately they've been understocked and customer service has become sub par. Hopefully it's just a "rut" and things turn around soon since it's very convenient to have them in the neighborhood.
