I dont have any complaint with this branch. This branch is huge and not that crowded compared other dollar Store near by. Except, the same issue with Eva Lunna.I attached the photos of this old cashier lady.One of the rudest/ uneducated / low class and look down on dollar tree's clients as she acts like she is the owner of this store.No one deserves to treat like this. I don't come here to rob.Please train your cashier to be more helpful and select a more friendly with a proper EQ/IQ.I hope not to see her again. The rudest cashier in this area.

This place is not expensive $$$$$$.I spell it $tore my fishing supply accessories.Great place to pack snacks for a fishing trip.Remember to pick up the 1 gallon ziplock bags to keep thing organized and dry.

Worse. Place. Ever!Me and the wife just left the store. After waiting in line for ages! Was told we had to much stuff go to another line.... just one line was left and just as long when we started. Why we need to wait in ANOTHER! LONG line because your to lazy to scan our items! Well you messed up our Xmas and out around $40 in sales so thanks! I will be emailing your head office to!! So stupid!!

Wow, Christmas stuff in already. Many more selections than I remember them having. It was impressive.An odd note, they have freeze dried strawberries and apples and mixed fruit. Also mailing envelopes and letter size with bubbles. Small rolls of packing tape. Many kids stuff. My to go spot for kitchen erasers and sponges.

Can't beat a good dollar store! They have lost of good stuff here, but it's pretty messy, so be prepared to dig around a little.

Not that this DT was any different from other ones I've been to, but that the staff was pretty much non-caring. They didn't really tell the customers that lines were going to close so we could move to another one. Otherwise, this is your typical.

The staff is very friendly and care for your safety about wearing your mask and 6ft apart. There is a manager Paulina there who is very friendly and has helped me find the Christmas Gnomes. I was looking for in her store, she was a lifesaver for me because I couldn’t get them online and none of the other stores in the area had them and I needed a whole case of them for my 55 Christmas baskets. She was my Christmas elf, they a whole case that was going to be put out and I was able to buy the whole case. Thank you so much Pacifica Dollar Tree for Excellent customer service.

Staff here can be rude and incompetent. They might be understaffed but it's not an excuse to force someone to pay extra because you accidentally ringed someone else's stuff into my charge. It was only a dollar but that's not how you operate a business here. It's not just mine that was messed up. I watch the staff be very rude to an elderly woman who noticed an extra ring to her charge.On other occasions, it's almost always understaffed. Maybe because it's off in a little plaza off a highway by the coast.

Horrible staff especially a lady named Susan treats the homeless people like garbage don't recommend if you want to have a great shopping experience she will make fun off you if you're 25cent short on change. This dollar tree is always a hit or miss. I did pretty good today but they had the line half way down the cosmetics aisle. Finally another cashier came by I hate when they wait so long

Ordered for pickup online. When I got to the cashier, I told her I had an online order to pickup and all the cashiers and the manager started laughing amongst themselves. Without saying a word, the cashier just stood there laughing. After the 4th time asking about my order, one of the cashiers said the manager was on her break. The manager Carmen was behind me laughing. I tried to show her my ID and the order barcode and she refused. She then went to the back and said my order was not there. Carmen and crew were laughing because Carmen said she put my order out on the floor.Carmen’s response, “Sorry not here. I have no control over that.” I asked her to look in the back because I got 3 emails claiming the order was there and ready for pickup. She just said, “No it’s not here.” She also refused to do anything about losing/reselling my order or give me a refund.This place is always so disorganized and the lines are extremely long. I only go here because it is close to my home. I would highly suggest the SSF location if you like to shop in stores that are not dirty, disheveled and laugh about stealing your online orders.Carmen is the most unprofessional manager I have ever witnessed in any retail location. She didn’t even know how to use the cash register. 2 employees had to assist her just putting in a code. They were all laughing about it while the line was all the way down to the back of the store.

Lots of useful items sold here for only $1. Giftbags, seasonal decorations, 16 ounce beverages, candy, housewares and helium filled balloons. Parking is plentiful and free. There is a Starbucks, RiteAid and Safeway in the same strip mall.

No water balloons sold here and the staff seems a Little racist or idk if they are having a bad day they told me to look around if they don't know where a product is at just say that instead of saying you don't have time this place has more attitude than a ghetto dollar store

Google said they close at 8. I get to the store at 7:20. There are three signs on the door. 9je saying they close at 9. One saying they close at 8 and then another (handwritten) stating they close at 7. They just wanted my time gas and money so they just lost my business.

it's an amazing store ! everything is 1$ as expected they have a good selection of hygiene products they also have a big selection of foods I definitely recommend you drop by the dollar store and grab some stuff most dollar tree runs for me are under 20$ becuse every item is a dollar
