Daniel was so awesome! I wasn't sure exactly what I was looking for and he knew just what to recommend. Super chill, very kind. The vibe at this shop is very good, I also appreciated the friendly dude working the door. I'll definitely come back the next time I'm in Pacifica.

Tipping culture sucks and this place is the epitome of it. They preset the percentages you can tip at when paying with a debit card and there’s no way of customizing a tip to what you’d like to give. They also will ask you if you just want to throw your change received after paying with a debit card into the tip jar before they even begin to attempt to hand you your change back.

Great service. Friendly dude and knew his stuff! Really good experience. One additional point, and this is not his fault at all but I don't know where else to post it.: I came into the shop today because it said 20% off on yelp for new customers but I did not receive that. So that kind of sucked but it's not really anything to do with him. You guys should honor that bc it's on Yelp and it's why I came in.Anyhow, all good!ThanksRyan

Just had a total ankle replacement. I have bad arthritis and can't take insaids for inflammation. I got some pear gummies for pain and raspberry gummies for sleep. They help to cut back on the hydrocodone.Glad I found this place.

Top shelf bud tender service...entire team from security to manager...patient with my many questions...they know what my preferences are and make recommendations aligned with that. All good...all the time at Bloom Room.

The blonde asian budtender made me feel like it was my fault for a malfunction of their equipment, and I really didn't appreciate that. Also the cheapest 1g cart is nearly double the price than the cheapest at my usual dispensary. I don’t get the hype for overpriced weed and condescending service. The only saving grace for me was Bernice - she is awesome!

I used to go into the city for what I needed. Decided to look for something easier to get to and found this place. I do not have anything bad to say about this place. Everything I have gotten here has been fantastic. All the staff I have dealt with are always friendly and chill, no pressure to get something you don't want. I am still new to this and went in looking for a recommendation, they showed me a product by Mavin Genetics. I bought 2 different versions to try out. I enjoyed both, but favored the indica a little more.I'd like to call out the dude checking IDs. He's hella nice and is personable. Talked with me and my girl while we shopped separately about our dog we had with us.I'll be going back as long as they carry this brand or provide an equally good product.Update: This is my favorite spot. Hopefully, they can keep getting maven genetics products, which is my favorite stuff. French laundry and Ube Creme are my favorite products by them. I'll keep going.
