My baby girl was a bit anxious when she got there. I was told that it would take three hours for all of her services to be completed. I paid cash for a full spa treatment for her. There were other pets before her. One hour later I was called stating that she was too much for them to handle. They still charged me the full amount and handed me my dripping wet fur baby. Supposedly all services were completed. Not only was she distressed she had a gash near her tail and the services were not all completed. I called them to asked about what they were able to complete and they lied. A total rip off. Never taking her there again. Got kinda a racist vibe.

So, I had an issue with being told I "repeatedly miss appointments" because I missed only 2, one of the times was because I was called into work and the other I had simply forgot all about it. I thought "well I'll show them by not bringing my dog Izzy here" lol, big mistake. I now realize those issues are very small, and I simply do not like any other places grooming my dog. This place is hands down the best, they have been nothing but patient with Izzy and had even began to form a good relationship with her. This place is also the ONLY place that desheds her properly. I forgot the name of the place I recently took her to, but my GOD the shedding that was happening after her being groomed is unholy lol. I will be placing a call to them shortly and will pay the deposit with no issues. Thank you to everyone who works here, I've really realized that no other place comes close to doing as good of a job as you all doUpdate: they groomed Izzy today and OMG they did SUCH a great job on her! She's so silky soft, her breath smells SO MUCH better, and she was genuinely happy to see them again (: thank you for doing such a great job on her!!!

I am ALWAYS VERY PLEASED with HEATHER. She has been Lucy’s groomer since she RESCUED her life 10 years ago. Heather is not JUST a groomer. Heather is a very caring, loving, extremely knowledgeable, trustworthy, kind, with a HUGE HEART owner of Pet Strands (together with her sister Heidi). I would never have anybody groom Lucy because Heather is Lucy’s second Mommy. If she notices anything about your dog that’s concerning to her, she will bring it to your attention. Rest assured your dog/s are in GREAT HANDS with her. I have referred so many friends and other dog owners that I meet and take them to her, and are all WELL PLEASED with her genuine care. So bring on your extended family to PETSTRANDS 👍👍👍

Very friendly. They clipped my dogs nails, and all I had to do was walk in. No appointment was required, and it was only $10.00. I will take my dog for there for any needs she may have in the future.

I love taking my pup for a grooming. My pup usually barks at everyone he fears; however, he always follows straight into his grooming appt, excited and willing. Whenever I pick him up, he looks handsome and smells WAY better than usual. Tania does a great job! Pup's haircut is always perfect!! They must be dog whisperers..lol.

I was able to get a same day appointment for my Aussie which was the first plus. It was my dog’s first time getting groomed and they knew exactly how to treat her coat. I was so impressed with the results. They are very reasonably priced and it will be worth every penny!

What difference!! After using a chain grooming service and getting put to the side after 3 years of services I had to find a new place for my Siberian Husky, Shelby.... Shelby is my ride or die and is at my side 24/7 so please understand my apprehension with leaving her for 3 hours with a new groomer.... I was worried for absolutely no reason... Courtney was so kind on the phone and the staff was absolutely excellent!!...Shelby is literally bouncing around the house and as beautiful as can be.... I highly recommend this grooming establishment and am looking forward to years of a great relationship.

Brought my cat here once and my cat had so many knots. They were telling me where they would have to shave him, I was a little nervous because the way they made it sound I thought my cat was gonna look weird and awkward. But better weird and awkward than painful knots right? Well, when I saw him, he looked amazing. His fur had never been softer. The staff was incredibly friendly. I will be coming here again
