We bought one of their toys, and it didn't even last a full five seconds. Did they even try testing it out on a dog before selling it, because my little puppy pulled out nearly every single string, and ripped the seams withing instants of getting it. We purchased a duck and a dog, with strings for fur. Maybe next time you decide to make a toy, try sewing the fur on, instead of simply pulling it through the toy, and testing it on a dog, before selling it to retail stores, and online. Absolutely do not recommend getting, AT ALL.

Bought the crocodile 5 squeakers total 3 of 5 non working within the first couple hours of play time! Tag says guaranteed to never stop squeaking!!!! Not satisfied at all my trusty old Kong still squeaking after 3 months called the number some foreign lady passed the buck onto the customer service email route! Don't put a label stating"GUARANTEED TO NEVER STOP SQUEAKING" and then not even attempt to assist your customers with legitimate issues with the product you falsely exclaimed would not ever stop squeaking! Pissed! Overpriced and overrated!

Got her first Petlou product for Christmas and within 20 minutes had the back stitching ripped and the squeaker out. Very disappointed and hope they will respond

I got this beautiful pink rabbit for my cat. It is very soft and delicate, and is not for heavy chewers but perfect for cats or small dogs. Beautiful material, great quality for the price.

Bought the EZ Squeaky ball, lasted all of 10 minutes, no longer squeaks. Reason for buying this one was the tag said puncture proof squeaker. False advertising.

I got the Landwarrior Platypus for my 9 month old pup and he had it destroyed in 10 minutes. It was supposed to be a tough toy but evidently not! Money wasted!

Have bought 3 of your toys,2 hedge hogs 1 duck,and almost right away the squeezes stop working and frustrate my dog!!!!!!
