OMG, found this place on a whim and checked it out based on the great reviews. Such great prices! Brand new cat trees for $30 and up. Lots of clearance items too. They will even sell their floor models, I got a $225 cat mansion used (they have 4 resident cats) for $150. It's sturdy and well built, I'll have to vacuum it when I get home but my cats aren't picky. You can tell what the cats like by how much fur on the floor models LOL!

This place is GREAT! TERRIFIC! They have the most amazing cat trees for unbelievable prices. Our cats started climbing on the one we bought as soon as we put it up. Love it. We will never go anywhere else! And their kitty models are so sweet and friendly! They followed us purring and wanting to be petted!

This place is awesome!! They just moved into a new location so they may need a little time to settle in but the customer service is on point and they have amazing deals on some crazy cat trees. I just got a cat tree from them and I know my little guy is going to love it. They also have a showroom that you can walk around and look at the products before you buy them and hang out with some of their resident kitties 😁Definitely a great spot to check out if you are in need of a new cat tree/mansion!

Well made at an affordable price! My cats love our Beverly Hills. My best friends cats love his Beverly Hills. And my friend who rescues cats loves her cat tree from here. They're super simple to assemble and they last for many years of extreme use. Your cats will love theirs and you wallet will too.

Purchased the New York to replace our old cat tree. Cats love it, it fits our space & has got good weight to it. Pricing is excellent & shipping was fast. My Maine Coon mixes fit, all 17-22lbs of them. My only complaint would be it is not 96" tall. Fully extended it is a max of 90". Easily resolved by replacing the top piece with a longer piece of all-thread.

Ordered the "Bel Air", easy to assemble. Love this tree, just ordered the "Big Horn". With 3 kittens added to our family, they will be amazed when this new plaything is assembled! Great price, free shipping, 5 stars!!

Drove 45min to get here just to find locked doors during normal business hours. No sign, no explanation. Call their number and leave a message (maybe there was a family emergency, I should give them the benefit of the doubt I say to myself). Never had any one call be back in spite of leaving them a friendly message with my phone number included. They lost my sale, I'm happy to take my business where it's appreciated.

Phone number that is disconnected and they won't reply to your emails. It used to be a great business, but i would highly recommend to not buy from them anymore. The quality of the cat trees and customer service has been rapidly declining. It's a shame.

Once the kitty mansion was out of the box our kitty Mathilda was sniffing every nook and cranny. She watched and kind of waited and has been all over it for 48 hours.She loves her redwood! It is beautiful, sturdy and lovely to gaze upon. Now, I am eyeing the oak.

Went with my aunt to pick a kitty condo for her cat, enjoyed the "demonstrators"( they have about 4 cats that live on the premises)The cat trees/condos are amazing and very well priced.( Cheaper than PetSmart or Petco).The salesperson that was working help to load the box into the car as well.Great experience all around!

I just received the shipment. Have to say, I'm very disappointed. I ordered 3 (THREE) replacements. You sat on the order, did nothing and when I followed up with you, you refunded after weeks. I didn't ask for a refund...I needed the merchandise. Then, you ship out only 1 (ONE)???? You pretended there were 3 replacement posts in the shipment.I've asked for a phone number to customer service and even that went on deaf ears. (Number is disconnected).I'm horrified by your subpar behavior and service.I need to speak with a manager!

Cheap prices, really good quality, they have prebuilt ones so you can see what they look like, cute kitties sampling the cat trees and they help load it into your car. I've gone twice and left happy 😻
