Hands down the worst pharmacy I have ever been too. If you are lucky enough for them to answer the phone chances are they won’t give you the correct information. I have been told multiple times my Dr never sent in a refill when it was sent in. I have been told my prescription would be filled at a particular time just to arrive and be told I need to come back in 2 hours. This happened to me 3 times in one day and I ended up sitting and waiting for another hour in the store for my medication. I am not sure what the issues is but it always takes 5 people to locate the pills that have been filled and/or locate prescriptions in the computer. The older male pharmacist is very nice I can say that. But as far as anything else it’s a total disaster! If you visit the pharmacy you will find a large line, a screaming customer and when you get to the front of the line you will be told it’s not ready. This is the case 99% of the time.

Pharmacy is awful, been being told for 3 weeks now my prescription will be in tomorrow only to get there and be told it needs to be ordered, when I call I’m told it’s ready and then get there but no come back tomorrow; come to this pharmacy for over a dozen “tomorrows” and been told they are ordering the same meds at least 10 times. I get supply chain issues but stop yanking me around; it’s not like you know people need antibiotics or prescription prenatal medicine not like any of that is you know important, god help anyone that need life saving medicine and comes here for it.

NO STARSEvery single time I come to pick up my meds someone is yelling at the pharmacy staff !Horrible service. NEVER EVER READY so you wait and wait and wait and wait some more.Elderly people come in and have to stand for 30 min just to talk to pharmacist. I dont blame the cashier, however rite aid needs to train people properly because each transaction takes wayyyyyyyy to long.And simple questions seem to baffle the staff.If you or your doctor calls over a prescription, no matter how important it is DO NOT rush over to pick it up because it will never be ready. So what you do is take your sick self down to rite aid. Wait in a line for 30 minutes only to be told they either never got the request (bs) or its not ready. So then you drive back home. You wait till the afternoon to go back sick as a dog only to be told its not ready and it will be an hour ???Id think Rite aid would understand this is a major liability.THEN THE FEMALE PHARMACIST IS COUGHING IN HER HANDS THEN CONTINUING TO TOUCH THE MEDICATIONS???? DISGUSTING NO WONDER EVERYONE HAS COVID !!Whats the disconnect with this place?Whos running this location that this horrible situation isn't being fixed. We are talking about sick folks and elderly people.

Don’t know what her name is but the older pharmacist with glasses should be fired or get trained in customer service it really seems like she does not like her job at all and is rude. My pharmacist used to be next door and unfortunately switched to this one and it’s been nothing but long waits and issues, but the tone and attitude this pharmacist has and witnessed her making snarky remarks im switching pharmacist

This pharmacy has to be the worst ever!!!!!!!!! My doctor sent over prescription. At 2:00 pm and I showed up at 11:00 the next day. And they tell me my prescription is not ready yet!!!!!! I have had faster service at a DMV office!!!!!!! If I was able to give negative stars they would be at -5…………

Worst pharmacy I have ever had to deal with in my entire life. Rude staff, don’t answer phones, dirty, lines a mile long. If I had ANY other option I would go somewhere else but this is only place my current insurance covers.

They get 3 stars because the guy at the cashier was nice and helpful. But what he failed to do was scan this coupon. I could have saved $2.00. It may sound petty but it's the principal. We should get to use the coupon if it was offered.Tip: I used to work at a drugs store and I actually payed attention to coupons and things in our store add to make sure the customers were getting the bast deals and that they remember it so they can come back again.I could have went back to the store to get money back but it would take too much time to get $2.00 back and have to drive again so, it's was not worth it. So, I just hope that the cashiers pay attention next time. I really like going to my local drug stores but I'd I'm not going to be credited for coupons then I may not come back! And this is not the first time coupons were skip at the register!!!

A family member of mine had driven to a number of different stores looking for a particular item, but all of the stores were out of the item everywhere we went. I called this store location and received assistance from Amanda on Thursday, October 10, 2018 at about 11:45 am. She was absolutely fantastic! She provided me with great customer service and was very kind, caring and professional. Much thanks and appreciation Amanda! (And yes...they had the item I was looking for.)

ATROCIOUS pharmacy staff. If they don't agree or think you should have a refill, they will tell you when THEY will allow you a refill. Um...that's my doctors decision not yours. I REFUSE to deal with them. Lowest of the low....if you have different doses or something sent by the doctor that you DON'T understand, call the doctor or let me know so I can call the doctor myself!

Don't even bother with the pharmacy. First time around after surgery 24 hours for pain pills post-op. Very disappointing. Second time around for surgery over 48 hours still no pain pills ready. Unacceptable service.Taking my business elsewhere.

Each time I come back, they continue to amaze me and how terrible their pharmacy is. I imagine they have high turn over because the couple of competent staff they have had never last long.

It has taking 4 phone calls from my doctor and my prescription still isn't correct. I have to call him again today to get the date right because I'm going on vacation. And that's just the current problem I've dealt with them, when you get a text that your prescription will be filled on a specific date and you call to check on it and they tell you they have to order it but its a sunday and can't until monday??? Extreamly frustrating.

I really liked my experience at Rite Aid. Audelia is really helpful and knowledgeable about everything in the store. She is a keeper, she really cares. It's nice when you can go in the store and know that you are going to be well taken care of.

Terrible customer service. I went to get a pain killer filled for a root canal im about to have tomorrow i go back 2 hours later when they said it would be ready in 45 min. They never filled the prescritpion because she didnt check my id when i dropped off script and didnt call me even though gave her my number and watched her write it down correctly then proceeded to lie about calling me when i had my phone on me the whole time with no call from her. I am still waiting righg now in pain and needless to say this will be the last time i go there even though is walking distance from my house.

First of all Pharmacy does not open till 9 a.m. despite the internet hours posted by Rite Aid of 8 a.m. I was told by an employee who was 8 minutes late that the pharmacy opened at 9 like the sign on the door of course the person who told me this was like I said eight minutes late then she appeared to be very rude with me and put out I have been going to this Pharmacy for less than a year and will be changing pharmacies because of today and every other time that I've been at this Pharmacy not helpful very rude and very unprofessional. Rite Aid that was a Pity Star by the way I would give you a negative five if I could.

Worst customer service EVER. The ladies here are rude and can’t get it right. They say 20 minutes, 30 minutes later they said 15 more minutes and then 2 minutes later when I’m headed home at the stop sign i get a text saying it’s ready. Completely incompetent!!

Stopped by, and sadly, the store is looking very understocked. Not sure what happened, but it seemed like they did not have much of anything when I walked around. If you are not going in for the pharmacy, it might be best to just look elsewhere.

Slow! Meds. never ready when promised. Told rx is ready and then not ready 5 hours later. Young girl who answered the phone you can't understand and isn't very smart. After my refills run out bye, bye.

Incompetence is being out of anti-psychotics for weeks at a time and hiring extremely unprofessional pharmacy assistants who apparently can't imagine how this could possibly cause any problem to grunt at your customers to "Call your doctor and tell him we're out" This place isn't worth the potential 5150 call, try some place else.

I was accused of stealing weather people at the front counter who were totally jerks I emptied my pockets onto the counter to show my discontent. No apologies just rang me up and sent me on my way Total a holes
