Customer service across the healthcare industry has deteriorated to an unacceptable level. The loss of personal connections has impacted it greatly, particularly for seniors who have additional challenges with access and increasing healthcare needs. Thus was the case at this CVS after the departure of our beloved Cynthia who is exceptional in her professionalism and customer support. However more recently new management and more consistent customer service and provider staffing led to a return of great service. Thank you! a lttle old lady

I've tried to use this pharmacy multiple times and have constantly had issues. They are often our of basic medication, when transferring or sending a prescription from another pharmacy they refuse to answer the phone and ask me to have the other pharmacy leave a message with the prescription which I've been told is illegal by multiple pharmacies. They also will not call other pharmacies to get a prescription transfered in my experience.
