Many items are irregularly stocked, leaving massive blank spots on shelves. I brought my own bags. The cashier loaded up one bag, then left the rest of my stuff and started checking out the next customer without a word to me. The other customer and I just looked at each other, baffled. Either hire capable employees, or stop policing the self-checkout when I can do the job more efficiently.

Maddie’s unwavering service to the customers of target was absolutely astounding and couldn’t appreciate a better employee, when I was walking down the kitchen appliances (I was quite lost searching for the lego) and she seemed to have noticed my distressed abd reacted accordingly by asking if I needed help, I informed her of what I seek and she wasted no time but not just point at the direction but escort me to the toy isle and identified the Lego!!! She is a great employee!!!

Dear Target Customer Service,I am writing this review to inform you of the horrible customer service I received from one employee named Maddie.Maddie was at the cashier. I put all of my groceries on the conveyor belt while she was ringing up another customer. I waited for about 3 minutes and she obviously saw me waiting. Once, she was finished ringing up the customer. She turned to me and said “Oh, I didn’t see you there. I am closed.” She just walked off. I had to put all of my things back into a cart and find another register that was open.This was extremely inconsiderate of her and I noticed she was smiling and busy scrolling on her phone as she left.Please hire better employees target.

I went there for 10 years every week. And the crew was very nice. But lately there is a lot of new crew and manager sucks. They talk to you like they are your boss or parents. And with the new policy of self check they just put only 1 cashier and you are going to wait in a long line to pay...

Even I came here to buy things or just walking around inside this store,I just loved to be here. This store was very clean and it seemed always busy. They have very competitive prices compared to others . They even sell foods in here even fresh produces. I got here for a little walk after dinner as site has already prepared for Christmas shopping. The store was very calm right now because it will starting Black Friday very soon . All workers seemed very busy for the big day on Friday. From electronics to Christmas decorations everything is on sale , they have a very good and decent prices. Services here were also very friendly and welcoming. Well ! I will probably stop by to see what deals that they have after my Turkey dinner of course. So have a fun and safe shopping folks.

Ordered a Barbie doll for my daughter as one of her Christmas gifts on 12/08/23, in the morning, with plans of picking it up the following day, but it got “picked up” the same night by someone else. I received a notification that my order was picked up the same day at 11:34pm (they close pickup at 10:00pm), but I never arrived to the store or told anyone about my order; I never put that I was on my way either and I was over 25 miles away from this store. I checked the security details in my account and no other login attempts were detected. I have two-factor authentication on and I was the only device signed into my account. I strongly believe one of the workers in the pickup department put that the order was picked up and kept the Margot Robbie Barbie doll (it is sold out most places and highly sought after). Their phone lines do not work either and any department that you try to reach will automatically hang up on you after a few rings. Be careful with your order pick ups at this store.

Maddie litteratly saved my day from being bad. I had a bottle of whiskey on the belt and I was waiting for my turn I was second in line. As soon as I was about to be rung up, my bottle was about to fall she caught it mid air. I was supper happy with her just with that. Then when she rung me up something wasn’t scanning she got whatever I needed quick fast and in a hurry. I was thinking of not going to target anymore but Maddie kept me a customer thanks for making my day

Excellent location for drive up orders. I switched to this target because it carried more items that I wanted to buy. Drive up orders save a lot of time. The target workers that work drive up are amazing and have a positive attitude.

Do not buy target gift cards at this location. I bought a few and they all had a zero balance!!! Target Customer Service is giving me the run around when I have proof of purchase with my receipt. I am frustrated beyond words.

Why have a phone line if it doesn’t work? I called at least 6 times and it hangs up after any button you choose for the department you’re calling for. This targets far from me and I wanted to see if they had something I lost before driving all the way there but I guess not.

Why is everyone so rude here ? I used to come on the regular. From the cashiers, to harassment at technology, the Starbucks workers I swear everyone is so mean here. Not one nice person works here unfortunately.

On Saturday, June 24, 20230. I visited the store to do some shopping in the soda, rice, and food area and I noticed that the store was super dirty as if some soda had been thrown on the floor, the floor was sticky and super dirty, it looked bad and dirty. When I went to the self check out area, I told the manager who completely ignored me, she was more worried about me paying than what she was saying. Yes, I was disappointed, she was not friendly at all. Target shouldn't have staff who don't care how their store looks, let alone what customers think about the cleanliness of the store. It was a horrible experience, next time I'll take photos and put them in my comment so that they can value the customers better!!

I recently had an encounter with Jackie, who was in the front position. Unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing due to her bad attitude. From the moment I approached her, I sensed an unfriendly demeanor and a lack of willingness to assist. Her tone was dismissive, and she seemed impatient when I asked questions. It's disheartening when a frontline staff member, who should create a positive first impression, instead brings a bad attitude . Bad vibes all around.

I never usually leave reviews but today I was left a little disappointed with the Norwalk, Ca East Target. In my area the only 2 close Targets are Norwalk East & Norwalk and I shop at both. I rarely make drive up purchases. I have maybe tried it once or twice in the past but usually shop online or in store. I was pressed for time today so I decided to do drive up at Norwalk East since I was dropping my son off nearby. When I got to the Target, a Nathan came up & asked me my last name & the number the app gave me. He looked at my phone & said u made the order in Norwalk, the other Target…we’re Norwalk East. He was very dismissive & condescending & started getting rude when I just wanted to know how that could’ve happened? I showed him my home store on the app on my phone & it clearly said Norwalk East. I just wanted to know what I did wrong so I can prevent this from happening again. But he was telling me “I don’t know…I don’t work on the software.l!” And he was basically being rude. He was not trying to diffuse the situation. I know it was out of his control as well as mine but he was not helping by being a smart allic & biting my head of with certain things I said. There was another associate there(a female…I didn’t get her name), that diffused the situation & talked to me respectfully. I told her if she can please make Nathan go away cuz I didn’t want to deal with his rudeness anymore. She stayed to talk to me, she gave me a reason how this could’ve happened (she said maybe the app chose the location with more inventory). I don’t know how true that is but at least she apologized for the inconvenience and for Nathan & she even showed me how to look on the app when it texts a customer that their order is ready, she showed me where to check for the address of the location I ordered from.*to Target app(website) there has to be something you can do to make sure this doesn’t continue happening to other people, where it takes the order that the other Norwalk location just because there’s 2 locations in Norwalk. I can’t be the first person this has happened to. Maybe add a feature where it clarifies the location before confirming order??*to Target Norwalk, Ca. East All I ask is a little consideration from your associates. Nathan needs a little more training on his customer service. We make the drive up orders based on our convenience to the store we will be close to at the time we make the order. Nathan could’ve been a little more compassionate to me(the customer) for my inconvenience & just apologized and I would’ve be on my way without getting upset

On Sunday June 11 at 9:00 pm I went to pay at the register and this employee male was like rude already. My total was $75.89 when he got my money a $10 and a $5 fell to the floor did not care to pick it up and he gave me $60 and I said I’m missing the rest he said oh yeah pick the money from the floor He did not said oh sorry nothing. Target you need to hire more nicer people.

I only shop here on rare occasions when I am near by. However I recently came and perhaps due to the pandemic there are not many people who are working. There are some people who are complaining about lack of cashiers and the place is not clean especially the restroom. This target store needs major improvement in various areas especially management. I cannot blame the workers.

Love Target drive up. It's very convenient and easy to use. TRY IT. As far as employees, in my experience every time I go in to the store they are all nice and when asked about a location of items they have always been very helpful. This target is always clean and organized and I've never had any issues. No store is perfect and some people just like to be nitpicking. Overall it’s and excellent store.

Did not have a good experience at the Target in Norwalk. I was made to feel like a liar when asking about the displayed price of an item versus the reflected price at the register. I was leaving the item behind but the cashier I had made a bigger deal about it holding up the line, telling me to wait after I had already paid.It’s probably a one off but not the customer experience I expected to have today.
